The officers at the 911 Driving School are incredibly professional they are experienced police officers trained to teach driving skills and maneuvers to your newest driver. This facility is qualified to give the driving test so your student can feel prepared in a vehicle they have been practicing in from the start! The office staff is also very professional and accommodating. Love this place! *plus they have a sweet gum ball machine you should check out!

Safety is priority. Already trained officers receive further training to become instructors in this program. Very knowledgeable and thorough training. They are good working with teenagers. Easy scheduling with convenient hours. A very kind and caring staff who communicated during classroom setting and driving the importance of following directions and being and staying safe. They really helped boost his confidence and gave good feedback on areas of improvement to work on between his scheduled drives. We appreciated that we could schedule his road test at the school rather than at the DMV. It did take us a while to schedule the first drive, but when we reached out to the office to let them know of our difficulties, they were extremely responsive and got it scheduled quickly. We will be back with our other kids when the time comes.

I would recommend 911 Driving School to everyone. Class ran smoothly and my son was able to get driving times pretty quickly. Key is to check daily for what is available. The Officers were polite an on time. My son passed the driving test with flying colors.

I was extremely disappointed in the experience we had with 911 driving school. I called at least a dozen times over the course of a week, and not one time was the phone call answered. I sent numerous emails with questions, and received very little response. Finally I had to drive up to the Fort Mill office and get the information I was searching for. When I walked in, the employee (or owner) was not apologetic, in fact, she was defensive and unprofessional. We used United Driving School when both of our kids were seeking their driver's license. They were wonderful. Completely different experience.

This is a wonderful way to accomplish the driver training aspect of the driver license process. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and have an evident passion for what they do. My third drive instructor was Lauren. I wish Lauren was the instructor with all three of my drives. She was very patient and is a splendid teacher. She is the kind of person who is effortlessly easy to talk to and when nothing is being said, there isn't an uncomfortably awkward silence. Overall beyond pleased with the Fort Mill 911 driving school.

I can’t remember his name but I think he was a SRO at Clover. Anyway, he learned a lot and we thank you. The only negative is that it was so long between drives. Other than that you guys rock! We paid for all classes and did the on-line training. We have been u able to schedule a single driver training in over a month. They over sell the on-line course and leave zero help in scheduling what I assume is very few slots for a huge number of clients. I realize they were closed for Covid cleaning but that was a short period of time.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this business. The DMV didn't have any appointments for a driving test. My provisional license expires on Sunday and the DMV couldn't give me a test. They told me to go to a driving school. I didn't know you could do a test at a driving school. I walked into the 911 driving school and they were so nice. A nice lady helped me and there was an officer named Gerard-i think-who gave me my test. I am very happy they were willing to help me. I am going to sign my teenager up for their program. I don't know why anyone would choose another school.

What a fantastic organization. Who better to teach your kids to safely and legally drive than members of law enforcement?!? And, your kids now get 6 hours of 1 on 1 time with an officer, to see for themselves they are not the villains some media outlets portray them to be. But, one of the community’s greatest assets. Stop taking students and full payment when you can not offer drive time. To wait 2-3 months to complete is unacceptable. Computer part done but impossible to schedule drive time. Extremely poor customer service, very disappointed. Ended up having to pay another co, United to complete in a timely manner.

Due to the covid restrictions and long wait at the DMV , i had to take third party road test for my license and i am really glad that i did it with 911 driving school. They provided me with an option of 2 hours driving class with an instructor which included the driving test at the end of it. I took this class with Officer Jeffrey. My two older children used a different local school a couple years ago. I was trying to save money, because that school was cheaper. However, 911 Driving School was so much better. After the very first session, I saw a world of improvement in my youngest child's driving. I'm very happy I spent a little more money this time. The quality is unmatched by the cheaper school. The friendliness, professionalism, level of instruction, etc. All are worlds apart when compared between the two schools. You truly do get what you pay for. All three of our teens went to 911 Driving School. We were very pleased with the classroom instruction, the police officers, and the administrative staff. Scheduling drives online was easy, and my kids felt comfortable and safe during their driving lessons. Learning from a police officer made an impression on them, and they took their instructions seriously. We decided to let our youngest child take her driving test with 911, and it was so convenient! We took the paperwork to the DMV, and she had her license in about 20 minutes. I wish we had done it that way for our older kids. I recommend 911 Driving School to all of my friends!

We chose another driving school and paid for their service. When we took our daughter for the 8 hr classroom the instructor (we later found out he was the owner) was rude, was standing outside smoking, and did not address us as we walked in. Not a big issue but I was leaving my child to his care for 8 hours. After the class we received a certificate that said my child completed driver's education (without any time in a car with an instructor?). When we went for our first appointment he was rude and very unprofessional. I did not understand what the issue was. Needless to say, I did not leave my child with him. I contacted 911 Driving School. Kimberly was extremely nice and helped us get into their program. The instructors (police officers) were so awesome. I was stoked that the sessions are recorded- not that I don't trust but if anything was questioned I know I could see the actual drive time. We have one more session and my daughter can take the road test with 911. I don't even know why I didn't choose them to begin with. Sometimes google is not your friend. Everyone at 911 Driving School is so caring. They aren't concerned that my child will get a driver's license. They are concerned with their safety on the road and that they have the skills to stay alive. Don't go anywhere else if you want to have your child get the best driver's education.

Parental Caution: The school severly overbooks students compared to the number of driving instructors available to perform the driving portion of the program. They offer no assistance in helping you schedule a drive. In two weeks no open spots have been available to book a drive for my son. The instructions from the school are each day log in every hour or so and a spot may open up to schedule a driving lesson, who has time or patience to do this not once but for a minimum of three driving lessons?. If you don't have 10 months to complete the course I would recommend looking at other driving school options

My daughter had a great experience with this driving program. She really enjoyed all of her instructors, learned great tips on how to improve her driving and actually had fun while learning. Very convenient that she was able to take her driver's test with them. Would highly recommend and will use again with my next child.

Awesome experience. I am only halfway done with my son’s schooling but the website is perfect, signup and login is great to see everything you are scheduled for. Kimberly is awesome and my son really likes Bill for the driving portion. He has taken the 8 hour course and one 2 hour drive. We have two other 2 hour drives and then the NaFo 4 hour parking pass class. I will also do the DMV test through them. This school is back on track for sure. Don’t look at negative reviews.

This is our third child to go through 911 Driving School. The officers are very thorough in making sure the drivers know the rules of the road, are competent behind the wheel, and are able to pass the driver's test with flying colors. Our instructor this lesson was Lee. He did a great job and we look forward to our next lesson.

My son is on the autistic spectrum and I needed the best of the best. He turned 16 and most of his peers were already driving, I had to get him motivated to drive and I only had one option, I would choose for the safety of my child. We chose 911 Driving School-Fort Mill for many reasons. The instructors were police officers (my son would be safe without me), he would drive in Fort Mill where he needs to learn his way around, and the communication with this location is off the charts. I was a worried parent and I have contacted this location many times even before we signed up and it was a clear choice. I had many friends telling me that others were cheaper, but I responded with are they police officers, do they have a Kimberly running the reception desk? I thought not. It may be a higher price tag, but my son has loved his experience. Bill Tabor was his instructor and he said he is a lot like you mom with being firm on correcting and instructing, he just doesn't get mad and yell like you do. Yes, that's right he likes him more than me in the car. Kimberly has been my saving grace to get me through this process and she does it with a smile and always has a solution. If your looking for a professional and spot on communication driving school, 911 Fort Mill is where you should go.
