Ali is a fantastic driving instructor, highly recommend. He know what to do with non-experience driver, his spot on corrections and encouragement is extremely helpful. In-class lessons taught by Frank is useful as well. If you are becoming a driver, you should schedule your class with them.

Ultimate Drivers provides effective and ample preparation for road tests, as well as everyday driving. My instructor's name was Sal. He demonstrated care for my development as a learner and he provided thorough and precise instructions regarding the rules of the road and what to expect for the test. The classes were very good and very thorough, Frank was an excellent teacher who always answered the students questions and helped a lot. As well as Ali was my driving instructor. In such short time he was able to complete my 10h of the driving lessons. Very thankful for all the help given! Very punctual and very good. Would recommend!

I chose to do the 4 day condensed course in July and I have to say, Frank is great and makes the class more fun and entertaining while teaching lessons. My road instructor was Manal, and she’s helped me perfect my driving skills and made me the confident driver I am today. She is a very nice person and genuinely cares about your progress in driving. She teaches great techniques and helped me also perfect my parking skills. With the help of the in-class lessons Frank delivered and the on-road lessons Manal taught, I passed my G2 road test on the first try today.

My instructor, Kamar, is amazing at what he does. He is very accomodating and teaches you appropriately that guarantees a pass on the G2 test. I passed my test on the first try. He eased my nervousness by explicitly explaning the process of the G2 test. Every question I asked, he would always explain very thoroughly. Though they are many students, he ensures that you are able to finish your lessons as soon as possible. He is a type of instructor that wants his students to succeed. By being a great person that he is, he boosted my confidence in driving. And I believe that is a very important aspect in new drivers. It was a great experience working with him. Take care Kamar!

I joined Ultimate drivers about a year ago and my session was gonna expire due to covid-19. I was given a new driving instructor in the midst of it and it was a lovely man named Max. Max was the best driving instructor I could have asked for. He was super patient and took the time to always focus on the things I had troubles with and was always very understanding. He was able to teach me all the basics I needed to be a defensive driver and made me feel very comfortable, confident, and safe in any type of driving condition. I recommend this place and I recommend Max as a teacher. I was able to pass my test on the first try and i owe it all to Max!

My son's current driving school left him hanging DAYS before his G2 test - no returned calls to reconfirm the time!! In a panic, I called a few other instructors and none matched the professionalism and instant confidence that Ultimate Drivers did. Fatima told me to release my panic to her and instantly stepped into the shoes of my son to recognize the compromising position the other school left him in. Within ten minutes we had Frank lined up and committed to not only doing the lesson but also attending the test with their vehicle. I got my G2 couple days ago. My instructor was Saeed Atcha and he was very helpful in preparing me for my test. I had taken the G2 before and failed, he made sure to tell me exactly what I needed to know to pass the test but also how to be safe driver overall. He repeats himself a lot which I like because the informations sticks. Also I had booked my test prior to getting an instructor. So I only had about 2 weeks to prepare, Saeed was accommodating to my schedule and we got all the lessons done in time. Thanks again Saeed!

For my in class lessons I had Frank as my instructor. He was a great teacher since even though my classes were online he still found a way to be very interactive and engaging with the class. The real life examples he would give really helped me understand the content better. For my in car lessons I had Rocky as my instructor. He was very nice and had a chill vibe making me alot more comfortable while driving. He explained things very thoroughly and was always helping after with giving tips and corrections while driving. Lastly Fatima at the office gave me great customer service clearing up any confusion I had and answering my questions. Overall a great school which I would recommend to friends!

Driving was a challenge for me the past few years because of the amount of driving instructors I had to go through and because of covid closures. After trying to learn how to drive time and time again with 4 different instructors from two different schools I finally met Jamal from Ultimate drivers and with in 5-6 lessons later he helped me understand how to drive and park and understand the car I was driving. He his understanding and patient. Because of Jamal I was confident enough to pass my G2 test. I honestly was going to give up on driving for a while and thank goodness I didn't. I had a great experience with Ultimate Drivers. Even though I was running out of time with my course and needing to fit in almost all of my in-car lessons within a couple of weeks (not incredibly good planning on my part, I'll admit) my instructor Max was able to find the time to fit me in. He was very patient, helpful, and always made sure to let me know what I was doing wrong in a way that made it possible to do better the next time. I am definitely a much better driver coming out of this school, and I would definitely recommend it

Giving 5 stars for excellent on road and in class training. Max was my on road instructor. He was very friendly and detailed. In the early classes, he showed me a lot of pictures to explain the driving and parking skills. I kept in my mind and used those while driving, it was really helpful for me. he was very patient and helpful when I ask doubts and did some mistakes. He used to give me tips for drive tests and explain some mistakes people make during drive test. This really made me confident of clearing my G2 drive test. I only had a week to prepare and wasn’t confident about my driving at all but Armeen is an exceptional instructor, she’s compassionate, understanding and very skilled at her job, she is very quick at responding to messages and accommodated me despite such a short notice. I would like to thank Armin specifically for doing a great job in assisting me with my last few driving classes which were left. I was assigned one time to Zak, I lost my time and few first classes for nothing. You need be passionate about your job to teach someone driving. And Armin is my person I would highly recommend. With few classes I was able to do things that I found hard and confusing with my previous tutor. If you hate driving, you have no option to love driving with Armin. My test has been scheduled for Dec. Looking for some more classes with Armin. She is my one and only. As an instructor I would give her 10 on 10! She can quickly made anyone gain confidence on the road. Organised, kind, patient yet firm when that was required. Can't imagine anyone better.

I attended the Ultimate Drivers school in the fall of 2019 in order to prepare for my g2 test. The in-class lessons were informative and interesting. Even though the g1 test supposedly prepares drivers for the theoretical portions of driving, taking the in-class lessons really makes you realize how little you know. We learned about everything from insurance to tow trucks and even how to change a tire! The driving lessons themselves were also a very positive experience. My driving instructor was Ali, and he was very accomodating to my schedule, as well as an excellent teacher. With his guidance, I went from not knowing which pedal was the brake to becoming a confident driver. Overall, I enjoyed the program very much, and would recommend this program to new drivers of all ages.

Generally a great experience with Ultimate Drivers. I had just over a month to complete the beginner drivers education course before my test. Fatima assured me that this would be doable and my instructor was able to accommodate me and schedule me in. I completed my G2 test on the first try and the examiner went as far as to say I did perfectly and she had nothing to critique and said I deserved to have my G2 licence. This is all thanks to Jamal for being a fantastic instructor. He was able to correct my minor mistakes I had before starting the course. He gave me brilliants tips and tricks on how to manoeuvre and drive safely. By the end of my in-car lessons I was driving perfectly. The only issues I had were with the online section of the course. Sometimes I had to re-do sections because the website would not register me as completing them. There is also no way to speed up the audio recording and it is extremely monotone. The first instructor I was also assigned for my in car lessons didn’t answer my calls or texts so I had to call the school to be placed with another instructor. I am so glad I was transferred to Jamal though because he was wonderful.

Usman is the best instructor! I just passed my g2 test in oakville and i was so nervous but I used all the tips and tricks and rules that usman taught me in my lesson and i did great on my test! He makes you feel comfortable and is great at conversation and teaches you to be comfortable when driving and if you are a visual learner like me he has amazing demos and has pictures and explains everything you need down to the dot. I only had him teach me for about 1 week and i chose the 10 hours package and i felt very ready for my test after that short of time. In-car lessons with Satha was a great experience, he will take you through every step of the way from learning to steer properly to driving comfortably on the freeway. Also had an in-car lesson with Armin, and she will ensure you finish the lesson having recognized mistakes you made while driving and how to correctly fix them. Armin is an extremely helpful, aware, and patient instructor. Finally, with the ongoing pandemic and extremely busy test centers, I had a last-minute road test booked. Fatima at Ultimate Drivers was very supportive with finding instructor availability and scheduling lesson times. I had Max as my driving instructor and he was absolutely the best. He was such a fun person to have lessons with, and he was always positive and encouraging. I had very little time between covid restrictions lifting and my g2 test date and I was so scared I wouldn't be prepared and would have to cancel my test. Max went out of his way to make time for me and made sure I had enough confidence and knowledge to pass my test. He even booked double 2 hour lessons on some days with me and it was so so appreciated. He's an amazing teacher, and he taught me (someone who had very limited driving experience) everything I needed to know within a week, and I passed my g2 on my first attempt all thanks to him. He fostered confidence in me on the road and even helped me get over my driving anxiety. He taught me how to safely make turns, lane changes, forward, reverse and parallel parking. I also mentioned to him once how the ramp to enter the highway freaked me out so he took me on it a bunch of times until i grew confident driving on the highway (I drove my whole family to Niagara falls yesterday safely, thanks to Max). He always made sure I was comfortable with him, and he was also a great conversationalist and our lessons were never boring. Would highly recommend him to everyone and I cant wait to see him again when I take my lessons for the G test!! Also want to give a shoutout to Armin who organized my lessons, took me to my driving test and explained everything about what the examiner would ask me and how to navigate the test centre. She comforted me and made sure I wasn't feeling nervous or anxious and made me feel so much better going into my g2, and she is honestly the sweetest. She also taught me how to make adjustments for different types of parkings and I hear her voice in my head literally everytime I park. Also I had the inclass portion with Frank back in December and he was honestly incredible as well, and made sure the class never got bored. Would 10/10 recommend ultimate drivers!

in class was amazing! the out class is another story. I saw the driving instructors face when I passed my G2 exam. Boy was he surprised. That's because I had to study and research myself because I could not rely on him. 6 out of the 10 sessions, we just drove around residential areas even after I told him I already know how to drive back in my country and that my problem was with traffic lights and that rules on intersections are very unfamiliar to me. on the 7th day he saw what I was talking about and up until the 10th and last day I was confused and had to figure it all out by myself. thank God for youtube. I called and asked for another instructor early on but they said I can't anymore. I think they said all the drivers were taken and I had to wait months or something. If I had to go do it all again, i might have been happier with another instructor because the one I got was just in it for the money. He didn't care if I passed or failed. he always complained he was so tired. well, he had tons of students on the side. I went out to him exchanging numbers with a neighbor to teach someone. they need to screen their driver instructors better. not sure if they have a training or their drivers are just winging it but I am not happy at all.

My driving school teacher, Frank, made the program outgoing and fun, compared to the other boring ones out there. Usman was very accommodating to this and made sure I was prepared enough for my road test. He was also very receptive to what I wanted to learn. For instance, it's not a part of the curriculum to learn how to drive on the highway but I still wanted to anyways. I asked Usman to teach me how to lane change on the highway and he agreed which shows that he was willing to go above and beyond what was necessary. Overall a great experience.

Usman is the best instructor! I just passed my g2 test in oakville and i was so nervous but I used all the tips and tricks and rules that usman taught me in my lesson and i did great on my test! He built up on my driving skills and made sure i perfected my parking and highway driving . In 3 lessons he ensured i aced my test...so now i have my G class licence. I took driving lessons from ultimate drivers for my G road test, as I was a bit out of practice 3 years after my G2 test and needed a refresher on the rules and training on highway merging. My instructor Jamal was very calm, patient and professional in teaching me how to drive like a G driver. He would explain everything very patiently and would listen to my questions attentively. Even when I made an error, he would remain calm and explain me how to correct it very calmly. He was always on time for the lessons and would work on the weak links until I got them right. In-car lessons with Satha was a great experience, he will take you through every step of the way from learning to steer properly to driving comfortably on the freeway. He offers great guidance and tips. Even drilled him with an abundant amount of questions and he answers everything with the utmost clarity. Also had an in-car lesson with Armin, and she will ensure you finish the lesson having recognized mistakes you made while driving and how to correctly fix them. Armin is an extremely helpful, aware, and patient instructor. Finally, with the ongoing pandemic and extremely busy test centers, I had a last-minute road test booked. Overall it's a very good school. The online lessons with Frank were very good (mainly because I was new in Canada and I didn't know all the rules) and my driving lessons were good too, even though I had to wait from May to November (because the backlog). My driving instructor was Manal Natour and from the moment I got into the car I was pleasantly surprised at how professional she was. I cannot say enough positive things about Ultimate Drivers Meadowvale. My son had actually been working with another driving school but was given the run around when things reopened. This was particularly frustrating when his driving test was 2 weeks away. I decided it wasn’t worth the headache/money that would be lost and contacted Ultimate Drivers. It was highly recommended by a couple different friends. Within minutes Fatima had things in motion. Great school to learn how to drive. Passed G2 test first try! Frank, my in-class teacher taught me all i needed to know as well as tips and tricks. Whenever i had a question in class he always tried to the best of his ability to clarify them and i never had any issues with him. I had the privilege of being taught in car lessons by both Zac and Mohammad. Zac was my instructor for the first 10 hours of lessons in car. He is a stern but fair teacher. He drilled the fundamentals of driving into me when i had never even drove a car up until that point. He is constantly encouraging you to try your best and improve but never to the point of making you feel uncomfortable. I then had Mohammad for the following 2 hours in car as well as the day of my test. Mohammed is a calm and polite instructor who helped me polish and review my skills and knowledge needed for the test. More importantly he helped calm down my nerves and anxiety before the test which is the reason why i passed. In summary, Ultimate Drivers is a great school to learn safe, defensive driving. The teachers aren't out to make you feel bad about yourself. They are there to teach you how to drive and pass the tests. If you feel the need for more practice do not hesitate to book extra hours. The money you pay for extra hours is very little compared to the money, time, and energy wasted if you do not pass. I will be coming back to this school when i need to review for the G license test, I recommend this school to anyone looking for an affordable and quality learning experience.

Here is my honest review of Ultimate Drivers. I am breaking it up into multiple parameters 1) Fees: I was charged 535 including taxes which included 4 days of classroom training including exams after each day, followed by an online multiple choice exam and 10 hours of on-road classes. 2) In-class teacher: Frank was superb. His technique of driving the point of safe, defensive driving is great. Uses real-life cases to explain what are the rules & regulations. My eye-opener was the towing agencies with their alliance with body work shops. Must recommended. 3) On-road classes: My instructor was Manoj, a jolly fellow who gives you hands-on training. Each class has its own objective and he ensured at the end of the class the objective was fulfilled and gave sufficient practice time. By the end of the 10 days of class, I felt I can crack road test.

Terrible experience. The in class lessons were fine but when it came to the in car lessons they could not have been worse. My instructor would often reschedule our lessons last minute. When it came to the actual lessons I find he was distracted focusing on his phone rather than the lesson. Also he would often make inappropriate comments about me and other women on the street. One time he made me drive back to the school so he could pick up paperwork making me wait in the car thus cutting into our lesson time. If it couldn’t get any worse he booked my driving test without me knowing and only telling me a week in advance. I wasn’t prepared at all and felt that it was rushed just so it could be “ over with”

After completing the in-class portion quickly by enrolling in the 4-day condensed course, I promptly started my in-car lessons. Thanks to the great service, I was able to get an excellent driving instructor, Manoj. For the in-car lessons, Manoj was quick to respond and work with my busy school schedule. He gave great tips about parking, and overall, taught how to be a defensive driver. He was patient when answering the many questions I had, even when I would repeat the same questions/scenarios. absolutely phenomenal work this company has brought to the forefront of driving in Ontario. I needed to get a driver last minute for my test because my driver prior to this stopped answering my calls.. within an hour these people gave me a time and place for everything. I couldn’t believe how efficient they were working on such a short notice. I was driving with a man named Max and I just couldn’t believe how well we got along right off the bat. such a phenomenal guy with great attitude and explain everything to me flawlessly. I haven’t driven in months and I revised everything within 30 minutes. It takes my instructor over 2 weeks to initially get back to me, I had to call to even get ahold of him in the first place. It has been almost 2 1/2 months since then and I haven't got all of my practice times done in time for MY road test. I'm sorry, but this has been a waste of my time, money and effort when they show none back... WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

- For my G2: In-class lessons were informative and more interesting than I expected, Frank was a great in-class instructor. The only thing I would add is to give a heads up to students about the potentially emotionally triggering content of the motor vehicle accident videos/examples. The videos were educational but could be hard for some people to watch, so perhaps to let the class know in advance and remind them that they could walk outside to take a break if needed. I was then assigned Manal and Kamar for 15 in-car hours, and they were both good instructors. Manal was very supportive, while Kamar wanted to make sure that I perfected every move. - For my G: After signing up for their refresher couse, I spent the first hour with an instructor who was not the best fit for me. I called to request instructor change, and Bilal (the front-desk staff taking my call) handled it very well. I was assigned with another instructor, Abdul, who was also very nice and skilled. - Overall I had a great experience with the school and would recommend them (I passed both G2 and G at my first attempt). Five stars :)

As I leave the Mississauga Drive Test centre passing my G2 on the first attempt- I’d like to convey my deepest gratitude to Ultimate Drivers Mississauga. Frank, my lecturer, is a knowledgeable and experienced individual with respects to the driving discipline. Combined with his well-structured syllabus and humour, 10 hours of lecture time flew by with compliments of my passing my G1 on the first attempt. Fatima, the Administrative staff was very patient and kind. She is a very generous and understanding individual that genuinely wants the best for all the students. Despite some discrepancies along this journey, she has been understanding and accommodating. Finally, with Mohammad as my driving instructor- I cannot recommend him enough! 9 hours of driving lessons and 1 absent, I scheduled my drive test with full confidence that I would be going home with my temporary G2 certification (as the G2 takes up to 90 days in the mail.) Note to students: I highly recommend using the instructors vehicle as the examiners have a good preconceived impression of the student being led by a Professional. As I come out of the car (after parking it coming back to the test centre from my road test) I smile and give both my thumbs up to Mohammad! I collect my temporary license as Mohammad patiently waits. “I’m more excited for you!”, He says! Ultimate Drivers has been of exceptional support and guidance from beginning to end (literally). I can not recommend enough to students who are interested in obtaining their G1, or G2 to enroll in their courses. He's a chill person and he's funny but he won't be too laid back in teaching. He's was also my brothers instructor and was recommended to me and I'm happy I took that recommendation because he's made me more confident in my skills as a new driver. Every lesson is detailed just enough and I can learn at my speed and I really like that. I also liked the G1 classes with frank, he was funny but never too silly to get to the point of lessons. Overall I strongly recommend the G1 classes and get Ali for on road lessons he's probably one of the best

I took a defensive driving course at this location about 6 months ago and the theory portion of it was excellent. Frank was an excellent instructor and the very reason this location does not get 1/5 stars. The thing that made this place terrible was Ali. He was my driving instructor. He is hands down one of the worst people I have met. As an instructor he is decent as best. He thought me the basics but got very angry with me when I made a mistake and even cut my lessons short because he felt "unsafe" during the drive, essentially wasting my money. He was far more concerned with checking off boxes than actually teaching me how to drive. I struggled with parking and turning but was solid with everything else, but instead of helping me solidify the areas where I lacked, he decided to teach my how to drive down a road for 90% of the lesson, completely useless. When we drove through a poorer part of Mississauga he always made fun of people's living conditions, and accused me of not paying my fees multiple times, even thought I had screenshots of texts proving otherwise. His schedule is also not very flexible, he is almost exclusively available during the weekends or very spaced out days, so for a person like me that needs continuous repetition to learn, it was hard to get good at driving. Additionally, Ali forces his students to write down good reviews about him around the 8th to 9th lesson. He makes you take your phone out and write a good review. Truly disgusting. This place is excellent for the theory, but for the love of god, please take a different instructor than Ali. He is despicable.

Ultimate drivers is probably the best "bang for your buck" its a reasonable price compared to everyone else, plus the teachers in class and my teacher personally on road are great! I would recommend ultimate drivers for all of my friends and family who are interested in taking the classes. The driver i was assigned was Manoj and he was absolutely great! The first couple times i was in the car i was nervous but with Manoj i felt comfortable and i never felt pressured. As a teacher Manoj was great and i couldnt have asked for anyone better. My driving teacher was Ali. Super cool and chill guy. It’s not awkward when you’re driving because he makes driving fun! He was very patient and I felt calm driving with him. He explains every situation that can happen on the road. He always guides me when I’m having difficulty behind the wheel. If you get him as your instructor, you have nothing to worry about! He scheduled the lessons a week prior to and it was easy to reschedule if you were unavailable that day. He pays attention to you and corrects you when needed but he also lets you know when your doing great. He was very easy to contact, and quick with his replies. I would recommend Usman as an instructor to anyone, and I am lucky and grateful that I got to be his student.

It is a great course for beginners, I passed my G2 from the first time. My in-car instructor was Manal, she is very professional, knowledgeable, supportive, patient and super friendly. I was always nervous while driving, but Manal made me feel comfortable behind the wheel.

In-class lessons are detailed and interactive, teacher makes sure everyone understands the rules and topics before moving on. Driving lessons are very hands on, they teach you every bit of practice the examiner is testing you on and make sure you're a safe driver. I recommend asking for Mohammad hameed in mississauga for your driving lessons instructor. He is patient, friendly, and very informative and is always on time to lessons.

I am so grateful to have had Armin as my driving instructor for my G2 road test in Oakville. She is so patient, kind and has always taught me to be positive! Armin also picks up every call when I need to ask her a question, no matter the time! She always teaches with her heart and makes sure her students feel confident. She is also honest in the way that she will tell you directly if you are ready for the road test or not because she cares and would like you to pass the first try! It was because of her that I even passed my G2 the first try! When I take my G road test in the future, I will definitely ask for Armin to be my instructor!

Initially, I had Usman assigned to me for my driving classes. He was good at teaching me the basics however he would get mad at me if I made any small mistakes which made me very nervous while driving. I failed my G2 in my first attempt and, Usman got very mad at me for failing since he didn't "expect that from me" That is when I decided I should change my driving instructor and got assigned to Jamal. He was great and very patient with me. He never once got mad at me for making any mistakes and, I was easily able to pass my G2!

Manoj was my instructor for only one road lesson on the day of my G2 test. I did not know how to properly reverse or forward park but he provided useful tips to correct my parking. He also gave very detailed info for various driving techniques and what the examiner is marking. I passed the G2 test on my first attempt and succeeded in forward parking using his method and suggestions. He very much emphasizes on how to fix maneuvers. He is very patient, calm and is excellent in teaching. I would highly recommend Ultimate Drivers and him as an on-road instructor.

My instructor was Ali. After trouble booking lessons with a previous instructor, Ali would always contact me with opportunities for lessons as they became available. Each lesson felt more like a casual drive, and I quickly realized how much i was learning, and how my confidence as well as my driving skills had improved in that short time. He was very patient, and authentic in his teaching. He gave clear instructions when necessary and constructive feedback after skills were practiced or errors were made. Fatima got me in right a way for the lessons once Covid 19 restrictions were lifted for the road test. I only had to weeks to practice. Sal the instructor was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and he made me feel safe on the road. I had a wonderful experience with Ultimate Drivers. I was with another company for a few months and had a difficult time. They encouraged me to only book 1 lesson at a time. Then, once summer hit, they could only offer lessons 3 and 6 weeks away for my next 2 lessons. I decided to try another company - Ultimate Drivers. With my test already booked (from the other company), they were able to schedule in lessons around my work schedule and find me an instructor that was available for my test. Not only that, the instructor I had was very helpful. She was able to teach me effectively.

I had a great experience with Ultimate drivers. I been driving for a while but needed refresher courses to prepare for the G test. My Instructor was Sal and he provided me alot great technical and practical tips which greatly improve my driving skills for the test. He was thorough and detail oriented when I made an error and communicated what I could improve and how. He was very positive and encouraging so I kinda shocked to think I would only need 5 lessons to prepare and pass the test. Definitely worth it !!!

Armin is a wonderful driver instructor! I had two other instructors with ultimate drivers before her and they were terrible and not helping me to learn how to drive at all. I requested a refund from the company but instead they offered to switch my instructor to Armin, which was a great decision. She has helped me so much learning all the skills and feeling confident and comfortable driving. If possible I would request her because many of the other instructors at ultimate drivers are poor teachers in my experience.
