The woman working there is such an unpleasant person, she can't be bothered to do her job correctly, regardless of having all the right documentation. She is rude, not helpful, and overall bad at her job. Refrain from choosing this location, as others have reviewed prior. Save yourself the trip and choose a different service Ontario location.

I renewed my stickers during Corona and was done in 5/10 mins. Staff there were very helpful, courteous and personable. I highly recommend this Service Ontario location.

Such an amazing change of pace from Niagara Falls. The employees here are very nice, efficient and don't appear to hate their job like the folks in the falls. Never a long wait and fast, friendly service. Kudos to you for a job well done!

Yikes!!! You should always try to be positive and leave a good review when you get good service. In this case omg... Registering a vehicle that came out of province was just too much. All the paperwork in hand. Tom at the Front counter was super rude and openly said we are treated differently moving from another province. Not to mention the people allowed in the service Ontario with out a mask. Shame on this service Ontario

WOW...the woman that was there today needs to lose her job! She was very rude, obstanet, yelling at my husband...we were trying to declare one of our vehicles sold and we had a bill of sale with all the details. We called service ontario to confirm this was all we needed. When we got to the Gananoque location we were told in no uncertain terms we needed to mail a letter to the Ministry of Transportation. That she couldn't help us. So thru the jigs and the reels we called the 1-800 number and they confirmed that we were correct. We called the Gan location back to be yelled at, belittled and eventually hung up on. We repeatedly asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to us. In the end she hung up on us. She does not deserve to have a job!!!

Usually a long wait. The lady closed her till as soon as I walked up to it and just said I would have to wait. When I was helped the lady that was working was very polite and kind, and she answered all my questions. Glad she helped me, once I waited! Also I had no idea they offered so many services - thought they only offered vehicle and health card things. See photo below!

As usual, a great experience. Had to wait outside for a few minutes due to the covid scam distancing rules, but it was a short wait. Staff are friendly for the most part but they have a job to do and they do it efficiently. Still has the small town atmosphere that we all miss in other places.

I have yet to have them ever answer the phones there, they ring and eventually it goes quiet- not even a machine. There is usually 2 staff members, however one seems to stay in the back while the other is left to handle the very long line.

While we have experienced some of the issues noted by other reviewers, it is important to remember that this office deals with a large population area -- particularly in the summer. Over the last two years, we have had to deal with a wide variety of licensing services at this office. While at the counter, the phone does ring, and staff have the good customer service manners to leave it for the message taker. In person, or on the phone, the staff have distinguished themselves by going beyond expectations -- listening carefully, getting answers to unusual questions and processing solutions on the spot -- all with a friendly & professional attitude. BRAVO

There's nothing wrong with the centre or the services, however the woman (who seems to be the only person who works there) is extremely unpersonable. I went in twice (for an address change and a card renewal) and didn't get a hello or a smile. I was also turned away both times because I didn't have sufficient proof of address/proof of identity. This in itself isn't a problem, however the woman simply waved me aside with a "next" rather than educating me on what I'd need to bring in as proof. She could have simply directed me towards the pamphlet on the counter which provided such information. Its the way customer service is handled which makes me feel so sour about the place.
