Highly recommended- lessons are affordable and informative and are catered to the student’s schedule and are completely one on one. If you have anxiety when it comes to driving, the instructor is incredibly patient and supportive. Did amazing on my road test thanks to her! Wouldn’t go to anyone else for lessons.

I can not say enough good things about Valerie! I took 4 lessons with her and passed my road test today on the first attempt, only got 10 points. She definitely has some funny little sayings like "Inchy inchy on the breaky breaky" but let me tell you, they WORK! LISTEN TO HER! I highly recommend Valerie and this driving school! ????

One on one lessons for the same price as group lessons. Did an excellent job teaching both of my kids. She had great patience with two kids that get very nervous. Even gave me an extra boost of confidence to practice with my son when she knew he had the basics down. Always letting them know what they needed to work on. Both passed their driving tests on the first try. Excellent!

I really enjoyed my experience with Mrs Val, she is super communicative and makes sure you know all the rules and safety of driving. She is a great teacher and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is new and learning to drive. Valerie is an excellent driving instructor. Very patient and through. Any one learning to drive or looking to sharpen your driving skills she is the woman for the job. I have been working with her for several weeks now and went from severe panic while driving ,to a much more capable driver . Now we are preparing for the road test and with Valerie's practice and patience I hope to pass the first time . Highly recommend her worth your time and money. update proud to say I passed my road test first try. Highly recommended!! She did an amazing job with my son who had no prior experience driving. I signed him up for 10 lessons, and she made sure he knew everything he needed in order to pass his driving test. She teaches drivers at any age and skill level. She picks drivers up at their homes, schedules their road tests and takes them to and from the test, it doesn’t get any easier than that. I had an amazing experience with Ms. Valerie, she was an amazing mixture of polite, professional, compassionate but all at the same time stern. She means business when she say she will get you to pass :) I failed my first drivers test in Lockport which is when I decided to contact action and reaction driving school, today this morning I took my 2nd drivers test at Niagara Falls and passed with a 95! You will not regret your choice, the prices were more the. fair and the experience all alone was nice yet informative. I am so glad I had my lesson from this driving school. Valerie is the best teacher there is for driving. She was so patient with me, she will walk you through everything while you are driving. She knows how to calm you down so you don’t feel nervous on the road. She tells you all there is to know about left turn, right turn and rules on the road. My friends told me that parallel parking is difficult but Valerie made it easy for me. She had pointers that will really help you learn quick how to do the three point turn and parallel parking. I never had an outside practice aside from her lessons, but I still was able to pass the road test. She is just great. I highly recommend her to anybody who wanted to get their driver’s license. She is excellent at what she does. No complain. All praises!

Very friendly, works with your schedule, and is patient with any inexperienced drivers. She also works to set up your road test, and easily prepares you to pass it in as little as 5 lessons. For the cost, these driving lessons are an absolute steal.

I cannot recommend Ms.Valerie enough! Her professionalism, punctuality, patience is very rare to find. Her experience shows very clearly from the first lesson. I started with her with zero experience, and I didn’t have a car to practice on my own. I passed the road test with her lessons only! She didn’t only prepare me for the test, but she made sure I know all the necessary tips to drive safely and understand the unwritten rules. I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon the reviews here so I felt obliged to leave an honest review to help those who are looking for an honest, experienced, and most importantly kind driving instructor. BTW, I worked with her during the peak of COVID and I always felt safe as she’s very meticulous about cleaning and disinfecting the car, just incase that was a concern for anyone out there.

If you’re looking for someone that is patient and knowledgeable then look no further. Convenient lessons and excellent communication. Handled everything ..including scheduling the road test. Highly recommend Action and Reaction Driving School! My son passed his road test with no problem and I am comfortable with his driving.
