One of the worst services I ever came across. I had an appointment at 10.00 am today. No one showed up and no one even considered to answer my calls or even respond back to my messages. For the appointment too, I had to call multiple times to confirm as the owner or whosoever is picking up the calls isn't worried or even mildly considerate about other people's timings and schedule. 0 rating for customer service and 0 rating rating for even been considerate enough to show customer respect.

I took some refresher driving classes with Pro Star and they were fantastic. My instructor was Naved and he gave me all the right advice and made me familiar with Toronto roads. The best thing was that I told him my expectations from the classes and he tailored the entire class around them. Naved is a very humble, soft spoken, punctual and patient instructor with a razor sharp focus on the road. He not only fine tuned my driving skills but also gave me lot of good advice on dealing with unknowns such as tickets and accidents. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to learn driving at any level or write any driving exam.

Your driving lessons can last forever!! I have tried to book my in-car lessons with 2 instructors, out of which, one of them never responds. And the other one is always busy on phone. He will only book one lesson in 2 weeks. They will drag your 10 hours in-car lessons for months. It's better to find a private tutor or just go to another driving school.

There are so many problems with this school, the instructor is always on his phone during your lesson, he never answers the phone when you try to book a lesson and is very difficult to book lessons with. The driving school is lazy and unprofessional. Would not recommend

I took my driving school at Prostar, and there isn't much to say other than the fact that they are a driving school. They deliver the necessary content at a fair price, and I did pass my G2 test. I went to go ahead and book a review test before I went for my G test and through numerous texts and left messages I could not get a response or confirmation. It wasn't like they weren't receiving my messages either, as I would get responses to set up dates where I could be met after another student had finished his or her class. We set up several days where their driver was supposed to meet me for my 1 hr class, and I was left waiting to no avail; having cancelled plans to meet with him I was not impressed. In an industry like this, where driving schools are a dime a dozen - at least in Toronto, it is things like service & integrity that make a school stand out; of which, Prostar has none in my eyes. PS: I did pass my G test, thanks to another school.

I got my G2 passed in first attempt thru the professional help from Hafiz .He is fantastic, so patient, will never yell at u :) i always experienced driving instructors yell at student as if they r teaching aero plane to drive.but not here.Hafiz is exceptional and professional gave me lot of tips n techniques.it may be tough to get his appointment sometimes.but we got to be patient enough n follow up .But it will be worth the wait.highly recommend Hafiz for anyone and very reasonable price.

Horrible!! My boyfriend and his brother had registered for classes. One class was the day before Canada, they had told them to come in for 9 and they did but no one was there. They had called and asked why no one was coming and the school gave the response “not enough students”. Yet there was no call in advance to those who had registered to not come in due to this “excuse”?! So my boyfriend gave his name and number to the lady who answered the phone and told them that they would come back next weekend because they had booked for the day before Canada, then the next weekend, plus one more day (complete 4 days in class 9am-2pm) They went back again today and the same exact thing happened, yet this time no one has yet to answer the phone, 2 hours past the starting time. Thank god there was no deposit. But this is horrible, completely unreliable service. Don’t use this company you’re better off going to a company like ABC that won’t jerk your around.

Had a great experience with G road test classes. Took 3 hours of classes before the test. I was able to use the instructor car and was given an additional class on the test day. I was given good instruction and assistance with the car even though my test centre was in Oakville (originally from Etobicoke). I had good confidence and passed my test on the first attempt. I had a good experience with Hafiz for my G license! I had an urgent request to book me a driving test immediately and he was able to get me a spot for 3 days later to take the test. His car was also available for my test where he picked me up, drove me to the driving center, and dropped me off at the same location. Great service, I highly recommend!
