He taught me how to maneuver a car with thorough instructions such as how to parallel park, three point turn, etc. The driving lessons with Mobeen has made me become a safe and good driver. I had Harry as an instructor for all of two lessons, and he disappeared on me after making me rebook my test date. I wasn't feeling prepared for my test at all. After a few lessons with Saadat Malik I felt so confident in what he taught me and I can't thank him enough for helping me prepare and pass my exam with the highest confidence level and feeling of being prepared. He made sure I was calm and had faith in myself and the fact that I could pass. I highly recommend taking lessons with him. Best instructor ever.

Craig is the best instructor he was a detailed instructor he helped me out through my g2 and my challenging times. He’s a not a good instructor he’s the best instructor I ever had who thought me to be a better driver of getting my g2 without him I wouldn’t be there where I am for my g2. Craig thank you so much for helping through my g2 paw. If anyone is still waiting their g2 or g I’d recommend to go to Craig he’s an excellent instructor for beginners. On Tuesday October 20th 2020 I just passed my full G license Craig made me a better defensive driver of helping through my struggles of making me a excellent driver. The first day I met with Craig was the best feeling I've ever had in my life of how he was gonna change my life. Craig throughout the days he's a hard working person he helped me through my rough times at the end he always supported me no matter what he made me who I am today of not giving up hope he made me a better driver. He always pursuer's me to be better in anything in a way of driving better. Craig is honestly, I know I don't say this but he's the King of ALL STAR Driving School no matter what. I'll honestly miss Craig he's just not my instructor he is my best friend and a father figure to me which I look up to him. He's my life savior too of helping through my tough times which I won't ever forget in my life. I'll continue of taking private lessons with him because he's the best instructor I ever had in my life. If anyone needs help with their G2 and full G please go to Craig believe it or not he'll change your life of making you as the best driver and at the end hard work will pay off which is the best feeling you'll ever imagine. Also, I honestly think in my opinion that it's hard to find great instructors like Craig who's wiling to help anyone of getting their license

WORST DRIVING SCHOOL! As soon as the driver came to my house for my first class, he called me a rude names, and also I told him I didn't wanna go cuz he was rude then he tried to excort money from me and threaten to beat me if didn't get in the car

The worst driving school ever. Don’t waste your time and money here. After in class lessons, they keep delaying your booking driving classes. Once you finally complete 10 driving lessons, which took us for more than half a year. And later they won’t update your driving license history to help reduce your car insurance at all. Which you paid them for nothing and irresponsible service. ????????????????

The in class lessons were good. However, my in car instructor (Waheed) was not so great and very discouraging. I took lessons for the G2 and did package 2. For every lesson he would leave for about 15-20 minutes to go in his house. He constantly grabs the wheel so he's driving and not you. I went to take my road test and he told me that I would have to pay to take the test even though costs to use the car is included in package 2. After taking the test, he told me I only passed because I was lucky. He then asked me to take the bus back home because he didn't want to wait in traffic. Avoid this place if you can. He also didn't teach how to forward park, I learned from my friend who let me use the car.

My driver instructor Tasawar was absolutely amazing. I was extremely comfortable with her from beginning to end. She was always super organized and on top of things. She made sure to teach everything I needed to know and she also made sure I was performing to the best of my ability. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be so sure that I would have passed the first time. I definitely recommend going to All Star Driving School to help prepare for your G2 test.

Terrible Driving Instructor. If you ever have Waheed as your instructor just ask for a change. The guy doesn't know how to teach driving and is very hostile and angry. Also he will try to squeeze you for money. Be very careful

STAY AWAY from this school. I signed up for the first package which basically included 20 hours of classes and 10 hours of driving. So, you would normally think I would finish the in-car lessons in 10 days right? One hour daily.... WRONG. It took me about 3 months to get them done because I had to beg my driving instructor to give me appointments weekly as he did not care at all. I eventually switched instructors three times thinking the new ones they'd give me would be better but they were all the same. They took my money and did not care at all after. The in-class lessons were not very good either. My instructor was on the phone all the time talking to his family members. Very unprofessional.

My driving instructor was Mr. Saadat Malik and he helped me a lot with my driving, one of the many reasons being that he was super patient and calm and that helped me calm down whenever I was on the road. He made sure I was confident in all my skills before my driving test and showed me all the possible routes that I would take during my examination. I passed on my first try and got my G2. :D

The best driving school, an amazing service for a good price. I have been putting off my license because I was scared to drive, and many of the past instructors I had at other schools were inpatient and did not teach well. My instructor was Sadat Malik, and with his help I was able to pass my G2 Test my first time going! He is very patient, explains the rules of the road well and includes diagrams / pictures. This was helpful for me because I am a visual learner. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who is nervous about driving and needs a patient and good teacher. Thank you to Malik and All Star Driving School! I will be continuing my lessons with Malik for my G as well.

I’ve been doing private lessons, decided not to do in-class. My instructor was Craig. I can honestly say that Craig was very thorough and taught me everything I know about driving from not having any experience to passing my G2 test TODAY. Craig was very detailed in his lessons and taught me to demonstrate defensive driving effectively. What I liked about Craig is that he didn’t just teach me how to pass the test but he taught me how to DRIVE. I just got my G2 today and still plan on continuing some private lessons with Craig to maintain defensive driving habits. All star gets 5/5 stars from me.

My instructor was Shehzad, and he is absolutely wonderful! As someone who is in university, I started driving relatively later than my peers and I was quite nervous. However, Shehzad taught me everything step by step. He is very kind and supportive, and I always looked forward to my lessons. I liked how he provides a decent amount of flexibility so that you have a choice on what you wish to improve on. I really appreciate how Shehzad always remained calm in the car, which helped me focus on my driving. I highly recommend Shehzad as anyone’s instructor, and I hope to continue my lessons with him after I earn my G2.

Passed on my first try! At first I had a little bit difficulty settling on an instructor because I work three jobs, so my schedule isn't as flexible as I would hope it to be. After some discussion I was able to get Saadat Malik as an instructor, and I couldn't have asked for someone better. He was very understanding to my situation and was very flexible with my schedule, never pushing me. However, I would have to say his most redeeming factor is that he does not yell or tries to make things difficult for you, but rather genuinely tries to help and understand you. I will always remember when he approached me after my first and several lessons after and said, "Please let me know if I can do anything to help you." It was honestly so refreshing to learn from someone so kind. I am grateful to have someone who can remain their calm at all times and be able to learn under them. Thanks again!!

Such a messy classroom schedule. There are 4 classroom lessons as known as #1,2,3,&4, and scheduled in the weekend Saturday and Sunday. These class number won’t follow order and could fall in any Saturday and/or Sunday. Make sure call and ask first before you show up the class because it may change depending on how many new students registered they get on that week.

In class instructor, Michael was a funny guy. His jokes are sardonic, but if that humor doesn't appeal to you he's easy to approach and willing to listen. I found his anecdotal stories relevant because it helped me remember the otherwise dry and bland information with a vivid memory. Office staff, Bianca(?) was very professional and helpful. Before enrolling I had already booked my G2 test and rescheduled it 3 times due to work schedule conflicts and health issues, but this time I was determined to get it within a month as my G1 is within a year of expiry. I paid in full at the beginning of my lessons but had to switch my driving instructor twice: first time due to the fact that he was judging my decision to book my driving test before taking lessons, second due to a family emergency the driving instructor had. Third instructor I got was Malik. He never once made me feel bad about booking the test before buying the classes and lessons and his patience and willingness to accommodate me in the span of the month I had before my driving test resulted in me getting my G2 on the first try! I was a driver that only lacked confidence and his positive attitude, and constructive feedback helped me believe I could become a safe driver :) Thank you to everyone who made this experience a good one!

Absolutely recommended. I have used other driving classes but All Star in Etobicoke was the best. Craig made it feel much more natural. His training was more than just to pass a test, it was to be a better driver. The lessons were very detailed yet easy to understand.

While the content of the inclass lessons were pretty boring, the instructor kept it interesting enough that I didn't hate being there every single day and was able to pass the final exam with little to no issues. The staff tried their best to keep the environment clean and tidy and I had no issues with them during my time there. I also didn't have a problem with my instructor Naeem. After calling him, I received my first lesson in like a week after and kept having weekly lessons more or less depending on how busy I was. He encouraged me throughout all of our lessons and helped me be more confident behind the wheel. He also gave me a ton of tips about what the examiners are looking for on the exam and what things I do that they would fail me for. Especially, on the day of the exam, he gave me good warm up time and told me exactly what my specific instructor would be picky on, and sure enough, I passed on my first try. I was satisfied with the learning and experience I got here and didn't really find a problem with any of it.

The instructor knows what he's talking about and will guide you through every detail for the on road test. I took the seven session package and got my G2. I'm going to get some highway practice sessions in as well. They're scam artists. They'll take you for an "hour drive" and park at their house for 20 minutes saying they have to take care of business. They won't compensate you, they out right lie, and they put your lives in danger; my instructor Waheed took a hold of my wheel and purposely tried to hit someone because he wanted to scare the other driver for cutting me off. They don't teach you anything, they just want your money. Take your money elsewhere.

I registered the package with a 10hour in-car lesson thinking it would be a better deal. I know in the first place that I never had experienced driving that’s why I got this package. The problem arises about the schedule of the lesson. The instructor will agree for the time but eventually will not show up due to being caught up from traffic or still out of town (some students had their road test: understandable) But, it will take 2-3 weeks before I will have another lesson. Now, I already used up my 7 hours but up until this time was not taught to do parallel parking. The office gave me another instructor but when I contacted him he questioned me saying I only have 3 hours left for the lesson. I don't get it. It seems to me that they want to use all your 10-hour in-car lessons for some basic driving lessons and after that, you have to pay them $40/hour cash. All I am asking is a consistent lesson at the same time every week. If you plan on enrolling here, you will have a hard time with the schedule. This is not the best driving school ever.

I was given Craig as my on-road instructor he was very in depth with his teachings and helped me a whole lot on the basics and fundamentals of driving. They lied to me about the insurance discount and their driving instructors are vulgar and disrespectful. One of their profoundly condescending instructors constantly mocked my mistakes and told me "You're a bad driver so you're probably not going to pass". Deriding your students is not how you encourage a new driver who is paying you for driving lessons. Save your money and pick "All nations driving school" instead. At least their employees encourage their customers rather than insulting them.

A really good driving school! They offer packages that allow for you to use the car you did lessons in for your final exam, and the instructors are flexible and highly approachable, you can text them and discuss a huge number of days for in-car lessons. Overall, a great learning experience.

I had chosen this school for driving instruction for my mom. This driving school is a very good bang for the buck for sure. The instructor we got, Tasavur, was certainly very patient and nice with my mom. She helped my mom through the entire learning process, and helped my mom earn the G2 licence. All in all the school had better instructors than those we got from other much more expensive schools, and had much better response times when booking driving lessons. Other schools that we tried, typically took over a month's time to book an appointment for set of driving lessons and their instructors were always saturated with students and often too tired and distracted when giving instruction to their students. I would recommend this driving school to anyone old or young, especially the very patient and nice instructor Tassavur.

5 stars for Tasawar - I asked for her specifically because of the positive Google Reviews here. Every review about her stands true. She is patient, knowledgeable, quick to observe all your driving habits and mistakes, and corrects you in a stern and helpful manner. She wastes no time in a lesson, and I never hesitated to ask her questions and advice about driving/exams/general knowledge. I passed my G2 in one try. I felt confident and prepared to do so in just 3-4 lessons with her — she’s that good. No surprise that she has the highest passing rate of the instructors. Took off stars for several reasons. The school is unorganized - the person didn’t even check my file when I went to pay in-person for lessons. They first offered I give them my credit card # over the phone - an unsafe and non-standard business practice. The online booking system seems to not be monitored. The first instructor I was assigned to was rude, dismissive, and spent all his time on his phone, barely looking up to correct or give tips on driving. I stuck through 3 lessons with him and I suspect these 1-star reviews here are about him. I couldn’t take it anymore and promptly asked for a different instructor. If you get this instructor - whose name starts with M - ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. No driving school should be hiring harsh, inattentive instructors to teach novice and likely young and nervous drivers! TLDR: Some instructors are good. Some are not. The school is a bit disorganized.

TERRIBLE experience. I had to do a driving improvement course + lesson and they told me after completion they would mail the ministry a letter and also email me a copy for my records. At least a month goes by after i had completed it and the deadline was past due I called to make sure they had mailed the letter (i was hoping they had just forgotten to email me) but they had done NOTHING. The lady working during the week isn't trained to do letters ? the only lady that can do anything productive is only there on saturdays...how does that even work? wouldnt it just make sense to train the lady who is there MAJORITY of the time? .. honestly the way they run is TERRIBLE. while trying to book my road lesson, the driver was very unprofessional to book and he kept asking me for $30. AFTER I told him several times i had paid the school when i bought the package. Still, he continued to ask me about his $30 and i finally just told him to contact the school. Do yourself a favour a find a professional school who knows what their doing

It's been over 5 weeks of me trying to get driving lessons with this company. I was asked my name and location and never contacted until I texted the first instructor. I ended up asking if they could switch me to another instructor because he kept pushing me off for the week and then again the next week or they are "out of town", mind you when I asked when he was available he's telling me " everyday". The second instructor is the same thing by pushing me off the next week. I gave him my days and he never replied back, then I had to mention to him he never replied back he gives me a time that doesn't work for me even though I fully told him what days and times worked for me. I even asked what days were he available at least I could try to match him but he never answered. The communication is horrible. Just answer back so people can know. The office will answer professionally but these instructors are something else. I understand they might be overwhelmed or whatever but it doesn't hurt to communicate properly.

The in class lessons were pretty good, the teacher was funny, but I got a terrible driving instructor. He screamed at me because I called him to make sure he was coming (since he was late) and got angry that I was down stairs waiting for him! He spent most of that time screaming at me and saying how I "don't know how Canada works" and "you need to learn to be patient", when in reality i didnt even complain that he was late and ive lived here my entire life. I was going to switch the driver but when I called the school they said it would take time to find me a new one so I was stuck with him! The driver was rude, unprofessional, and acted like he was doing me a favor! Asked him to book more than 1 lesson during a week and he gave me attitude and screamed at me somemore.

All Star Driving School Maple has wonderful, friendly and approachable staff! :) Both my in-class ane in-car instructors made me so eager and excited to learn to drive! Raja was extremely patient and prepared me very well for the G2 test - thank you! :) I did experience numeral challenges, unfortunately however, with arranging for in-car lessons as it took many weeks to schedule and due to no response I had to switch instructors several times. In addition, unfortunately there seems to be quite a bit of disorganization especially in the communication of fees and number of classes scheduled. I was disappointed to be placed in several instances where I was unaware of fees/policies. For this reason, I kindly reccomend all students to keep track of their own payments and number of attended classes. Although I am extremely grateful for all the great experiences I had, unfortunately I don't feel that I can say I'd reccomend this school to friends nor that the quality of service is fairly reflected in the price. I kindly suggest that maybe beginning with transparency and complete honesty to clients, client stratification will rise significantly. :) All the best!

Very unprofessional and rude. Driver (ENAM) scheduled an appointment with me for 11:30am the next morning, I confirmed with him at 11:00am to confirm he will be coming and he said he will be. Made me wait in the hot weather for over an hour. No call, no show. Did not respond to texts, or pick up any of my phone calls. I called for a new driver and it took them over a week to get back to me. Definitely will NOT recommend this driving school. Very unprofessional, lack of mannerism, and overall bad experience. Drivers are also overbooked - you'll be lucky if you get 1 lesson a week.

You just drive for one hour each lesson while your driving instructor is on the phone. You also have to remind them to get the verification proof of driving school document.

Faisal is an amazing instructor! Very patient, kind, and will give you positive feedback throughout the lesson. Never will he make you feel like a failure. I had a previous instructor from another driving company and she would just yell at any mistake I make. As a result I failed my G2 road test. Coming into lessons with Faisal I was a nervous reck, but quickly after a few minutes of driving around he made me feel more comfortable in front of the wheel than I have ever felt. Faisal will be able to teach and give you great advice about driving and I could not thank him enough. Further more he is very flexible with scheduling lessons and picking you up at the nearest subway station if you are coming from work. I recently (and finally) passed my G2 test because of him! I will definitely go back to Faisal for further lessons before taking my G test.

He used simple easy methods which helped me remember all kinds of parking and how to merge/ switch lanes safely on the highway. He was always on time and reliable. Today I passed my G2 road test on my first attempt and it is all thanks to Haroon. He is the most patient, calm, well mannered, respectful, and knowledgeable instructor I’ve been taught by. I had a few other instructors in the past from other schools and they come nowhere close to Haroon. Haroon is personable and understanding. From my experience with two other instructors I’ve had is that they’re rude, impatient, scared that you might cause damage to their vehicle, and are egoistic because they think their experience makes them much more superior than students. Haroon is the opposite of rude instructors. He’s very compassionate and treats you like a human being. What makes him a good instructor is that he’s dedicated to teaching students and will help you with whatever you need to work on. He also teaches you defensive driving, proper reference points, where to look when driving and parking. This is something that I’ve noticed other instructors don’t teach. Haroon has positive energy and if you don’t get something the first time, he’ll make sure you get it eventually without being rude or passive aggressive. I honestly don’t have words to express how thankful and great of a teacher Haroon is. I highly recommend him, he is the best instructor.

I have been driving for approx. 3 years after getting my G2 licence but wanted to book a 1-2 hour lesson prior to taking my G test in order to have any bad habits I may have developed critiqued/ corrected by an instructor. I previously had an instructor with All Star prior to my G2 test and the experience was not great. I took a chance by booking with All Star again and I was lucky to get Craig! He is an incredible teacher. Very detailed and thorough. He is able to simplify things such as parallel parking which can be intimidating for most people. He really emphasizes the fundamentals of defensive driving and how to maneuver a car. He even taught me how to check the car's oil! Overall, he teaches how to actually drive a car in everyday life, not just to pass a test, which is what I feel most instructors do (my past experience) and why we see so many crazy drivers on the road. If you are a new driver or even experienced but want to improve your driving skills prior to taking your G test, would highly recommend Craig!

Honestly worst driving school. I don’t understand how it’s rated 4 stars! About two months ago, I decided to call the school and schedule lessons with one of the instructors. I only chose to take the in car lessons. The instructor that was assigned to me was Craig. HE WAS LATE FOR ALL HIS APPOINTMENTS!!!! When I say late, I mean 30+ minutes for every appointment! I had a very tight schedule and tried my best to make time between school & work. He cancelled twice just a few minutes before my appointment!! On my last scheduled appointment he didn’t even bother to call or say he wasn’t coming (while I was at home waiting for him!). If we were ever late due to traffic (or because he came late), he would ask me to give him more than $35! Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this school to those who work & go to school/have a tight schedule. Went to a different school, didn’t last too long till I got my g2 (thanks to my new instructor). I wish I had something good to say about my experience!

I have to say.. he was excellent - he was very clear with his instructions and guided me on exactly what I should be doing. I would not recommend taking the driving class sessions here. The information taught were very basic and things you would know from writing your G1. The only point of it was to get the certificate for a lower insurance rate. I found that the lessons very poorly prepared you for the test that they give you after you complete your 20 hours of class (it's open book so you can use your phone). The lessons were also very slow paced- most of the time spent on the teacher rambling. The hours would have been better used if it focused more on the stuff asked on the test and more useful knowledge. I personally did not like the class instructor Michael at all. He has a very snarky sense of humour which can come off as obnoxious and condescending. He tries too hard to be funny but it always ends up in awkward silences. I was mostly upset about underlying racist, homophobic, and ableist comments that he made. He also has a really loud voice and yells 80% of the time; however, he is very receptive to questions. The classroom is really small and the classes are often overbooked (in the summer- 40 to 60 students). The desks and chairs are vandalized by students, sometimes with homophobic remarks and slurs (they honestly should be covered up or painted over). Michael only teaches weekends so you can get another instructor on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The driving instructor I was recommended was very unresponsive and it took me a week just to book one session after constantly badgering him and having the school get in touch with him. However, they are very good with switching instructors for you and will do so right away if you ask. Shockingly, that instructor had told me he had the least amount of students (35-40) than the other instructors. All the secretaries I interacted with (5) were very nice and helpful, especially Sonya. Overall I didn't hate the whole experience but I definitely did not enjoy my time. I'm very surprised at all the five star reviews (it's almost like these people were given incentives???); there's very little variation in the ratings. All the responses to the negative reviews have been "if you were upset why didn't you speak to the owner" (??? maybe because it's your business and the onus shouldn't be placed on students??). One thing is, this place is significantly cheaper than other driving schools.

Just passed my g2 test today thanks to my instructor Saadat Malik, he was amazing. We went to the test center early and he showed me all the possible routes and everything. So happy with the lessons as well

The school really doesn't live up to any sort of expectations the in class portion is fine but the driving part is absolutely horrible. The teachers only speak on the phone the entire time and tell you to do nothing other than turn left or turn right. My instructor was impossible to get a hold of by phone and rarely would answer texts. On the few occasions that I can get ahold of him he says he's busy and call back tomorrow. In 8 / 10 lessons (really only did 6 lessons but the instructor cut out 2 lessons without my knowledge) and have yet to learn how to parallel park or reverse park. For those that live close to this place you're better off going somewhere else where the instructors actually instruct.

I had a great experience with All Star driving school. My instructor, Tasawar, was extremely kind, patient, and well organized and provided useful feedback to improve my driving. She throughly prepared me for my G2 driving test, and if it weren’t for her, I’m not sure I would’ve passed on my first try. I highly recommend All Star driving School.

Hi my name is Yun,I attended this driving school after a few friends recommended it to me. The owner and employees working there are very considerate and helpful. Driving instructors, both in-class and in-car, make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I found it was very easy to learn under their instruction. The driving school even offered to pick me up and drop me off for lessons as well as offered the students free breakfast and lunch. All Star maple is also the best value I have come across, some other driving schools in the area offer lesser services for a greater price. I have absolutely no complaints about All Star maple and would recommend it to everyone
