I have just passed my airbrakes exam due a great teaching skills of Garry! He was great.

I took an airbrakes course with this school. The instructor did a good job of teaching. At the end of the course, he told all the class if we lose any paperwork, call the office and they will re-print all the necessary forms. A few weeks later I lost my paperwork so I called their office. Turns out they closed for the summer. (our instructor did not mention that the whole company would go MIA) I proceeded to call every week but no answer for three months. By that point everything had expired. I am now required to retake the airbrakes course. When I finally got through months later...... they said I was required to pay the full amount again. I asked if I could re-take the course for no free or a partial discount since I had already paid once. They said no. They say they will support you but after you have paid they do not care. No customer service. I left plenty of messages but I was never called back. In my opinion, if you have the opportunity take the course with a different school, do it. Frustrating how they closed down and were not around to help whatsoever.

Since the first course I took with them for TCP and every refresher course I have taken with Roadmasters since, I have always appreciated the excellent instruction. Great attention to safety, very knowledgeable, and make the course quite painless (There is a lot to cover, but you will be well equipped).
