This is best driving school in Victoria . Munir is very nice lady and very good instructor. My test was on 17th June , My previous instructor refused to give me lesson and car for the test and told me he is busy. I just called globex driving school, two days before my test and they gave me time for lessons and help me a lot . There were a lot of things that my previous instructor did not told me. I passed my test with the help of Munir Akhtar . I really thankful to Globex , and recommend to everyone .

I just watched their branded vehicle stop, turn on their signals to get into a left-turn lane (that was already full and lined up with vehicles), get into said turning lane (because someone was nice enough to let them cut in), then proceed to drive to the head of the turning lane just in time for the yellow light to be activated, then proceeded into the left-turn in spite of the red light activating. I do not know if this was a student action, or an instructor but it shows that an instructor was not in control of the vehicle. If this was just someone driving around on the weekend in the branded Globex instruction vehicle then they are poorly representing the abilities of this business. I recommend finding a different driving instructor and/or driving instruction business to potential students. Please ask this business questions about who is in control of their vehicles!

Someone operating one of Globex's learner vehicles was driving in front of the vehicle I was in on Gorge Road approaching the Tillicum intersection on Sunday, July 4, 201 at 11:55am. The driver signalled to merge into the left-turn lane to turn onto Tillicum Road, cut off the vehicle in front of us to do so, and then entered the intersection AFTER the light had turned red and proceeded to make the left-hand turn. If this was a student driver, that was a terrible error and I hope the instructor explained the risks and violations of the BC Motor Vehicle Act that were committed. If this was an instructor driving the vehicle, I would question whether they should be teaching new drivers at all.

Globex Driving Academy is a Really good school. They work really hard and know exactly what the student needs. I came from Vancouver just for my exam. Not only, did they have me ready in 4 lessons. The instructors are very helpful. Raeed customises driving lessons as per the driving capabilities and priorities of the student. They are strict and tell you everything that you need to know, which is very good because road test becomes easy then. I had one lesson with Munir and didn't like it. I had a fear of driving and was hoping she, as a woman, would be gentle and would give me advice on how to get over the fear. However, I found her somewhat rude and harsh. She didn't give me any feedback after the lesson ended either.

I’m wanting to share my experience with Globex driving school. I hired this driving school for my commercial road test and passed in first attempt after getting lessons from them. Team is well aware of every road sign/ speed limit and will train you on the actual ICBC road test routes. Instructors will tell you right number of lessons you require and focus on every detail about your driving and pre-trip inspection (for commercial license). They work hard to make sure there is no 2nd attempt. I highly recommend Globex driving school for getting driving licence.

I can say with ease that my instructor was very knowledgeable and easy to retain his instruction... I took a 2 hour lesson prior to my road exam and I passed with almost a perfect score... the only thing that was said was maybe I was a Lil over cautious with my speed. I put a deposit down in February (the price of the first lesson) and was told it would hold my spot for my first lesson in April. Come the end of April I heard nothing so I reached out and found out the instructor was out of the country. He said he'd be back and could give my lesson on May 18th. Never heard from him again. The instructor stole my money and left the country. I hope Globex looks into this and refunds me. The most disappointing part is that I've been sitting here wasting my time waiting when i could have had lessons elsewhere.

Had class 4 lessons. Very informative and to the point. Cooperative and professional at the same time Gives increase sense of awareness required for road test and in general. Lesson fees are on higher side but worth it for the insights gained and accommodating nature for any special situation that may arise. Glad to have instructor turned friend Raeed. I was late to contact Raeed at Globex Driving the night before my road test. He directed his staff and made sure that they make adjustments to their schedule to accommodate my last minute request. I’d been practicing driving but driving in Victoria was a little tricky as I’m from Surrey. I am an experienced driver that needed a few lessons to pass my BC license road test after failing the first test. I had called Globex driving academy and the instructor made himself available for several lessons at very short notice. He was very professional, didactic, had endless patience (which was required with me) and very nice. I felt my driving according to BC law had improved dramatically very quickly with his instruction and I was much more confident at my 2nd test. On the day of the test we met at my place, we did one last lesson and he waited for me to finish the test. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone who cares about customer service or dealing with people who appreciate your business. They only have their own interests in mind and were unprofessional throughout my entire interaction with them. The instructor I had felt it was OK to show up late for classes and cut my classes short. She never showed any empathy towards me or my achievements. They dont have any idea what customer service is and the company as a whole don't care about customer loyalty. If you don't mind paying premium price for below average service, this school will do. If you want to be treated like a valuable customer and a person, seek other alternatives.
