Detailed review to follow: 1. Waseem made sure that the entire course of the road test was practiced upon, including variations. When I was ready for my test, he took me on dangerous intersections and confusing roadways to boost my confidence, even if they were out of scope for the road test (after I so requested), which really helped me believe in myself and pass the Class 5 test with ease 2. He is utterly professional, very accommodating, very motivating, patient and a funny guy. Oh also the most cost efficient in the Greater Victoria region;) 3. For the mock test I took just before my actual road test, he calmed my nerves when I was very iffy about my driving 4. My driving evaluator at ICBC said I made no mistakes at all on my test, thanks to Waseem :) 5. If you’re intimidated by roads as I was, Waseem is your best bet Tldr: Calm, funny, patient, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable pricing and his lessons helped me pass without any mistake If it hadn’t been for Waseem, I would’ve never passed the road test :)

Just passed my class 5 road test. Wasim (Instructor) took me through a mock road test for 1.5 hours, that is the only lesson he has given to me. It was almost exactly like the real one. The teaching at Express Driving School was exemplary from my experience. The instructor properly assessed me and gave me a clear indication of where I was at from the first day I drove with him. Great service for the pricing. He immediately identified what was wrong with my driving ability. I had failed my driving test three times, and after only 4 lessons with him, I managed to finally pass! Friendly as well, and very encouraging. If you ask him to be a little "harder" on you, and critique your driving very strictly he will as well, which is what i wanted and it made me pass! Not only that, but I got to use his vehicle during my test which made it infinitely easier. For the price you pay, it doesn't get much better.

Through all the lessons leading up to my Class 7 Road Test, Waseem has been nothing but helpful towards improving and sharpening my driving skills. Very good school for the driving classes and learned many things from this school. I got the license at the 4th attempt but all the previous attempts and the lessons took from this school was very useful and knowledge gaining. He is very flexible in booking the class slots and his vehicle is in very good condition for the classes. The rate is reasonable when compared to others in Victoria. He has very good knowledge on the possible routes used by the ICBC instructor for the road test and this is the advantage we will have in choosing this school.

I found this business while looking for a car to rent for my N test. I was a few monthes out of practice and expected to be rusty, so I agreed to pay for a 1hr lesson a few days before the test along with a 1 hr lesson immediately before the N test. I'm very fortunate I made that decision because It was very apparent in the first lesson to both myself and Waseem that I was rusty, but also that I had a few bad driving habits that I was aware of but which I had not been able to fix. Waseem very warmly and professionally gave me advice on what driving techniques and procedures I needed to fix in preparation for the N test, and helped me practice these particular techniques. Waseem also clearly and accurately had me perform a mock road test that almost exactly mirrored both the path and the set of skills that would be tested in the N test. I improved quite considerably as a driver through his instruction, and passed the N test. I paid $240.00 in total for two 1 hr lessons as well as the usage of the car for the N test. This price was the same or near the lower end of the prices from the other driving schools that I asked for quotes. I found my experience with Express Driving School, and particularly the instructions of Waseem, to be extremely satisfying, and I recommend his driving school to anyone looking for either a car to rent for an N test, or someone who can assess your driving skills, and then give a good rundown on what the driving test will be like.
