Crystal was recommended by a friend whose daughter had had a great experience. From the beginning she was very helpful with the registration process when I had trouble. Her communication was great. My son has had previous lessons with a company that closed so we arranged two practice N tests a couple months apart. Crystal’s location to meet offers were generous and flexible. Her car was very professional. She greeted us with friendliness and professionalism and an explanation of covid safety precautions. My son enjoyed his lessons with Crystal and the feedback verbally, on a written report and by email was very helpful. When I did a final practice with my son before his test he was able to go through all of the important things she taught him about the test and verbalize what he was doing. I highly recommend Crystal to others looking for driving lessons.

I went for my re examination for my class 5 today and passed!!! I did a refresher with Crystal and it helped huge! She is very professional and gave me good notes on things I should pay attention to. I can not recommend this company enough for inexperienced drivers, or nervous drivers. I started taking lessons only about two weeks before my class 7 test, and to say that I wouldn’t have been able to pass like I did without Crystal and Alanna would be an understatement. I highly recommend Changing Lanes for anyone trying to learn how to drive, or for a supervisor who wants a reminder on the rules of the road/to better support their learner! I was nervous and under confident to be learning how to drive in my 20s. In seven lessons, Wilma took me from being afraid/unconfident to even drive around the parking lot, to passing my road test on my first attempt! The tips and tricks I learned in my lessons with Wilma were critical to my progress in becoming a safe and confident driver, and helped my supervisor (a family member) better support me in learning how to drive. Both Wilma and Crystal were super communicative, accommodating, and worked with me to fit in my lessons and book my road test.

Thankyou so much for all your help & support; I had my test today & after the test I borderline lost my mind when the test examiner gave me a blank sheet that said Congratulations! This was my first driving school in Canada/ with Changing Lanes I opted for the road test package plus a few driving lessons. I applied for a class 5 license using their vehicle for test. The mock trial practice helped me relieve anxiety of test day. The instructor gave critical and honest feedback which certainly benefited me a lottt. I can’t thank enough & I will totally recommend Changing Lanes to literally everyone.
