I do not recommend this school, they charge u extra 35cad when u miss a payment.. I had a problem with my credit card.. It changed.. Instead of letting me know that the payment was not made they charged me 35$. no I wouldn't recommend this school.. Am sorry didn't find a way to respond back to the owner. Yes definitely I would have cancel the contract if you could refund me all the money I paid.... I should be free to express my opinion the way I want and you should be tolerant to hear it..the reviews is to help businesses getting better and definitely helps the future students to read the contract very well. Honestly... I was never going to leave the 1 star review that s just me as a honest person was going to update that to 3 stars because that s my true and honest opinion. but because of the way you treated me offering me to end the contract am gladly going to do that tomorrow. Thank you. I wish you a better continuation and a better customer service.. I wasn't trying to get away with a free stuff as you mentioned as the 35$ you charged wasn't for any services I got .

The instructors made sure that we understood everything before closing the Modules. I got my driving licence thanks to this school and if I could give a better mark I wouldve. Terrible for adults with jobs, particularly in English. They are not accommodating of a regular work schedule. If your availabilities are week nights and weekends, prepare to be offered literal months of wait times in between courses. My learner's license nearly expired by the time I was done. (I didn't fail anything. This was solely from delays on their end) If you're lucky enough to be bilingual, then they will allow you to take French courses or drive with French instructors for a SLIGHTLY shorter delay. The French instructors are SIGNIFICANTLY more informative. The English courses won't really teach you anything. The cars are not well maintained. Some of the cars had either misaligned suspension, or just bad suspension. One of my courses was even cancelled because ALL the cars' batteries died. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to the metro. Edit: From the response of the owner, I see they also do not take criticism well. If the courses were offered after 6pm on weeknights, why did I have to constantly negotiate a date with the receptionist to reduce the delays? Sure I could only take the class after a certain time had elapsed, but "there are no instructors that night, can we do 2pm the following day?" After reminding them time and time again that I cannot come in during the weekday, they'd offer a course one or two weeks later. Oh and it's in French, because there's still no one available in English. Perhaps all your cars are 2018-2019 now, but I can assure you that was not the case when I was there. So, sure. I'll take your word for it. Let's say the cars are mint condition. Unless you also hired more staff, then your availability is still sub-par. Now please listen to this next part, because this is the important part: I am not leaving this review to bully a "hard working company." I have no doubt your workers are doing all they can with what they have, but what they have is simply not enough. I left this review to bring to your attention that there is room for improvement, and that there is enough of a discrepancy that potential clients must be made aware of. If I knew how hard it would be to make appointments (especially in the language I am comfortable in), I would have taken that into account. Edit 2: I wanted to wait to ensure I was not giving a biased review while I was still frustrated at the unaccomodating service. And I leave the review here instead of coming in person so others can see the concerns I had, hoping this will help them when considering where to go.

I know this is my responsibility, but I would have liked to receive a call / email, but it wasn't. The receptionist gives me somehow as a courtesy until August 30th to finish. Due to the driving school's lack of availability and scheduling conflict, I know that the grace period will not be enough, but I still make the appointments that I can. Less than 10 minutes after my first review lacks follow-up, the angry owner calls me and yells at me haughtily. I can barely answer and this is the 2nd time in my journey that she has spoken to me condescendingly. I ignore her, ask her if she wants me to withdraw my comment. She prefers to tell me to look on my conscience since she is kind because my contract is up and she gives me some courtesy time. I leave it like this since I want to finish my 5 hours. Two days later, I received an email saying that the driving school is no longer renewing my contract and to come and collect my partial certificate. I call the receptionist who confirms everything. With my contract over and my fees paid, it was easier to get rid of me. Fortunately the receptionists showed professionalism in addition to a golden job in explaining to me how to finish my classes elsewhere. I hope you don't have to deal with the owner as she has trouble digesting comments and doesn't care about a customer's experience. Elle préfère me dire de regarder sur ma conscience puisqu’elle est gentille car mon contrat est finit et quelle me donne du temps de courtoisie. Je laisse les choses comme ça puisque je veux terminer mes 5 heures. Deux jours après, je reçois un courriel disant que l’auto-école ne renouvelle plus mon contrat et de venir chercher mon attestation partielle. J’appelle la réceptionniste qui me confirme le tout. Avec mon contrat terminé et mes frais payés, il était plus facile de se débarrasser de moi. Heureusement que les réceptionnistes ont fait preuve de professionnalisme en plus d’un travail en or en m’expliquant comment terminer mes cours ailleurs. Je vous souhaite de ne pas avoir à transiger avec la propriétaire puisqu’elle digère mal les commentaires et se fiche de l’expérience d’un client.

I only had one really amazing instructor which was Carlos. The rest were so mediocre and even tried to convince me to get private lessons with them outside of the school. I once had to cancel my classes which I did weeks in advance. But then they told me I didn't cancel and charged me a cancellation fee. I even spoke with the woman director and she did me a "favor" by reducing the amount of my cancellation fee. Even though I had followed proper procedures to begin with. On top of that, the availability of English classes is very limited. Honestly my experience was such a a dumpster fire I would NEVER recommend this location.

A complete mess. Teachers are somewhat decent with a few exceptions who were rude and disrespectful. The boss however, incredibly disappointing and obnoxious. When I tried to argue with her in regards to an element that wasn't taught to me, she snapped and disciplined me as if I was her dog, hitting on the table and intimidating me to thank her because I passed the driving exam, as if it was all thanks to her that I did so. Il me disait que je conduisais mal et que j’avais oublié tout ce qu’il m’avait appris la semaine dernière. Je lui ai dit qu’il me confond sûrement avec une autre étudiante parce que nous n’avions pas eu de cours la semaine dernière. Il a insisté en précisant que c’était bien moi et que j’avais tout oublié. Les deux cours suivants étaient pareils : il semblait tendu dès le commencement, il me criait dessous, ses indications n’étaient pas claires, il me disait que je faisais «n’importe quoi», et j’étais rendue à conduite et faire mon possible juste pour ne pas l’irriter — mais rien à faire… Après cela, je me suis dit que ce n’est pas possible; je ne peux pas être si nulle que ça en conduite. Je me suis dit aussi que j’ai payé pour ces cours de conduite, alors je dois apprendre quelque chose et atteindre mon objectif — I need to get the best of it! J’ai donc demandé à avoir un autre instructeur en disant clairement que je ne voulais plus avoir celui que j’avais au départ. Je n’ai pas donné d’explications, car je ne voulais pas faire d’histoire et surtout je voulais rapidement tirer profit des cours de conduite. Cela a été l’une des meilleures décisions à prendre. En effet, j’ai eu M. Idir que je définirais comme un instructeur hors pair, d’une part pour son savoir-faire en conduite (il a une très grande expérience), et d’autre part pour sa méthode d’enseignement. De plus, je dois ajouter qu’il est respectueux et sait faire preuve de tact. Parmi tous les instructeurs que j’ai eus (ceux de mon ancienne école et mon premier instructeur de l’école Oméga), M. Idir est au top de la liste. J’ai vraiment appris des techniques très utiles — une grande valeur ajoutée pour moi. Je me sentais très à l’aise au volant, et chaque consigne qu’il me donnait était tellement claire (il présentait souvent des exemples concrets illustrés par des dessins ou des contextes réels) qu’elle reste à jamais gravée dans ma mémoire — je comprenais absolument tout! Les cours que j’ai eus avec lui ont vraiment boostés mon estime. Maintenant, je conduis souvent et très bien, et mes façons de stationner progressent sans cesse. Merci beaucoup, M.
