I had taken lessons previously with another driving school in Richmond but realized I couldn’t use their car in the road test out in surrey so I called Arrow Driving School extremely last minute and we were able to set up an hour lesson followed by a car rental for the road test. The instructors were very helpful and I ended up passing the N test on my first time in the snow!!! Thank you to Arrow Driving School!

I had failed my road test 2x when I decided to do take professional lessons to improve my driving skills. I didn’t know where to begin searching so I googled “Driving School in Surrey” and came across Arrow Driving School with so many good reviews, so I decided to try it out. I scheduled a 2 hour lesson a few hours before my road test and that gave confidence to pass It. Kim was amazing, she went over every aspect of the test and corrected me every time I made a mistake. The rates are VERY friendly and competitive and I recommend her to everyone I know!

It was easy for her to schedule me considering my busy schedule and she was always just a phone call or a text away. I appreciate all the advice during and after the lessons, she always walked me through what we did during the lesson and what we would work on the next time. Did I mention flexible?! I am extremely delighted to share my experience . As a new immigrants with driving experience abroad, I took my class 5 road test date on an extremely short notice and that too in Burnaby ( but I did my classes in surrey). I approached surrey driving school out of reputation and in came my driving instructor Mr Gurjit Dulay. I only had 2 days classes with him (2*2 =4 hours). But believe me those 4 hours were worth gold. Mr Gurjit has tons of experience who knows his job really well. He was very systematic and methodical in his approach and always had a calming influence beside you . His lessons are very clinical and can closely guarantee you results. I can go on and on about my driving lessons. But the bottom line is that I passed the ROAD TEST IN MY FIRST ATTEMPT . He audaciously told me he would make me pass and he did .For all aspiring new drivers, surrey driving school might sound slightly expensive but it's worth every penny spent. Remember good things in life doesn't come cheap. Keep up the good work guys !!

Kim is very helpful. She will pin point where you need to work on to improve your driving. I called Kim and got a 1.5 hour lessin plus a 1 hour warm up before the test and was able to pass easily with just those two lessons. The pricings are very fair and it is definately worth the money if you are looking to pass your road test!

I contacted this driving school regarding lessons for my sister. My sister was taught by Kim. Kim by far is the best, the most professional, and the most efficient instructor you can find in Surrey. With only a few lessons, and a refresher course the day of the test my sister passed with flying colors. She even let my sister use her car for the test as my sister was very comfortable with it. Kim also gave her some key tips that were very important for the test, and my sister wouldnt have passed without her help. I definitely recommend her for lessons should anyone require any. Dont be fooled by this driving school. They dont give information about who would be your instructor. They not gonna ask you about your expectations and experience. The instructor was very grumpy first thing i sit on the car. She didnt even say good morning. What kind of instructor is that. She assumes she knows everything already. She just doesnt care at all. Shes even talking to the her phone while we were driving. Beware with this driving school. And i hope she would change her attitude towards clients. Bad customer service

excellent experience using arrow driving school. i booked a 1 hour lesson and rented their car for my road test. the driving instructor let me know what the icbc road test instructors were looking for. she guided me thoroughly about what i was doing wrong and right. great attitude and nice personality. an hour and a half later and now i have my N! this was my first attempt as well! i highly recommend arrow driving school for their professionalism and great prices

I didn't like kim way of teaching ,she is good and professional but she argue back all the time and treat student like as if the student is stupid .She should know that student take driving class because they need it to practise .In my opinion the successful instructor should have a good manners and patience to teach the student .Also , she talks all the time while driving which is bad she makes the student nervous and can't focus

Excellent driving school that prepared me for my class 7 road test in only 4-5 days! Took 4 lessons consecutively and passed my road test on my first try. The instructor is very good and gives you valuable tips that were crucial to me passing. What i found most helpful about the instructor is her punctuality, She always arrives exactly on time and you're out on the road for the full session length getting your full money's worth. Of the three driving schools i tried, Arrow Driving school is by far the best.

The way lady speaks over the phone is ridiculous. She asked me double the money for an hour of lesson....I asked what's the difference?? She said I have Canadian instructors. ....so others have instructors from the south pole???

I took 4 lessons 4 days in a row Mon-Thurs and had my class 5 road test on the 5th day so just yesterday on Friday and passed on my first try! My instructor was Kim and she was amaZing! She is verY detail oriented and doesn't miss anything. If she was an ICBC examiner she would probably be the toughest one just because she doesn't miss anything and if you want to be well prepared for your road test then you need an instructor like her. Also, only take the road test when she has faith in you that you will pass! And make sure to practice on your own as well because an instructor can only do so much for you, the rest is up to you!

Arrow driving is probably the worst driving school in Surrey! Let's just say that they aren't good in any ways, what they say through their website isn't the reality, I bet ya they they just write reviews among themselves.Kim especially is a liar, what they did to my husband and I are what they call absolutely ridiculous and stilling as they didn't want o give us the full amount of Our remaining.First all they asked for the whole amount right away upfront.. than Kim took off for two weeks and never responded to my text messages claiming that they have office and the secretary never saw my message and oh she replied to you... I told her I will take screen shots of the text and she refused and said no don't do that please. The story started when I called love after taking two weeks off without contacting me wether she will continue with the course or not , when I phoned her the so called secretly responded by said ' hello this arrow driving school, this is Kim, how can I help you' I said hey I would like to talk to Kim as I would like to cancel my lessons, she said this is she then hesitated and said wait kim is not here I will tell her to give you a call in two minutes , I confronted and said well you said you were Kim, she said pleas what as she hang up the phone, minutes later Kim called and said ' hey dear I heard that you want to cancel your lesson!? How can we help?, 'I told her that I'm not interested as they didn't really show the care for the customer and that he never replied to me about when to do the lesson when I sent the day after she said she will take two weeks off as she has the wedding the day after I messaged all my schedule for the whole month, but no responses.. what piss me off is that she denied that she was the one on the phone and plus why would you pretend as you have such big business when it only you and your husband? Plus she was racist talking and laughing in her own mothers language and was always on her phone. I only drove with her three times , then i saw how fake she was. Can't put up with fake people, be damn professional if you gonna charge people that much money, don't brag your merchandise when really nothing to brag about is there . I will never suggest this company to anyone... kim is FAKE!!!!!

My instructor 'Kim' is cool,professional and practicing my driving with her gave me a good chance to equip myself with the safe driving skills required to pass ICBC road test. I highly recommend this school. I was taught to be a safe driver and in no time, i booked and took my road test and passed! The instructor taught me so much, she was pickey, but that was a benefit in making me better, so when i took my road test, I was able to nail down all cautionary obstacles. I tried other schools, and I will say that the last school that I tried actually taught me some wrong things, and the instructor was in a another universe half the time, while at arrow driving school It was the opposite, they taught me correct techniques. If you want your license take lessons here!! Cheers :D

I had an excellent teacher, super nice, accommodated me really well, I started from scratch and she really helped, and always corrected me in a polite manner. the week of my test we did a lots of classes close to the day and passed my N on the first try. only things I got wrong were due to nerves, not lack of knowledge or practice. And from what others have told me, they are priced on par or below most places. Definitely recommend them!

Before The Arrow Driving School, I have been with 2 other driving schools but fail. When compared with other driving school, Arrow Driving instructor Kim is much more professional and detailed minded. She is kind and always has patient to teach me. She fixed my bad habits and pointed out my wrong doings with explanation of the reasons why I was wrong. When Kim knew that I was super nervous and lack of self confidence to drive, she tried to encourage me when I did somethings correct. I then gradually built up my confidence to drive after 8 lessons with Kim. I finally did the Class 5 road test calmly and got a pass without making any mistakes. Wow, what amazing. I couldn't believe that my ICBC examiner said I had an excellent skill of driving. Now, I drive with confidence everyday. Thanks Kim and thanks The Arrow Driving. I would say joining The Arrow Driving School will definitely make you success in your Road Test.

This school and the instructor were amazing where they were flexible in accommodating with my busy work schedule which made it helpful for me to take lessons. The instructor was very good in telling me my mistakes and bad habits that I had before I gave the class 5 and when I gave the test, there was not a single mistake where the examiner stated that it was one of the best driving he has seen in a while. I would definitely recommend Arrow Driving School especially if you are giving your class 5 :)
