Going into the OFA Level 3 course with Jodi, I was very intimidated because I felt I was getting in over my head. I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would be up to the task. By the end of the first day, I was feeling much better. Jodi is such a great teacher. She really knows the information, could answer ALL of my questions, and is completely approachable. By the end of the course I felt fully prepared to deal with field emergencies. I will definitely be going to her for all of my First Aid needs. I highly recommend Jodi!

Our workplace did our Standard First Aid CPR/AED "C" with Up Beat First Aid & Safety in the spring of 2021. This is the first aid course I have ever done where I walked away feeling confident in the skills I obtained. Even with Covid protocols in place, the information was presented in a way that it was not dry or boring and dare I even say FUN. It was interactive and included discussions and scenarios. The hands on training we received was presented in a manner that was comfortable and useful. Not a second of it was awkward or uncomfortable. It flew by. Melissa was a fantastic presenter/trainer. I will recommend and rebook them any chance I get. Great work. 5 stars isn't enough!

I have done OFA Level 3 for 20+ years. Jodi has instructed me the last 2 certifications. I believe in doing things to the best of your ability, no matter what. Jodi has brought the best most current training equipment and the updated required skills to the class. Jodi is professional, direct and willing to work with anyone, as long as you are ready to get to work. Her course was engaging, with room for questions, uncertainties and funny anecdotes.
