I would say Laith is the best driving instructor in Ottawa! I had barely any driving experience before I started the class with him. He was always extremely patient and professional, ( easy to talk to & humorous). He taught me every single detail that might happen on the road and the test. As my foreign license is not exchanged here, I contacted Jubouri and asked him to train me before the exam. Even if you have 20 years of experience, the rules and the things to be considered in the exam are completely different here. Jubouri was very patient and teached them all very well. As an older learner, who should have learned to drive years ago, there was no judgment and he was very supportive. Adminstration was straight-forward and flexible. The examiner thought I had previously had a license based on my test performance, which is a testament to Jubouri's skill and mentoring.

Mr Joubouri was a fantastic driving instructor. I had him as an instructor for my G2 and my full G license. He was calm and extremely positive. He was patient when explaining all items needed for both tests. I found him very respectful and knowledgeable. He helped me navigate through the testing process at the Walkley location but also had some good tips for me as I had to do my G license in Smith Falls which is a location I was not familiar with. Laith is an amazing, patient instructor. I felt that he is encouraging and willing to go beyond the test syllabus and routes; unlike some other instructors I came across.....for example he took me through quite a few roundabouts when I mentioned I get confused sometimes! and roundabouts are not really tested in G2 and my test route had no roundabouts either. Also their website has very helpful learning materials, and really helped me understand some of the maneuvers, really good for people who likes to see things written down in step by step manner and picture it in their head first ????

If you are still hesitating this is your sign to book them. Randomly found them and was a little skeptical but I am glad that did not stop me from going ahead. Laith was my instructor and he really helped me more than I expected. After 5 hours of practice, I went for my test and passed! I took driving lessons with other instructors from other schools, however, Jubouri is one of the best because he really cares about his students and he gives details for you to become a much better driver! I decided to take lessons with Jubouri because I don't have a lot of experience driving on highways and I didn't feel comfortable while driving because I don't drive a lot. I used Mr. Jubouri for a few days of learning before my test. I took my G test today and passed! He was able to explain to me all that I need to do to succeed in the test. Mr. Jubouri is very calm, courteous but firm when giving instructions. He explains what you need to improve on in a respectful way. I’m glad I used him for my preparation (based on recommendation) and I also recommend him to anyone preparing for their drive test you won’t regret it.

Ottawa Safe Drivers Driving School is very professional and was able to accommodate my schedule. I booked a 5h driving lesson package before taking my G road test and also their car and 1h lesson prior to the test.
