Where do I began with this horrible services, now keep in mind that driving classes are almost a thousand dollars. For this amount of money the service, the courses, scheduling everything should be immaculate. I believe the instructor zach has too many students to deal with, he does classes in french and English with over 30 student each scheduling. It's too much. Someone need to look into this matter!!

I don’t recommend this school. I thought because it was technic was more serious, but owner is different from the Laval’s one. The first 20 minutes we went to pick one someone else who get in and was speakimg on the phone very loudly. We delivered a baby seat . Seems personals things pf the instructor. He was very tired as well and he wanted to finished early.

I usually go to the CDN Tecnic or St-Laurent Tecnic for my courses. Since none of those had space for a practice lesson in the time I had available, I had to unfortunately go to the one at Montreal Nord. I had an instructor that seemed nice with the other student that was in the same office, therefore I assumed that he's ok. No stress, time to drive. Then I was asked if it was my first time driving, even before starting the engine. Funny, 'cause I am in phase 4, toward the end of it, too. Eventually, I started driving, bla bla bla, and all of a sudden I am getting yelled at for doing something wrong. I was like, ok oops, sorry. Literally 2 seconds later, I get yelled at for another thing, then another one and another one...no end in sight. After driving with the so called instructor for 10 minutes, I had tears in my eyes, stressed like Hell, on the verge of telling him to make me stop the car and let me go home, because that's no way to teach someone something. He was saying stuff like, if you keep driving like this, good luck getting your licence, you'll not practice changing lanes with me because you're not listening, he said that he recommends that I get overtime classes, not even being taught how to drive, just practice overtime. It was true that I haven't driven for a while so I was quite rusty, but not 10 year rusty. I tried telling him that I was hospitalized for 2 months, which is why I didn't drive. Heck, I wasn't even allowed to use a phone, let alone leave and drive. But he didn't even listen. I already have anxiety and other mental health issues, I did not need more stress, but whatever right? I suck at driving, period. When I got off the car, I didn't even say a goodbye because I was crying at that point. I ran to the bus and left, while crying hysterically around others. That "instructor's" name is Mr. Hassani. I am paying classes to learn how to drive, not be yelled at for not driving like a pro. I really have to speak with someone at customer service, on the phone, I am now scared of going behind the wheel of even a parked car. The one star is for the receptionist that was nice to me when we set an appointment and was very understanding. I'm disappointed in the quality of instruction. Well, lack thereof. I hope this will be read by the right people and that someone would actually listen because I have a feeling this review will remain on Google for years to come, without being answered.

Very poor experience, I approached this company to provide manual driving lessons. The owner was rude and refused to take electronic payment demanding cash without a receipt. He told me that he was a businessman and I should simply trust him. He then refused to provide me service and I went to another school , I ended up going to école de conduite MARIO Enzo. Night and day with respect to customer service I as had the feeling that the owner was looking down on me because I was black... but I have no solid proof of racism..... I can simply say I was treated badly ..... this event happened in September 2018
