It was 7.45 a.m. and class ended at 12.00 p.m. At the time, I didn't want to miss my class and I was ready to believe it. 15 minutes later, another teacher saw my injury and tried to help me. However, in their kit, there was nothing adequate. Another nursing student took care of me. The course started without us and we were not entitled to any further explanations. I finished my classes with a bitter taste. During my second road course (a 4 hour course), a teacher was missing and there was a 30 minute delay before departure. I was treated to a motorbike that had 2 straight mirrors, so one that showed me my stomach rather than the road (June 30). Par exemple, il a pris plusieurs minutes pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la toilette chimique. À mon quatrième cours en circuit fermé, je suis tombé avec une moto parce que j'ai commis une erreur. Je ne crois pas être le premier à tomber et que ça devait être la meilleure place pour commettre des erreurs et apprendre. Le prof a pris 3 minutes à venir me voir. J'avais une brûlure au troisième degré (13 juin). Il m'a dit en premier lieu: je te gage que c'est la moto qui a un problème (c'était la première fois que je tombais). Il a ensuite regardé ma blessure et m'a dit qu'il n'y avait rien là et de remonter sur ma moto si j'étais capable de marcher. Il ne m'a pas offert de laver ma blessure ou de mettre un pansement. Il était 7h45 et le cours prenait fin à 12h00. Sur le coup, je n'avais pas envie de rater mon cours et j'étais prêt à le croire. 15 minutes plus tard, une autre prof à vue ma blessure et à essayer de m'aider. Toutefois, dans leur trousse, il n'y avait rien d'adéquat. C'est un autre élève infirmier qui m'a pris en charge. Le cours a commencé sans nous et nous n'avons pas eu droit à des explications supplémentaires. J'ai fini mes cours avec un goût amer. Lors de mon deuxième cours sur route (un cours de 4h), il manquait un prof et il y a eu un délai de 30 minutes avant le départ. J'ai eu droit à une moto qui avait 2 miroirs droits, donc un qui me montrait mon ventre plutôt que la route (30 juin). C'est avec ces deux miroirs droits que je suis allé pour la première fois sur l'autoroute.

Et bien sûr on n'oublie pas de vous charger un supplément si l'on annule un cours à la dernière minute. C'est juste complètement fou... Une chance que les instructeurs soit compétents et sympathiques...

I had a great experience learning how to ride a motorcycle with teachers Marc, Gabrielle, Yannick and Alain. They were awesome in helping me overcome the anxiety and fear of riding a bike ! They were calm and encouraging even if I was sometimes time consuming... They made me feel comfortable and integrated me with the group without making me feel bad for not being at the same level as the rest of the group. Marc in an amazing group leader that is able to keep a group focus while entertaining, while flanked by great teachers. Thanks to Alain who recommended a switch of motorcycle for me I was able to ride a bike a little easier for my hand size. As for Gabrielle she is a great example of girl power and is an excellent extra hour teacher to get me to that road ! And through Yannick watchfull eye and guidance I got to be a much better rider than what I started to begin with. The only downside to the story would be that because those courses are in high demands lately the costumer service by phone is somewhat tricky..but if you keep on calling they will end up taking your call, so don't give up and keep ringing!

Des réponses tels que “Madame, je vais raccrocher vous allez rappeler demain!!” on souvent été dites lorsque l’on cherche a comprendre pourquoi ils harcèlent pour réclamer la totalité du montant des cours mais qu’ils n’ont pas la capacité d’offrir des cours qui ne seront pas annulés à la dernière minute ou encore fixés dans 2 mois suivant l’appel.

Overall bad service during the pandemic. Classes are months apart, had to renew learner's license because 13/15 driving classes took more than a year. Found out that driving appointment for today was cancelled only by arrival to the parking lot - no calls, no emails. Because of that, my next class is in 3 weeks, and also because of that I have to pay fees for SAAQ exam cancellation tomorrow. Even before the incident it took twice the time and money than it should, and they keep getting new people into the program so old student can't finish it within reasonable time limit.
