I used Protect Enfant to install safety gates in my new house and I am beyond satisfied with the service. Samuel responded very quickly and was great every step of the way. They were very efficient and used Zoom to see our staircase, understand our needs, and gave us a quote within a day. Then the installation was also done very quickly as he knew i had a 16 month old running around the house. Protect Enfant took care of everything and installed it all in one day impeccably. He even made sure that it would look good aesthetically and painted everything to match my new staircase! The quality of the gates is also amazing, these are not flimsy gates, rather ones i expect to keep for at least 10 years. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy and install safety gates. Not only amazing service but very nice people and a pleasure to work with!

I really had a great experience with this company. Samuel was amazing. He quickly responded to all my emails and delivered turn key installation and premium gates around my hectic schedule and in my very complicated home. I have very complicated stairs and he was able to meet my need perfectly. Not only did he install gates, but he also secured my stairs themselves, and locked my kitchen cabinet with handy magnetic locks. If I had to do it again I would definitely go to Protect Enfant.

He’s been teaching this CPR course for many years and he still kept it interesting and he is not a bad comedian either. AMAZING!! I did the CPR course over Zoom using Protect Enfant. Coming from someone who took CPR training courses in the past, this course was far better than the other courses I have taken. The teacher makes you feel comfortable asking any questions and his explanations are clear and precise. Keeping people engaged for 8 hours isn’t an easy task. However, Protect Enfant kept me engaged the entire time and the 8 hours flew by. Even if you are not required to be CPR certified, you should take this course because you could end up saving someone’s life. When you take a CPR course, use PROTECT ENFANT!! You will not regret it!!

Amazing service and seriously the best in the business! Samuel runs a tight ship. Having over 20 years of experience in baby safety, his shop sells the entire gamut of anything you need to keep your little ones contained (in a safe place). I have been buying his items for years. He has amazing 50+ SPF full coverage bathing suits, baby sunglasses, baby to toddler hats, and hard to find items for children with allergies (like epi-pen holders). His shop also offers CPR training. This time, we requested in-house service for gates (see attached photos) and we couldn't be more pleased. He took his time with us and installed gates in our house (places that were very complicated and required a lot of customization.) We are extremely happy and now we know that our twins (YES TWINS!) will be contained where we need them to be (not up the walls, not up book shelves, or crawling over our never-used gym). He's simply a gem.

I have been taking CPR classes with Protect Enfant for close to 20 years and I have seen a consistency and excellence with their teaching that impresses me each time. New information and new ways or presenting information is part of the teaching method and it makes the class interactive and fun. I just finished the online class, offered through Zoom. It did not lose any of the quality of in-person classes. In fact, it offered more convenience and just as much interaction and practice as always. I highly recommend Protect Enfant.

Great experience dealing with protect enfant! They installed gates for our home that are not only beautiful but easy to use. Our stairs were wide and non-standard which made normal baby gates useless and unsafe. Samuel designed a system for installing the gates that allowed the gates to look great, are very safe and not damage our staircase in anyway! We are very satisfied!

We were supposed to have the course in person but due to social distancing, we ended up having it online via Zoom. We loved the experience! I think Protect Enfant should consider to continue offering the course online even after social distancing is over! On a side note, while the teacher was making sure that no background noise was present to not interfere during class, it could become heavy to always to have to ask students to stop making noise . Our suggestion is to mute all studentd by default and have them unmute themselves just for the time to answer questions or give comments. This will ensure a quiet environment for learning.

I honestly NEVER write any Google report but this is the one time I truly felt as it needed to be done. From the first contact with PROTEGE ENFANT everything was PROFESSIONAL and ON POINT. Raquel and Samuel are AMAZING. They answered all my questions/concerns and made it a very easy choice to do business with them. I think any parent takes their children safety at heart and you can clearly see that Samuel and Raquel share that same passion. On the day that gates were suppose to be installed, the weather was HORRIBLE ( freezing rain, snow..) Samuel still braved the weather and made it to my house despite all the nasty road conditions. I truly appreciated that extra effort because we took a day off of work to be home for the installation. I am 300% satisfied with the services and would definitely recommend friends and family to PROTEGE ENFANT in a heart beat! I came across this company while desperately searching for a part to complete the installation of my baby gate - This part was sold out across Canada at retail locations. I connected with Raquel and she was so incredibly helpful. As you can see, this company provides end to end installation services for baby-proof items. It would have been completely understandable for Raquel to tell me they do not sell parts only. Instead, she went into her warehouse, confirmed they had the part, personally packed it up and shipped it to me in Toronto the very next day! All the while checking in to make sure I received it and it was what I needed. This was a low cost part - there was no money to be made for them in this transaction. Just genuinely good, caring people that were willing to help me out. It's sad to say you don't come across that very often. THANK YOU RAQUEL!
