(Translated) Unfortunately obliged to leave a star. This is the worst service I have seen. Being French speaking, it is a shame not to be able to benefit from a French-speaking driving instructor on demand. The instructor changes at each driving session which does not allow pedagogical follow-up: at each session, a new instructor discovers me without having ANY idea of my level of driving and my needs as an apprentice. I was warned at the last minute that a driving session would be canceled without ANY REASON. I wanted to cancel a driving session myself because I was sick: I am forced to pay for the session. Should I continue? Avoid this driving school at all costs! (Original) Malheureusement obligé de laisser une étoile. C'est le pire service que j'ai vu. Étant francophone, c'est une honte de ne pouvoir bénéficier d'un instructeur de conduite francophone à la demande. L'instructeur change à chaque séance de conduite ce qui ne permet pas de suivi pédagogique: à chaque séance, un nouvel instructeur me découvre sans avoir AUCUNE idée de mon niveau de conduite et de mes besoins en tant qu'apprenti. J'ai été averti à la dernière minute qu'une séance de conduite serait annulée sans AUCUNE RAISON. J'ai souhaité annuler moi-même une séance de conduite parce que j'étais malade: je suis forcé de payer pour la séance. Dois-je continuer ? Évitez à tout prix cette école de conduite !

I have to give stars that’s the reason I am giving 1 star otherwise the manager at this location does not even deserve 1 star. Other receptionist were so good at handling customers but the manager itself was really bad and rude. I do not know how is she promoted to the manager post . She does not deserve to be the manager. Please listen to the customers and please change the manager and an hire people with customer service experience

Not many option for theorique classes, sometimes you need to wait for months to book for the next class. And you cannot know the date until the last minute. Driving instructors come late and finish early.They just sat with me in the car and gave me no instruction. I changed to other school later on, and realized that I just wasted my money and time. The transfer letter was not valid because they forgot to sign so I had to go get another one. They were supposed to refund me the amount that I’ve over paid, but nothing happened for half a year.

The manager named Madalina is the worst. She does not know how to talk to the students coming to take classes. In her words she asked me this question - ' Do you know how to read English ? ' . How is she the manager I have no idea . Is this the way to talk to customers ? Also when I asked her what time is my driving session she pointed out to the computer screen and asked me to note it down myself. Instead of helping me she shows me her system with 100 things displayed on the screen and I had no idea how to look for my timings . The whole point of making you the manager is helping the customers not asking them to self read . All the other receptionist are really helpful . Make one of them the manager .

literally do not go here. the chinese driving instructor is the only good thing about this school because he's awesome!! but the reception is terrible, completely unorganised and rude. ive had super bad driving instructors there too that literally shout at you and pick up random family members while im in my driving class and do not even tell me who the person is. like the person just hopped in the back seat...excuse me? but yeh just do not go here! receptionists are usually sleeping on the desk ..... like ok bye.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

This school has bad service, secretaries and managers are extremely rude. Even before covid-19 you have to wait for month's to schedule a class and they cancel appointment without explanation. Please don't waste time and money on this school.

This school is going to fail day by day. Lack of instructors, cancelling classes without prior notice etc. are happening regularly! They closed a branch in Guy-Concordia which was supposed to reopen within 3-4 months. Students are charged for late entry or absence in the class but no fine for the instructors if they are absent in the session!

Worst driving school you can attend. Please save your money and goto real one. Theory class is all about dont drink and drive, they push you to buy books and read yourself, its appalling, why would I pay to read it myself. Driving class is as worse, unless you have earlier driving experience, they just take you round and round with no real addition. On top of this, their teachers dont turn up for classes and all they do is sorry for wasting your time, for other way around they charge you. Please dont get into this unless you are already driving for 10 yrs and want a refresher.

The worst possible customer service I have ever received. And it was the manager at the location which was responsible for this. She was so rude and made derogatory remarks about my speech and race. I really hope the management takes some action and make someone else the manager.

Worst customer service! I have my last in car session left and had to renew my contract. The person on the line won't let me book an appointment over the phone until I send her an etransfer for the payment! I told her that for many years, I normally pay the balance in person and just just right before the actual class, but she said this is not possible and never the case!!

Terrible teachers in theory class. Driver instructors are friendly but always shortening driving hours by arriving late and ending 15min earlier plus mostly focused on making phone calls or eating food. Always changing class schedule/hours plus not many options for theory. Rates are slightly above market and they’re always chasing for payment. I would definitely not recommend this school.

The worst ever driving school someone would trap to register. The owner himself doesn’t bother, if you genuinely complain against anything or the fraud charges, de don’t even look into it. I don’t know why they are running the business.. more than teaching driving they torture to students.. The extra charges will be added to your account without a reason. I would say never even think to enrol in Transit school and I feel it’s don’t deserve to be known as school.. it’s jail.. if you trap for this.. you gonna regret for 1 year trust me I am regretting. The receptionist is so rude and the owner doesn’t care for his business. I don’t understand how such unprofessional people get license to run business. The only good person was Chinese instructor but he also left after realizing unprofessional work environment. They will cancel your appointments and do not follow ups for rescheduling. The instructor is not professional at all. The owner is just money minded. The cars are not in good condition. In 30C temperature as well there’s no A.C. in the car. The receptionist don’t do conversation but fight. Everyone over there will disturb your life for 1 year.. trust me your not gonna learn anything but you will wait for the day to end it and finish all classes with all extra charges. Unfortunately, the money got charge to your account for this unprofessional service and people and you need to show the certificate to SAAQ for driving school so you will just need to waste your 1 year of life into this Transit school jail. PLEAZE DON’T REGISTER FOR THIS JAIL

The literal worst customer service experience I have ever had. They charge extra fees at every opportunity, often way beyond what is stipulated in the contract. They never answer the phone, impossible to book lessons. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE ITS AWFUL.

Worst possible driving school you can experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. The manager is so rude, the staff with attitude, one racist teacher (French classes). No customer service at all, nothing positive from this experience. I just can't wait to finish so I don't ever have to deal with them. STAY AWAY !
