Absolutely horrific customer service! Do not book anything online. They take your money and then it takes days to connect to book anything. No one wants to look after you. Call your local office, call head office. Complete run around. Then to finally be told that there isnt actually anything available. Well then try and get a refund! i am currently at 1 month and still no refund. Terrible, dishonest business. Zero service and i feel very uncomfortable with such a shady transaction. Bad business plain and simple.

The in-car training was extremely beneficial. I learned a lot. The in-class training was all right, however I don't think it needed to be made so long. I would trade off a day of in class training for another session or two in the car. Another thing, if you don't pass your road test first try you are kind of left on your own. However, if you are quite nervous and need to gain experience driving safely, Young Drivers is the way to go.

Great customer service, excellent training, and excellent driving instructor.

Don't bother trying to book with these people. What a bloody joke. Pay for lessons up front then spend 2 full days trying to get ahold of the booking department. Speak to an instructor, he tells me he has dates available asap. Finally get a return call from the booking department and she gets all mad that the instructor told me his openings and books me 2 weeks later than what I was originally told was available.
