Super direct and awesome place. I waited a long time to get my licence, but everything about this place was made to learn. The lessons are easy to understand and to the point. There is some comedy, but it is well used to keep you entertained while you learn. Don't be a monkey driver, come to this school and learn from the best in the city.

My experience here was amazing! The classes were fun, and when it came to being in car syed was extremely helpful. On the day of my g2 test I was nervous and kept messing things up and he calmly explained what i was doing wrong and that I had no reason to be nervous. I booked one prep session (1.5h) and rented a car for my road test. Was asked to make payment in cash only. Pros: the price was reasonable and the instructor was on time. The car worked perfectly for the test. Cons: the instructor was IMPATIENT and easy to go nuts. He kept shouting and only pointed out mistakes without giving guidance as to how to avoid/correct them. I remember being told to ALWAYS drive over speed limit (like 61 to 63 on a road with 60km/h speed limit) because examiners like it that way? He even said I would fail my test that day if I drove slower than speed limit? Seriously??? MTO official handbook says drivers can always drive at a speed that allows them to stop safely. The prep before the road test was such a frustrating experience I had to tell myself let's just ignore him and drive as I had learnt. I passed! All in all, YMMV, depending on the instructor assigned to you.

Sam, who runs One Way Driving School, was an incredible instructor. He made me feel at ease behind the wheel — even though I was very nervous when I initially began. He also worked with my schedule to fit in as many lessons as he could before I went for my G2 test, since my G1 was expiring very soon. Syed, one of his other drivers, was also very patient and a great instructor. I would definitely recommend them for first-time drivers or even anyone looking for refresher courses—they're flexible, accommodating, and are an extremely knowledgable team. (And, as nervous as I was when I began, I still passed my test, so thank you to Sam for that!)

My experience with Sam was frustrating. I had two classes before the G2 and I think he is easy tempered and used to go nuts if I ask him a simple question. More importantly, we were both Arabs and he never stopped discriminating Arabs throughout our conversations. I literally dont understand why people discriminate their own people. Happy to see that most people had a good experience with him but I personally wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I cannot reply to his reply so I edited my review. I had no file with the school as I paid cash for a package of one class before the road test and to use Sam's car at the test.

I had a few instructors from One Way Driving, and both were very kind and helpful. However, Muhammed exceeded my expectations. I have anxiety when it comes to driving, and I was positive I was going to fail my G2 Test. Muhammed was very patient, kind, and reassuring while teaching the rules of the road. He also gave continuous input on how I was doing and tricks to be a safer driver. So, not only did it prepare me for my G2 test, but it prepared me for everyday driving in general. I recommend having him for your instructor, because he is patient, explains things very precisely, and will also give you constant reassurance. I passed my G2 test with few very minor mistakes! Had a very good time with this driving school. Sam was very funny in class and was awesome the couple of times I had him for driving!! Was accommodating and switched me to a different instructor named Syed when I told him I wanted to get my hours done quickly. Syed was a great instructor and taught me so much while having a good laugh at all times. Overall, an awesome experience and you get a good learning for a great(discounted) price!

This company goes above and beyond. The owner himself went out of his way and rearranged his day to make it possible at the last min to take my son for his G2 out of town due to covid the soonest was in Stratford and they he took him all the way there and with all the knowledge amazing teaching from Sam in class to Habib in car to Sam taking him for the road test my son passed with no issues .... They also made it possible for my daughter as well.... Hands down the best driver's Ed around London. Thank you one way driving school for your dedication commitment and doing all you do for the young to old drivers

I recently completed courses with Sam for my G1 exit test. He creates a very calm atmosphere in and out of the car to keep a situation that could be stressful very calm. Knowledge, experience and the ability to easily talk to the student help to make it a very comfortable experience. Instructions were clear and Sam was very receptive and encouraging to any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better learning experience...and passed the test!

I only had 5 days left until my G2 road test. I hadn't driven in 12 months, and before that I only had 5 hours of experience. When I got my first lesson with Sam he told me to cancel the road test as I might not be ready for the test. but we took the lessons anyway, I passed the test eventually. Sam was passionate about what he do and wants his students to do well. I felt like he could take it a little easier on himself as failing in the road test is not the end of the world. Overall I would recommend one way driving school.

I was so nervous about driving. Who isn't the first time? So when I went to One Way, I didn't know what to expect. It has been a Great experience both In Class & In the Car driving! Sam is a very enthusiastic class instructor when teaching! He takes care in making sure his students know the rules & good behaviours in driving. 10/10! I knew what to expect for the first time driving, but I was still very nervous! Mohammed the Driving Instructor, is truly a blessing! I first got in the car with him & he has been so patient!. He explained from the get go what everything was & where it was. I told him it was my first time. He had no hesitation in getting me on the road. He is so calming to learn to drive with. Whenever I made a wrong move and was hard on myself, he said " This is why we are learning. To get better!" That brought down my anxiety about driving, especially with another person! Mohammed is the Best! He got me from wide turns, driving slow, hard braking, to being more confident in myself, smooth braking, Nice turns, blindspot checking, proper spacing from parked cars, proper Stop sign navigation and driving on narrow roads. I can say, within 2 Hours I am a much better driver from when I started with his guidance. And this was my First session! I am excited to drive now! 11/10! I reccommend both Mohammed & Sam to anyone learning how to drive. They are the Best to learn from!

I had the luck of having Mohammed as my driving instructor, whose talent, dedication and passion to teach his students made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel. Mohammed was amazing in explaining and teaching the skills from step by step basics to all necessary not just for passing the G2 driving test, but to truly be a safe driver on the roads. Driving instructor : Syed Absolutely an amazing instructor, no complaints what's so ever. He went above and beyond my expectations. As a new driver I was fairly nervous to start my in car; Syed was very patient and very knowledgeable for how to teach others how to drive. He taught me everything I will ever need to know and more (how to do a car wash, how to pump gas, highways And how to underground park etc), I feel very confident to be on my own. He was very funny, and always went out of his way to ensure I knew all I needed to know. He was very easy to arrange driving appointments and also was great at teaching me easy ways to remember basic and advanced rules of driving. Muhammed brought me from having no clue how to drive to acing my road test on the first try in only 11 hours of on the road teaching. He made sure I was ready before my test and taught me everything I needed.

Mr Muhammad is a very patient and considerate instructor. For a beginner, such as myself with the fear of the road, he helped me master every step to perfection before going for the G2 exam and helped me clear it! During the driving sessions, he was very tolerant in explaining my mistakes, which really helps for an apprehensive beginner. He made the whole learning process very comfortable, less stressful, enjoyable and was always encouraging!

You can not ask for a better group of people. My son, daughter and myself all took Sam's course. It was the best decision ever. In class Sam shared his knowledge of the road and rules in such a way that everyone could relate no matter what your age was. His enthusiasm was infectious and you never left class without a smile on your face. In such a short amount of time he was able to gauge your personality and needs to pair you with the right instructor. For us he was spot on and paired us with Habib. Having been in a head on MVC I was terrified of driving. Habib took away those fears and anxieties and now the only thing I am anxious for is to get my new car. :) For me there is no one better than Habib. His patience, kidness and understanding in and out of the car is beyond. He cares about and for you. His presecence in the car immediately has a calming effect and his no nonsense way is done in such a way that you never feel pressured. Habib became very special to us and it is bittersweet to pass our G2 because that means our time together has ended. As you can tell I have very strong feelings for these 2 men and this driving school. I put mine and my children's lives in these men's hands to make sure we are safe and have the knowledge to be safe on the road and I would recommend them to anyone. You are not only a student you become a friend. Thank you guys. Xxoo

I have only good things to say about One Way Driving School. The in class component was fun and a great learning environment. Sam knows how to keep his students engaged in the content. I hear a lot of people that go to other driving schools say they were bored sitting in class, but I can say with confidence anyone taking One Way will not find that an issue. The actual driving lessons were also extremely helpful. I felt comfortable and all my first driving jitters melted away after several minutes with my instructor. The instructors truly care about their students. I highly recommend One Way!

I am learning how to drive on the highway. One of the instructors that I had was not good at teaching me how to drive. I felt uncomfortable around him. He was nagging at me thoughout the lesson about everything including things that I already know. I told him before the lesson that I took lessons when I was a g1 driver and that at the time I did the lesson with this school I am a g2 driver. So he knows that I am no beginner except for the highway driving. When I drove around, he would tell or use hand signals about my driving. It was annoying. Talking too much does not help engage the student to learn because it can be annoying and decrease the motivation to become a good driver. Teaching with only hand signals which he did commonly unless you are speaking sign language (for the people who are deaf) is not how to teach driving. It is annoying, and distracting because I need to see the road to drive so teachers should be using their words instead. For example, I know that stop sign means stop and he keeps telling me very common with the hand signals to stop. I stopped fully everytime. I know how to stop, I am a g2 driver at this time frame. He also called me a baby when I was driving. That is ageism and insulting. Do not call anyone that again. That was rude. Also when I was driving he almost got me into an accident when I was changing lanes because he touched my wheel and almost hit the car in front of me. Yes I said, "What are you doing!?" I do not recommand this service for these reasons.

Before One Way, I had driven once in my life (10kph in a parking lot for a few minutes, it barely counts), and as a 32 year old who always takes public transit, it felt daunting. But Sam (who taught me in class and did the pre-test drive) and Cash (who did my in-car 10 hours) were supportive, helpful, and fun. I went from basically never having driven a car to passing my G2 test on the first shot thanks to these guys. Thanks, One Way!

WOW! I had put off getting my license because of many factors but a lack of confidence was a huge contributor to me delaying the process. I had initially went to a different driving school and had a very unprofessional instructor that ripped the little confidence I had. I started with One Way and everyone and everything was fantastic. Sam is great at communicating back information in a prompt manner. Mohammad was my instructor and I do not even know how to thank him for not only helping me gain my confidence but teaching me the proper way to drive. Mohammad is patient, relaxed and informative. He will literally give you an explanation for everything he tells you. He's got a perfect demeaner and attitude. I went for my G2 and passed with flying colours the first time! I highly recommend not only the school but Mohammad! Keep up the great work
