I actually booked my road test first and then joined their classes. Informed them about my road test date before booking. I took online lessons and informed them about completing my courses and again reminded them about driving lessons through email and also called them. But didn't get call back , No one received calls. I even went to their office but was closed everytime.They responded to my email late and as my road test was near I asked them for help. But they were not flexible at all, they even said I shouldn't have booked my test without asking them. And I need to cancel my test if I want lesson from them. I didn't cancel my road test, tried different options, practiced more and passed at the same date. I don't like their work process. I had certain emergency to get my driving lesson so I booked my test, shouldn't they care for students ( also I informed them beforehand)? We need to book test according to our necessity or according to their flexibility? Also they take many days to reply email. Atleast they could have emailed me on Time when I had questions emailed to them. So poor communication and poor quality to their students.

Jacob was thorough with information about what to expect on the G1 written test, made sure the students had a good understanding of the content and remained light hearted and fun for the students. Fatima was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her services. She remains calm and patient while teaching, and never got frustrated with me whenever I made a mistake. She also gets to know her students, which also helped me relax. Highly recommend idrive, they're the best!

I was recommended by many people to go to idrive for driving lessons; I was specifically recommended Fatima as a driving instructor to help prep for my G test and I couldn’t thank her enough. As much as I knew about driving + road rules, there were many key things Fatima had pointed out while taking me on all 3 testing routes throughout my lesson. She was VERY calm and soft spoken and I was very relaxed with her. The next day I did my G test, and I could only hear her voice in the back of my mind as I was performing the test. If you’re test is coming up, definitely book with Fatima from idrive, she will have you more than prepared for your test!!

THE BEST DRIVING SCHOOL IN WINDSOR!!! I am so impressed with this school, Jacob made sure that my son who is a very nervous driver and had little driving experience was able to pass his road test with only 6 hours of instruction. Jacob took the time after each lesson to talk to me about what my son covered that day and what he needed to work on to pass his road-test. Jacob scheduled these hours within a week due to the crunch of covid reopening, he moved his schedule around to accommodate my son's working hours and even made sure that he was the instructor to accompany Quinn to Chatham. The professionalism of Jacob at iDrive CANNOT be beat and you would be wise to register your child here. Prices are also excellent, top notch all around.

Jacob keeps students engaged throughout classes by asking questions that allow them to apply their knowledge. He is very understanding and easygoing. Fatima was an exceptional driving instructor, as she was friendly, patient, and professional. She made me feel comfortable when driving and not afraid to ask questions. With Jacob and Fatima's expertise, I successfully obtained my G2. The only criticism I would have for this company is regarding organization. My lessons got moved a few times. However, these issues could have been due to the pandemic. Overall, I would recommend this driving school if you get either of the aforementioned instructors.

10/10 would recommend iDrive Driving School. I enjoyed both the in-class lessons and the in-car lessons very much. The class instructor Jacob made the G2 prep classes fun and enjoyable, and made the information easy to learn. During my in car lessons for both my G2 and G licenses, my instructor Fatima was very patient with me, very easy going and made sure I felt confident when driving.

Good classes with lots of information about driving. They make you do lots of assignments too. With that being said, the actual driving practice part they make you wait for like a month to get paired with a driving instructor. My instructor was some guy named Ahmed Shedeed. Ahmed was really a condescending driving instructor and he yelled at me while being on the road. I actually had to contact the iDrive's place to let them know what the heck is wrong with this person and they don't answer as I think they know at their end who is calling. It's a good place just to learn the information but to practice driving is really dismal.

My daughter took her driving class with Idrive just before Covid started; but couldn’t take her driving test to get her G2 as Service Ontario closed 2 days before her scheduled test. She was finally able to get in on September 21 with Service Ontario in Windsor. She had one more in car with her instructor. Her instructor worked around my daughter’s test day to make sure she felt confident to take her test. We also were able to hire her instructor for one more in car an hour before her exam and use the instructors car for the exam. My daughter passed her exam first try. We are very pleased with Idrive Windsor. They very pleasant/professional people to work with. My daughter said she felt very confident and calm for her G2 test. We are so grateful for idrive Windsor!!!!

The worst experience ever we had the school at Marsh break They keep refusing to issue the certificate till May saying that we didn't submitted the homrworks and they keep saying we will call you no call back I went many times there to follow up but they keep saying the same and they requested the driver license copy many times for them bad filing, the owner was in Syria and we need to wait him to come back Not only that even the instructors are not providing the requested knowledge to be able to pass the test we don't recommend her at all If I can give them less than one star I would do Not recommended at all I wonder what you are talking about may you have more troubles with people and confused who are wrote this review

My driving instructor was great, answered all my questions and concerns. iDrive definitely tend to go out of their way to help out. Highly recommend them and most important best prices in town!!!!

The experience I had with idrive was a remarkably enjoyable and beneficial one. During my in-class portion, we had Jacob, who taught the content in an easily understandable manner. He also ensured that we recognized the importance and relevance of what we were learning, while still (and very often) getting a good laugh out of everyone. For my in-car session, I had Fatima, who was one of the most pleasant, patient, and overall lovely human beings I have ever met. Despite my numerous mistakes and slow adaptability, Fatima never once yelled nor showed any sign of annoyance. Instead, she worked to help me realize and fix all my mistakes while further ensuring I was relaxed and comfortable. Overall, this was definitely the ideal experience, as idrive, is clearly tailored to help students pass and excel in their driving in the safest and most enjoyable way. I personally did the (your own pace) course for the classroom portion, it was super informative and easy to follow through. For the in-car lessons, I had the best and most patient driving instructor Fatima. She had made sure I had a good understanding of the road rules, and was very accommodating around working out dates the would fit my schedule. This is an amazing driving school! I took the Driver's Ed course and Jacob did a great job at teaching us the in class portion. Fatima was able to teach me how to drive the week before my G2 test. idrive is such a great school, right from the start of my sign up process to the end of my in-car lessons, they were always there to help me with whatever I needed. going into my g2 today I felt confident, as the online classes with Jacob & driving with Fatima made me super prepared and I passed no problem. if you're thinking of signing up, totally do it!! it was lots of fun and I recommend them 100% :)

Fatima has been able to teach me the rules of the road as well as how to maintain it on the road when driving. By doing both the online schooling with Jacob and driving sessions, I went from not knowing how to drive at all to passing my driving school as well as my G2. The overall experience at iDrive was not a terrible one. Prices are competitive, as I do know other schools in Windsor charge exorbitant costs for more or less the same service. The course was quite beneficial, although I think the classroom content needs to be delivered in a more targeted manner. At times I felt I was just there to transcribe loads of information whether or not it was relevant. (I do realise Ministry sets nonsensical goals). A suggestion to iDrive: try to be a bit more organised when dealing with registration, payment and information dissemination. I found that aspect to be a bit unprofessional with miscommunication at times. My driving instructor was Ahmed Shedeed. He was down to earth, patient, respectful and skillful in his method of instructing. I literally owe my passing the G2 exam to him.

Best Driving School in Windsor by far! Both the in-class and in-car sessions were tremendous! I never thought I would enjoy Driver's Ed until I attended iDrive. The in-class/in-car instructor Jacob Hammoud is amazing! From learning in the classroom, and to driving on the road, Mr. Hammoud is excellent at explaining what the student needs to know and ensures they will succeed. He is also very friendly and has a great sense of humour. You don't need to worry about it being awkward when driving with him because he is a very good conversationalist and comfortable to be around. Overall, this guy is a legend and I would recommend iDrive to anyone who is interested in Drivers Ed.
