By far this has been The best First Aid course I've ever undertake. No information was left out. I am the most prepared than I've ever been about offering assistance to others in a time of emergency. I took the Standard First Aid Blended course and was able to complete both components with relative ease! For the classroom portion, I was really impressed with Eyad and enjoyed having him as an instructor. He was knowledgeable, eager to help and above all very friendly which made the course a memorable experience. The facilities were clean and all of the training equipment worked exactly as intended, thus I had no issues and I certainly felt safe as all precautions were taken to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. In summary, I would absolutely recommend First Aid 4U to anyone seeking any level of First Aid certification!

(CPR/AED) Nice little class, the one I attended only had 4 students so the hands on learning was easier since our instructor could better focus on us individually. Our instructor was very friendly and informative, and complimented when we did well. I recommend this course to those interested!

Had a great experience. The classes were fun and simple and not too difficult to understand. A lot better than when I took it 3 years ago! The instructor was great and made the experience entertaining and shared past experiences to keep things interesting. Will go back for recertification.

Eyad has been the best instructor I have ever had for first aid training, he is delightful and extremely knowledgeable! He kept the class interested and laughing the entire time while being thorough and friendly...I am already hoping he will be my instructor for my recertification! Overall I thought it was a good program. Relaxed but informative, organized and well executed. The only feedback I can give is some of the slides in presentation could have bigger font so people can read them better, I could read all but some I could see people having difficulty.

Chatham Location partnered with the Canadian Red Cross with instructor Eyad. This course was interactive, informative, and meticulous. In the two days we had our training I learned theoretical concepts but I also really understood them practically. The instructor went above and beyond in finding ways to explain and simplify concepts without missing any detail. I found everything so interesting and it gave me the confidence to be a first responder. I recommend this location and I am witness that the instructor is an excellent educator.
