The head instructor Jarnail is very unprofessional and always late for in car lessons. The in-class instruction was a joke, they put answers up on the board as you're writing the exam. One or two driving instructors are good, along with the people in the office. Still, wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

My first instructor took an average of 1 week to text back regarding lesson times. I then called the office to switch instructors and I was belittled and treated as a child, and I was the one blamed for the issue. My second instructor, Claude, turned the experience around. I recommend him to any of those just signing up. At the end of my 10 hours, I was brought into the office and was forced to write a Google review on Delta while the employee stood behind my shoulder, watching (this is the edited version). Overall poor experience.

Everyone was so incredibly helpful! I had reached out to a few schools about a couple of in-car lessons and a rental for my G test and they were so accommodating and managed to fit me in for two lessons in a week even though I was calling fairly last minute. The instructors are knowledgable and lovely to chat with, and I passed the first time around!

Delta driving school is a very good place to start learning how to drive or learn about things you may not be aware of while driving. The Instructors are all caring and make sure that you understand everything you need to know to take the test, they will answer any questions you have and will explain anything you might want to know about. You will have 40 hours for the curriculum; 20 hours in class, 10 hours in vehicle, and 10 hours for homework or other media. Overall definitely recommended. Also want to personally thank my driving Instructor Bushra, without her I would not have passed my G2.

You'll learn about nothing in the class if you did well on your initial G1 written test. The instructors are good though. Bilal was especially picky with me. :). Succeeded with my g2 my first try. I also used one of their cars to complete the test.

Got into an ATV accident and had my roadtest postponed for several months. Called and was able to get Jarnail to do a refresher course with me the night before my road test. Guess who scored perfect and got their full license ???? Thanks Delta Driving School for all your help!

Rude, impatient and inconsiderate service. Service on the phone is rushed and has a rude tone. Some instructors during in-car lessons are very impatient, not understanding, do not give constructive criticism but yell at you instead. Instructors are interactive but I wish they'd give more feedback during driving like how to have smoother turns. They just see that you did it and take it but on the real test they deduct points. The instructor I had wasted much of my time as he ran errands (him driving) and drove people he knew personally home himself. Wasted much of my time and I never got an apology nor the wasted time back. The instructor took bathroom breaks up to 30 minutes and made me drive him to take errands which also took up to 30 minutes. Did not receive time wasted back either. Cars are old but in decent condition. Booked a lesson and car before g2 test. Received poor criticism and got yelled at a lot for small reasons that don't matter as instructor tried enforcing her driving habits/style to mine. Put more pressure and stress on me. Demoralised before test even started. Booking in-cars have huge time gaps almost 1 month in between lessons

The lady on the phone was extremely rude. I wanted to book an appointment and she said I have to pay first at their centre then only she can look for availability. Atleast you can let the person know about the availability of an instructor before asking for payment. Terrible customer service.

I had to speak with them three times on the phone before I could make an appointment for an in-car lesson. I even tried going into one of their locations listed on Google and called to confirm their hours. When I showed up there was no one there so I called again and they said they're only at their other location, which would have been nice if they told me that when I called and asked for their hours, as there is only one number listed. After making my appointment over the phone, they called me to change it about a week later because someone needed the car for their test (even though they have about 4 cars) and then again the day before the rescheduled appointment to change it again, but didn't give a reason. They don't pick you up, so when I got to their Dougall location, I tried to pay for my lesson with debit and they told me that they only take cash. I told them I only had debit and they told me I had to go to an ATM. I said that they should let people know that they don't have debit and she said they do and fought me on it. If they told me they didn't take debit then I would have brought cash. I spoke with them enough on the phone for them to have the chance to let me know and had no reason to lie about it. The instructor was 10 minutes late for the hour lesson and finished the lesson 10 minutes early, so I paid for an hour and only got 40 minutes. I've been driving for 5 years and just needed a refresher so I'd know what was going to be on the G test, but the instructor kept using her brake and not telling me what I was doing wrong each time. She also spoke on the phone two different times during the lesson. When I went for my test, the examiner kept asking my why I was doing what I was doing and I said that my instructor told me to do it that way. The examiner told me I should go back and ask for my money back because the information they gave me was wrong. I'm extremely disappointed in this driving school. It was a big waste of time and money and just made me more nervous than I already was for my test. I failed my test and then took a lesson with Young Drivers and passed the next time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ridiculous.

I am so happy that I found Delta Driving School because they helped me get my G2 first time! Not only did they communicate well, arranging lesson times and coordinating pickups, but they also knew how to give the right amount of pressure to feel like a real road test. It was so important to feel this pressure because the real test was easy! And I got a perfect score from the DriveTest centre. Thank you so much for everything!

Dirty cars are used for practice and examination. The instructors do unrelated activities during instructions in the cars like talking with their cellphone, sending messages, talking with other passengers (!). The student pays CAD60 for renting a car from them for the road test. But, they often do not take the student to his/her house after driving test.

Terrible experience. Paid alot of money for these in car classes. 1st time out the instructor was sometimes on the phone while he is supposed to be paying attention to his student. 2nd time tells my son to keep up with the car in front till my son realize he is over the speed limit and had to ask the instructor if he still wanted him to keep up. 3rd time my son was waiting for the instructor to show up. My son had to call him 1st did not answer 2nd time told him he had the flu. Know common decency to call my son and tell him he cancelled. This is a waist of money. Lousy instructor. Dont go to Delta. Not worth it. Unfortunately we r stuck with them for who knows how long its going to take.

I had a very bad experience with them. The in-class lessons were fine, but they only gave you the Wi-Fi password if you logged onto Gmail and gave them a good rating. They were very rude and impolite on the phone and I had to wait a whole month for my next in-car lesson. I only went there because my friend knew the owner personally, and it was the worst decision I've ever made. They have one good instructor and he is always overbooked. The rest are terrible and very mean spirited. I wasted close to $400 there. Don't make the same mistake, I'm trying to help you. The rest of these reviews are only up here cause the students got the Wi-Fi password. I refused and used my LTE connection to write a true and honest review.

The instructors are hard working, and make sure you are driving safe while giving you helpful tips, while you learn valuable information in the in class portion that overall helps you with your driving test. Ravinder is the best driving instructor you will ever get in Windsor. She is extremely professional, supportive, and she is very patient and kind. All of her tricks and tips are so helpful, and her students have a very high success rate when taking the road test. Thank you so much for all your help. When I first came to Ravinder, I was extremely afraid and would shake even thinking of driving. Thanks to her help, I was able to overcome my fear and I now have my license and a car. I recommend her to everyone!! Also, I called very last minute for the in-cars, with less than a month before my file expired, and we were able to get them all finished.

Just got done on call with them. the lady on call was very rude in fact she said I said something bad word in my language while I was always speaking English as long as i was on call......... give some chillpill to that lady or you will loose business with that rude tone. When taking tests/exams they put the answers up on the board. Also they make you promote their business on your Facebook page (weird much). Overall I wouldn't recommend it. It's pretty shady and when I went for my on road test the instructor was an hour late. Very unorganized. Cars very old.

Found out from majority of parents that they have cut in class times shorter than 20 hours promised. We pay more than $500, least they can do is compensate the missing hours. Will be calling delta for a resolution.

My name is Agatha Janzen. I did my online classes here with delta first of all. They were very detailed and helpful. Definitely learnt a lot more than with other so called classes. And then I did my 10 hours of in-car lessons. I had Vik as my instructor. He's so calm and patient. And when you make a mistake, he patiently explains to you what you did wrong. Any driving school is very similar!! Step by step turning and driving!!! It is by time your G1 or G2 test !!,the examiner might try to confuse someone !! a young person who might be harder to pass the test!!! This company is run by people who are not professional at all. Claims to be 10 hour in car lessons but when you add it up with the breaks and the time it takes for them to take your information, you are only getting 8 hours of proper teaching. Even then, the hours the instructors are teaching are not used properly. You can tell the instructors are hired only because they are low on staff, it shows because the quality of instructors are a 0. Even when I had a problem early this year with my in car, they told me sorry they cannot do anything and that breaks are mandatory even if that means that my instructor took 30-45 min breaks on the phone. It is just not acceptable. Even after I complained, they told me it will not happen next time and that it was a misunderstanding. They did not want to compensate me for the time being lost because they only want your money. You can even tell them that you had a bad experience with your instructor and they will not care, no sort of compensation from there part. They knew they were wrong but did not know how to justify nor they don't want to help because they already took your money. Pretty much a scam, save your money and spend elsewhere as the claimed hours are not correct and you are paying over $500 for half of what its worth. During my g2 test last year, they did not have a car for me so I went 10 minutes late to my g2 test. A proper in car lesson should be worth for the student, don't try to cheap out the students because that is what this school is doing. BIG NO TO THIS SCHOOL!

I have been trying to get my license for some time now, never had the confidence until I met the instructor Pami. She was firm but patient, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions and concerns. We walked through everything over and over learning the proper maneuvers and road rules. I purchased extra hours as I just wanted to assure my own confidence and abilities. Pami made time for me the day of my exam and I was able to pass first try. I’m ecstatic! And very grateful. A friend of mine recommended Delta Driving School to me, and despite of the distance from where I live, I still decided to attend. At first, I regretted going that far, but I soon realized that going that far was very much rewarding. I really like the instructor; he has a great sense of humor and was very much approachable. Not suitable for adults learning to drive. I took driving lessons later in life (G1 at 18, driver's ed at 19, and in car lessons at 20.) Jarnail and his wife are the sweetest people ever and it is very commendable that they have been running this business for so long. I enjoyed the driver's ed course, but the in car lessons were not educational at all. The driver was kind of quiet, talked on his phone, and didn't really seem to care to teach me, yet would tell me I'd fail if I didn't practice. Not very personable too. So I took an additional lesson with Pam and she was very sweet, but she told me I need to practice at home which is kind of impossible considering I am 20 with a very busy work and school schedule and to have my parents take me driving isn't easy when you're an adult. If you are someone who doesn't live at home or have anyone to take you driving this will be incredibly difficult! I've known people who got their license later in life and went to other driving schools and the driver instructors put their best teaching effort forth knowing they were adults and don't really have parents to teach them how to drive. And they passed their road test just with that! I don't know, I just think it is kind of ridiculous. The in-car lessons just seemed like a waste of time and money.

Passed on my first road test! I had 5 lessons. We did a lesson right before the road test and I nailed it. I also took my 5 hour pre licensing course here. Very great staff and super helpful. I strongly recommend.

The guy was very rude to my wife... Very poor English, he was yelling at her to go with a 100 on the highway when there were two truck infront of her, making it unsafe.. English was level 0.. Not recommended. They should have a law that, you can not be a teacher, if people do not understand your English

Terrible experience. I took these classes a few years ago. In class experience was ok, but in car lessons were useless. Instructor was on the phone the entire time and was extremely rude. He did not prepare me for the road test at all and did not do any practice maneuvers with me throughout my entire lessons. A friend of mine had the exact same experience with this instructor. I had to have extra lessons from a different school to properly prepare me for the road test. A waste of $500.
