My son started training again with Peak during stage 2 re opening of Ontario and has worked with them ever since. Peak has done an excellent job with meeting health standards both with keeping their facility clean and with distancing the young athletes. I have been very impressed with their willingness to answer all my questions along the way. As well, my son has really enjoyed the programming provided and the trainers. This is a great, safe facility to work out in.

Peak is the BEST at what they do! In fact, there’s no one quite like them. All of the trainers / coaches care deeply about their clients and the goals they set for themselves. In my specific case, Coach Frank Dejong has helped me navigate through several injuries, while simultaneously focusing on achieving my personal goals. His knowledge of sports science coupled with years of experience in personal training and nutrition, equip him well to deal with the many physical challenges his clients may face. Peak is a great place to train! The coaches are all very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere is friendly and there is a lot of comradery built during the classes. The workouts are challenging, but also able to be adapted to various fitness levels.
