It's a fun and friendly environment. The teachers are there to help you when help is needed. It's fairly cheap per month and it's easy to schedule your courses throughout the year on your account. I passed my exams at the saaq because of their way of teaching. They give you all the methods you need to succeed on the road.

This driving school is very difficult to contact, doesn't appear to have a dedicated receptionist, and has no availability for lessons. The online scheduling system is also a nightmare (tried to schedule in early December, but no availability for in car lessons in either December or January). When I went to the actual school to speak to someone (after having driven past a dozen times only to find it closed) the owner not only showed zero interest in discussing and resolving the problem but was completely intolerant of any criticisms. His resolution was to cancel my son's contact. Don't waste your money.

I couldn't be more satisfied with this school. For starters, the classes themselves are greatly helpful, they have all the necessary resources and good personnel to teach and train a future driver. I'm still not done with my classes, but one thing I'm sure about is the fact that a long-lasting memory of this academy will remain in my head. Why? Fun classes, good teachers, good availabilities, but especially, the receptionist. She is honestly the nicest and most helpful receptionist I have ever seen (Yeah, to that extent). She will do whatever she can to help you no matter how hard your situation is. On top of this, she is very friendly; she doesn't mind starting a conversation with students openly. She is so friendly that it makes you want to go to the school just to wave hi to her. If you ever read a bad review about her, I would say that the reviewer is either a very unintelligent or sensible person that just had a really bad day and chooses to take it out on the one person that does her job well. So, if you ever hear a bad review of her, take my advice: ignore it completely. Oh and don't bother to criticize her if you don't even know her name or barely saw her ;) P.S. this is my part for helping on the 0.1 thing.

Very bad customer service. Called for a certificate and told me to wait 10 days only to tell me what was the balance I needed to pay, waited for 1 month and no one ever got in contact. And if you try to change school they will simply ignore your emails when you ask for important documents. Very unprofessional.

Have been happy with the school so far in terms of instructors and their expertise. But just today came across something that showed lack of sensitivity and politeness in the staff especially the front desk lady when it came the late cancellation because of sick kids. Just a little empathy and politeness would have helped instead of focusing only on cancellation charges and sticking on getting doctor's note when sick kids are right in front of you. I guess its too much to ask and would have same case with any other driving school.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have been there for almost 2 Years and no complaints at all. They have a really good staff that is welcoming as much in person than on the phone. They are really helpful with the scheduling and will give a lot of options. Richard is the most fun, helpful and nicest guy there. He makes the in class sessions not so horrible. The only reasons why they lose a star is due to their price. It's a bit on the expensive side but with reason. The cars are always in good shape and have no apparent mechanical problems and they have nice car like a new civic and a Lancer. Wish them good luck in the future

The staff is extremely friendly and they push you to finish your course which is quite favourable since often times they weren't a priority to me.. They manage to make awkward situations comfortable (driving a stranger in a car) and they teach you exactly what you need in order to pass your exam! i passed both my theory and practical exam the first time in dorval, in my last driving session the instructor showed me the potential routes and which ones would likely include parallel parking. Im glad he did since in the exam we took the parallel parking route! great experience over all definitely recommend the school!

I was scheduled for my session 12-13 but the teacher I was assigned was not able to come so Nabil stayed after his shift and agreed to be my teacher for session 12-13. Overall: excellent service from their instructors and from their customer service team. Classes were never boring thanks to their very entertaining and personable instructors. Each has their own sense of humor. Their new office has a very spacious classroom for students to be comfortable through out the class. During driving lesson, instructors always assess the students whether it was his very first time or not. Their number 1 priority, I think, is to make students comfortable every time they sit behind the wheel (which I think is the most important thing when you are starting to learn how to drive). The customer service team / receptionists are also very professional and helpful. They always remind you either via email or phone call the date of your next lesson/driving with them. They understand that each is different (be you a student, full time worker, etc.). You tell them your current situation and they will do their best to find schedule that fits yours.

Épouvantable service. Manque de communication. Très difficile de les rejoindre. À deux reprises les cours pratique et théorique ont été cancellés sans avertissements. Dernièrement le cours pratique de ma fille a été cancellé une fois rendue sur place. On l'a même embarré dehors à -15 car personne à l'intérieur et son professeur absent. Une chance qu'elle avait un téléphone pour m'appeler pour que je retourne la récupérer au froid. Si ma fille manque un de ses rendez-vous pratique de 2hrs on lui charge 160$. Moi je n'ai pas demandé à être remboursé parce que le prof était absent, je n'ai demandé qu'à ravoir un horaire qui me convienne. Ce qu'on m'a trouvé c'est un horaire comme suit: samedi de 12h à 13 et même journée de 15h à 16h!!! Et ce, 1 mois 1/2 plus tard. Donc voici le service que vous devriez recevoir.....

The experience has been awful. We have been trying to get in touch with the school to book an in-car session and after 3 months we still do not have an appointment. I have tried calling, emailing, going to the school in person and reaching out on their facebook page. After all this still no one has called us back. I am really not sure how to get in touch with them... this really is not a great experience and do not wish this on anyone. Very frustrating.

I did my driving lessons there and Lorens was a fantastic instructor. He was fun and helpful and really helped me focus on some key elements before passing my exam. I highly recommend him. I decided to rent one of their cars to do my test and another instructor, Nabil, shows up with the car and decides to give me another free lesson right before my test to make sure I'm ready. If all instructors are as all helpful as these two, this is the place to pick for your driving lessons. Sabrina is also always helpful and super polite. So I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone

Scam!!! I receive emails from access for online classes but i never actually went with them. Back then i decided to go to another school and the school i go to also sends emails for the online. I ended up doing 2 classes with acces by mistake and when i noticed and called them they told me to pay to proove that i had done those class but i had already paid with my school. Now i have to do it again. When you make mistake or theres a "bug" because thats what they told me you own up to them and dont make other people pay for it.
