I found this process dishonest, especially that "tecnic" is one of the most expensive companies. It is downright fucking us, in addition to rotating it for 3 hrs of time on the same cone path. La compagnie tecnic, très sympa au début (ils voulaient l'argent bien sûr), mais après, on voit que c'est en broche a foin. Ma fille c'est retrouvé, a faire son cours pratique le 20 mai, durant la grande fds. La réceptionniste lui ayant suggéré de procéder comme suit, elle devait appeler toutes les jours a 15h pour avoir la date du 11 mai, ce qu'elle fit pendant une semaine, sauf la dernière journée qu'elle a appelé 45 minutes plus tard, pour ce faire dire qu'il n'avait plus de place et qu'elle n'avait pas le choix de prendre le 20 mai, sinon c'était un mois plus tard. J'ai trouvé ce procédé des plus malhonnête, surtout que "tecnic" est une des plus chèrante des compagnies. On c'est carrément foutu de nous, en plus de la faire tourner pendant 3 hrs de temps sur un même trajet de cônes. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie, ce n'est que du blabla pour avoir votre argent.

I just finished my actual driving class today and everything went very well. Sir Nabil was so nice and really a great driving teacher, he explained a lot of important things about driving that can help me in the future. He's very professional and make students to be comfortable and not to be nervous while driving. Hope to continue some of my actual driving classes with him because I know he would help me a lot to improve my driving skills. ????

I enrolled my son in this school and it will be almost 2 years since we had endless scheduling problems supposedly due to a change in the system. My son came to these classes and he had no one. Then, I was told that it is the employee who was there before had done his job poorly. Subsequently, they constantly postponed classes in the schedule. Once the schedules are in place, do you imagine that I received a retroactive invoice for full re-course fees when I had already paid all the balance and I received schedules with my balance at $ 0 until last month. My guy does not yet have his license and next February it will be 2 years and he is not on the priority list. Customer service is the worst I have seen in my life because there is nothing they can do to help you or fix the situation. We are really unhappy with our experience and that is why I do not recommend this driving school in any way. J'ai inscrit mon fils à cet école et ça va faire bientôt 2 ans que nous avons eu sans cesse des problèmes d'horaire supposément dû à un changement de système. Mon fils se présentait à ces cours et il n'avait personne. Ensuite, je me suis fais dire que c'est l'employé qui était là avant avait mal fait son travail. Par la suite, sans cesse ils ont repoussé des cours dans l'horaire. Une fois que les horaires ce sont placés ben imaginez-vous que je reçois une facture rétroactive de plein de frais de reprises de cours quand j'avais déjà tout payé le solde et que je recevais des horaires avec mon solde à 0$ jusqu'au mois dernier. Mon gars n'a pas encore son permis et en février prochain ça va faire 2 ans et il n'est pas dans la liste des priorités. Le service à la clientèle est le pire que j'ai vu dans ma vie, car ils ne peuvent rien faire pour t'aider ou arranger la situation. Nous sommes vraiment mécontent de notre expérience et c'est pour cette raison que je ne recommande aucunement cette école de conduite.

Never really got along with my driving instructors but I did get along very well with Nabil Rifai. He teaches you in a way where you forget he’s teaching you because you’re having so much fun at the same time. He knows how to explain and won’t stop until he sees that you fully understand. Not many teachers care that much about their students. Thanks Nabil.

Absolutely rubbish service. Went there to get enrolled in the course and the lady pretended that I was speaking Alien language. I was just saying everything in English. When I understood she cannot speak english I switched to french (although not a native speaker but can communicate enough ). When another person asked her question she switched to english. It was kind of bad.

Bad information is given, errors in class times, last-minute cancellations and in addition the nerve to charge fees for a theoretical change of course when the teacher does them by Zoom (30-minute class at the link of two hours !!!), so no travel needs to be covered. And there ... no place before almost two months to finish the last 2 courses to take the practical exam at the SAAQ. What a waste of time! My 4th teenager was due to start in November, and I am definitely looking for another school for him. Don't waste your time and patience with these people. With such a reception, they will lose a lot of customers. Too bad, I used to like Tecnic before. I will see if it is possible to transfer the remaining contract elsewhere ... I no longer have the energy and the patience to fight with classless and arrogant people like that ... They are children of 16 years, not adults. That they make me suffer their arrogance, it does not really work, but that they make children suffer their contempt from frustrated people, it is unacceptable! J'en suis à mon 3e ado qui effectue ses cours de conduite à cette école, sans compter également deux cours de deux de mes ados pour cyclomoteur. De mauvais renseignements sont donnés, des erreurs sur les heures de cours, des cancellations dernière minute et en plus le culot d'exiger des frais pour un changement de cours théorique quand le prof les fait par Zoom (cour de 30 minutes au lien de deux heures!!!) , donc aucun besoin de déplacement à couvrir. Et là... pas de place avant presque deux mois pour finir les 2 derniers cours pour aller faire l'examen pratique à la SAAQ. Quelle perte de temps! Mon 4e ado devait commencer en novembre, et bien il est certain que je cherche une autre école pour lui. Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre patience avec ces gens. Avec un tel accueil, ils perdront beaucoup de clients. Dommage, j'aimais bien Tecnic auparavant. Je vais voir s"il est possible de transférer le contrat restant ailleurs... je n'ai plus l'énergie et la patience de me battre avec des personnes sans classe et arrogante de la sorte... Ce sont des enfants de 16 ans, pas des adultes. Qu'il me fassent subir leur arrogance, ça passe pas vraiment, mais qu'il fassent subir leur mépris de gens frustrés à des enfants, c'est inacceptable!

I have been trying to get my file transferred for two months from a different location. They barely respond via email, you can’t never speak with someone on the phone and they CONSTANTLY miss send emails to me meant for employees. All while regularly avoiding my questions and want to complete my registration with them. If anyone knows a head office for tecnic please let me know because I just want my license…

The most frustrating experience. On my first day of class I called customer service before 6 because I had no zoom link and I was told that I would get it along with the others. That was not the case at all. I only got 1 zoom link like 40 min before class and figured that it what would happen every week and the girl just misspoke but next week comes and my class is at 7 and I didnt bother calling in the morning (the only time I could) to double check. Anyways 7 o'clock came and I had nothing and I couldn't call them or anything as they close at 6 so I call the next day and get that class rescheduled with no problem and the girl tells me she's going to send me all the zoom links for every class except she doesn't and I didnt feel like calling back. I decided I would call them back on my class day which was a tuesday but no one answered. I called after 11 and even before 6. I even sent an email just in case and no where on their website or google said they would be close on a tuesday that had no holiday or anything so I missed yet another class because people didn't do what they said they would. I call the next day and get that class rescheduled but the class wasn't convenient at all for me but I made it work because I didn't want to reschedule my test day. Once everything is sorted she tells me she'll send all the links in the next 5 min but 30min has passed and I still had nothing and I wasn't going to make the same mistake and wait till class day especially since the class was on a sunday and they are closed on the weekends so I call back and the lady ignored my call but she did end up sending me the links while she was ignoring my call and then when I checked the email I noticed that she rescheduled one of my classes for who knows for what reason as she didn't tell me about it. I was so confused how she could do that without my knowledge and approval. Luckily I had nothing planned so I didn't call back but I could of had something and would have wasted my time calling them again and for the next 2 classes, which were both reschedules, I wasn't even on the attendence list so the teachers were confused but they still wrote my name down on the list. And finally when I went to my test day I wasn't sent a link to access the test because no account was made for me even though I attended every class so the instructor made everyone wait before they could start their test because she had to make me an account. So all in all this was the most incompetent service I have ever gotten. But I will say on the positve every teacher I got was amazing and very helpful!
