Tous le monde a fait des erreurs et ils ont été des chefs à nous guider vers le droit chemin, à nous donner des conseils, bref, à vraiment passer du bon temps durant des cours de fins de semaine (circuit fermé). Ce que je peux recommander à ceux qui voudraient prendre des cours de moto : pratiquez-vous un peu sur un bolide, que ce soit sur une moto d'un ami, un scooter ou un gros vélo électrique, ça vous permettra de vous poussez un peu plus durant les cours et ainsi vous aurez accès à des judicieux conseils des profs pour vous perfectionner un peu plus vite. Obligé de retourner à l'école en faire une nouvelle. Si vous connaissez le temps d'attente moyen à la SAAQ d'Henri Bourrassa pas la peine de vous informer que l'examen a dû être reporté. Bref, 3 étoiles pour 2 ou 3 moniteurs qui sont vraiment top et le parc moto convenable, pour le reste on repassera.

I signed up for motorcycle courses with Tecnic because they were recommended to me by a friend of mine. I started not knowing how to even turn on a Bike. Now, I can ride it with confidence thanks to Patrick and Louis-Simon. They are just an amazing duo. I could tell that they are all about teaching because they care about it. They made sure that everyone one of us was monitored, mentored and coached accordingly. They know how to engage us and how to keep us interested. They are showing us how to ride responsibly and safely. I think also that they should consider a potential side gig in comedy lol... they often explain concepts to us while acting and pretending and that keeps us interested. I highly recommend Tecnic but I highly recommend Patrick and Louis Simon because they are the real deal.

Je dois avouer que ces éléments sont venus alourdir de façon importante le processus d'obtention du permis, qui est deja assez complexe à la base, et je me suis senti lésé sans même avoir la possibilité d'obtenir un suivi suite à une demande d'explication. Voici donc l'essentiel de mes doléances vu l'absence de rétroaction de la part des administrateurs. Je dois parcontre saluer l'excellence de certains moniteurs, Marc ,Michel et Charles, entre autres, sans qui l'expérience aurait été vraiment désastreuse. Leur apport extraordinaire et leur sens de l'humour à permis de désamorcer les désagréments mais ceci n'excuse en rien la défaillance au niveau de l'administration. C'est à croire que les deux niveaux, administratif et terrain ,sont d'un extrême à l'autre. Je recommenderais les moniteurs les yeux fermés mais malheureusement la forme ne suit absolument pas le fond dans ce cas ci et un travail de moine reste à faire afin d'assenir les relations avec la clientèle ce qui est fort triste.
