Very unprofessional. We pay twice for my daughter’s book. Have to pay 150$ xtra because contracts lapse (Reason of covid) which is not our fault. And when it’s time to get her exit paper they could not find the record and tell my daughter have to redo.

Unprofessional, bad customer service and rude staff. The so called instructors are always on phone instead of instructing you. Will never recommend this school for driving. Go anywhere but this school.

My sister attended Lucy's driving school and had a horrible experience being hit on by a much older man working for Lucy and when she complained to Lucy, she was told that it was how the world works. No Lucy, people shouldn't feel uncomfortable attending your school, that isn't what they're paying for. This matter was in fact brought to Lucy (the owner's attention) so them claiming they didn't know about this is bull.
