Excellent driving school! They were super accommodating and I was able to do the course at my own pace. I was very nervous about driving, but my instructor was really patient and nice. My other instructors were great too, giving lots of feedback and tips. I just got my license: I passed both my knowledge test and my road test on the first try.

As good as an instructor that he is, Rashid's constant and inexcusable sexist remarks are unacceptable. I honestly don't know how he has a job at Cinq Stars with the comments he makes. He either needs to be fired, or confronted.

Cinq Stars is 100% the best driving school in West Island. They are such a friendly and acommodating team. Rashid and Danielle both taught me and provided for a thorough understanding of driving, which allowed me to pass all of my SAAQ tests first try. With COVID, all my friends at other schools have to wait months to book driving lessons. At Cinq Stars, however, they constantly have a new schedule of driving availabilities and online services for theory classes. They are so helpful, they were even able to fit in my final assessment the morning of my driving exam with only 2 days notice. Highly recommend!

Cinq star？ more like no star lmfao i booked a in car session for Jun 28 12:30 with them two weeks ago，and now theres me sitting outside of a locked room looking like a idiot，waitted 20 min for instructor to come and yet still no one appear. Called them 3 time no one answers. very inefficient！！！ WHaT a wAiSt oF TIME lol

Horrible! My daughter started at this driving school in 2013. Halfway thru her classes she had an evaluation with a woman , who I believe is the manager or owner. She was rude and completely destroyed my daughter’s confidence. She never got in a car again. She finally decided in January 2019 to try again. Everything had been paid in full . They had the audacity to ask for another $460 to complete the courses since they said the contract had expired. I paid for courses she never took. The owner never called me back knowing how upset I was. I went to ACCESS beaconsfield instead since I refused to pay cinq stars again !!! My daughter now has her license and her confidence back. I later found out that during an in car session , the instructor asked my daughter to drive to his house so he could pick up his lunch!!!!!! He came out 10 minutes later with a sandwich. No extra time added for the session. This made my daughter very nervous, with reason. Please don’t give your money to this school !!!! They really couldn’t care less .

IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR LICENSE, YOU HAVE TO GO HERE, PERIOD. I had really bad driving anxiety and for the life of me could not change lanes. But Rashid worked with me and he had so much patience. Danielle took me for my road test and waited for a whole HOUR AND HALF while I did my road test. THEY ARE AMAZING, SO DON'T BE DUMB AND GO WITH ANOTHER SCHOOL.

It was an overall good experience. Some driving instructors were not good but once you find the one that you feel will be good for you it is perfect! The only thing that i found difficult was reaching them when you need an appointment for example since the hour are so limited and since they don’t have an online booking site. But overall, i would recommend this driving school.

As it’s name describes it,it is a great school,it’s instructors are very dedicated ,patient and passionate with their work and students.They adapt to the schedule of each of their students,they make you feel extremely confident. I personally passed my two exams in the first attempt,thanks to the wonderful teacher Danielle for all the dedication she put in me. Horrible experience I show to the place and no one there for car lesson. then i pay 50$ penalty. Owner very disrespectful and rude and ruin my confidence in my driving ability. I wish I never started driving snd I will continue to never again.
