Just got finished of the women's class!! Its so much fun!! Lenny the instructor is awesome and really good to work with!! 5 star rating all the way!! Heck if give it 10 stars if I could!! Highly recommended!!

Lenny is the greatest coach I've ever had in my martial arts experience, and Juliano is an unreal jiu jitsu practioner/instructor from Brazil with a 3rd degree black belt. Both of these men put all of themselves into every class and are perfect for beginners, intermediate and pros. The coaches and students at IKB are the people you want to surround yourself with if you want to strive towards your full potential. Besides teaching and leadership skills, these instructors both have great personalities and are some of the best men I've met in my life. I've only been with Lenny for a bit over a year now and this academy has changed my life drastically (physically, mentally). Don't miss out!
