I joined Lauzon during COVID-19 era, and I must say that they have handled their business very well. THey are quick to respond and are very flexible. They had online training sessions that was very well demonstrated by Juan. Ils ont pris beaucoup de gens pour les cours théoriques et n'ont pas de prof maintenant pour les cours de conduite et ont une longue liste d'attente d'élèves. J'ai complété mes cours théorique en août 2020 et ils m'ont fait patienter jusqu'en juillet 2021 sans que je puisse suivre des cours de conduite en me disant d'être patient que je vais pouvoir complété d'ici août 2021 mes cours de conduite. J'ai été patient, mais rien n'a changé en 1 an et j'ai perdu tout ce temps sans finalement suivre aucun cours de conduite. Suite à cela j'ai demandé qu'ils me donnent une lettre afin que je puisse continuer dans une autre école. J'ai laissé pleins de messages sur leurs répondeurs et des courriels sans réponses. Il y a plus de 2 semaines, ils ont finalement répondu et m'ont dit que je vais recevoir la lettre d'ici 2 semaines. Mais cela fait plus de 2 semaines et je n'ai reçu aucune lettre. Pablo le prof pour pour les cours de théorie était très bien. Par contre l'administration n'a aucun respect pour les clients et vont vous laissez sans solution une fois que les cours théoriques seront complétés.

Certaines courriels se perdaient, ou bien plusieurs personnes faisaient le suivi en disant des indications contraires. Des courriels de l'admin pas très pro (émoji, tutoie, etc.). Des cours schédulés puis annulés sans préavis. Aussi, l'instructeur Nico, je ne recommande pas. J'ai eut un cours avec lui, puis j'ai demandé à ne plus l'avoir. Il est sur son téléphone, ne regarde pas la route et montre des photos de ses filles et d'articles sur internet pendant que je conduisais.
