Staff was very rude. The person who gave the road test was on his phone the entire time. When I asked for the manager that same person came out of his office and started yelling. Still can't contact the manager. If I could give -5 stars, that's what my review would be.

Each and every time I call here to book anything, or find out information, I get some very rude people on the phone, this is only when the actually answer the phone......and they all go by a different set of rules......why on earth can they not be pleasant to others in this office....I do not think it's fair to be this way when dealing with the public and there are a lot of qualified people out there, that would die to have a job like this. Someone train these employees to not be jerks...please and thank you :) If you feel you are being overworked please do not take it out on the public.....some of us are very nice people that get very offended at being treated like we don't matter :)

Always a line!!! Every time i have to come here same deal line around the corner and only one desk open.... Time to spend some money on some staff but of course that wont happen because people must come here so may as well budget cut and make them wait

Why do we pay for them to have a phone if no one answers it. " just call in on the day to see if there are any cancelations".. no answer for 3 business days

Absolutely terrible service and the staff treated me very bad. Go to Courtenay if you need to go to Service BC. I can't imagine they are any worse out there.

Had a wonderful experience when I went there for my driving test recently. I was really nervous before my test but Driving Examiner Josh was super amazing, his instructions were very clear and made my test experience very comfortable. All the other staff members were amazing as well.

Rude employees, you can feel the misery as soon as you walk into the building. I wouldn't come here for anything else besides a drivers test.

Every time I've gone down, it's been a complete waste of time. I dont get the same answers from inside as I do over the phone. Big lack of communication, really feels like they just are here for a paycheck.
