amazing! I found each and every one of the lessons to be super helpful and informative. One instructor that I had in particular, Reina (sorry if I spelt it wrong!) was awesome! She is a great, upbeat person who will make you feel super comfortable and confident on the road. She definitely helped me a ton and I’m super grateful to have gotten her as my instructor more than once! The company also makes sure to call you ahead of time to remind you of your lesson, and when they call for the next one, they asked how your last one went. Great service! One amazing school. This is what other driving schools should aspire to be on the corporate side of things. My first experience in choosing what school would be the best to learn from came from the moment I walked in the door. Bob himself sat down with me and took time out of his busy schedule and explained every question that I had asked him. When I went to another school, they just handed me a piece of paper and thought that I would be back and give them my money. Nope! With that alone, I chose to pay for my lessons at Integrity. As for the instructor, Tom? This man is a Legend. Super chill, doesn't make you feel dumb, takes the time to explain what is going on and how to go through specific driving maneuvers in a safe manner. A sense of humor with this guy? Every lesson I was always laughing at something, even during a few days when I had not a great day, at least I would know, when I do my lessons with Tom, something was bound to make the day great. I passed my road exam thanks to these guys. I will be coming back for my class 6 next summer. If you're wanting a place that teaches you and doesn't make you feel like just a number that they want to put through and take your money, go to Integrity.

After failing the N test a couple of times, I had almost lost hope in being able to drive, but decided to give it one last try in Abbotsford. I'm glad to have chosen Integrity because I finally passed on my 5th try! My instructor, Robert, is one cool dude and tells funny, engaging stories during lessons, which relieved me of my anxiety while driving. He is very detailed when explaining maneuvers and knows exactly what ICBC examiners expect you to do on the road test. The office staff as well are accommodating as a whole! Hopefully I won't need it, but if I need lessons for my Class 5 road test in two years time, I'll definitely look at Integrity again.

I would like to share my experience with Integrity Driving school. I booked for the silver package and i received my schedule after two weeks along with the exam date, which was quick????. Integrity has the best instructors Jaswinder and Harsimran. They both go to the details of driving skills. I never had prior truck driving experience but i took my exam class 1 after two weeks of learning classes and passed it????. Integrity determines ur skills before they send u for exam and give you recommendations , i think thats the best thing to improve the part where u are lacking skills. I will definitely recommend this school to ppl. Thank you Integrity.

Went with this school for motorcycles because they were cheaper as they don’t cover the theory. Our instructor had no previous experience as an instructor. He spent the majority of the course chatting with the one student who already passed the skills test and when it came to the actual skills test they sent the students solo with two bikes to wait in line only to be told there would be no testing that day. This would then leave you to pay additional to book another test with their bikes. If you cancel, you get very little of your funds back. Go to a REPUTABLE motorcycle school that actually has the skill testing with their instructors. It is well worth it. The worst part of this, they call themselves Integrity. I found that they lacked this very thing.

The entire staff was very positive and helpful. I honestly think the progam and process that is used by the instructors really made it easy to learn and gain confidence. Speaking of the instructors, they are knowledgeable and experienced. I never felt like I was overwhelmed, becauce the instructors wouldn't let that happen. If I did mess up they would tell me "Don't worry about it I got your back" and would help me fix the problem in a quick and timely fashion. Then we would work on it as much as I needed to. Not only to pass ICBC's test, but so I really knew why I was making the mistakes and how to corect them. So I can drive a Class 1 vehicle with confidence. With thier commitment and my desire and commitment... I passed the pre-trip and the road test [icbc exam] the first time easily with that confidence!!

I passed my class 4 road test on the first try after just one session with Bobby, the instructor. He is awesome! He really knows his stuff and completely puts you at ease on the road so you can really focus and do your best. The examiner said it’s one of the most failed tests, and that I did fantastic. And I can tell you, I knew nothing about driving large vehicles before my lesson. Great experience at Integrity. Came in on a Wednesday and neeed to complete my class 1 training within a week. Reena and Tom made it happen. With lessons on the weekend and working around my schedule. I was able to take and pass my road test the next Thursday. Tom is an excellent instructor knowledgeable and patient never watching the clock more concerned that you're getting the shifting or making the corners. I'd like to state that Jessy and Reena who normally answer the phones are very well educated and share their vast knowledge. They actually really care about you successfully passing rather then taking money which other schools fail to do. I really really want to thank my Instructor for my Class 1, Bobby. I had a completely relaxed stress free environment learning. There was a time where I personally felt like I needed a few additional lessons. Bobby took time off from his long weekend just to help me out and ensure I had more success passing my road test. . My gratitude to you for going out of your way for me. Really meant the world to me. Thank you very much and the time you spent helping me learn. I enjoyed every minute in every lesson together. Bobby truly is fantastic, patient, and an amazing mentor filled with knowledge and willing to share it all. Couldn't have passed my road test without you! It had been easily 20 years since I rode a motorcycle and I wanted to get my Class 6. I shopped around and Integrity was my best bang for my buck. They offered everything I needed from a school at a fraction of the cost. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. Bob and Reena were excellent from the start and really went out of their way to help me through a particularly tough period when there was a bit of confusion around my MST. Scott was a fantastic instructor, very down to earth, approachable and patient. He made sure to spend time focusing on each student individually so we could identify together what needed the most attention to learn how to ride safely. My only recommendation, which I expressed to them, would be to spend some time doing routine advance checks to the bikes so things like burnt out brake lights, low fuel tanks, etc. can get taken care of before class time begins. They accepted my feedback graciously. In the end, because of the training at Integrity Driving School, I passed my Class 6 road test with flying colours in May and am enjoying the freedom that comes with it. I would recommend this school to anyone wanting to learn to ride.

Some complications did arise but I feel like they handled them well and were fairly cooperative. They really thought of me, as a student trying to get my full license and put my priorities in mind. I couldn't have been more impressed by this manner, even if I chose them last minute in less than desirable circumstances. Im happy I chose them.

I'm a young driver that had very little experience with driving standard before this school. In no way was I a profesional level driver. After just few weeks at Integrity I felt fully confident in the driver seat of a semi and passed my ICBC road test with ease. The first two days driving can be very intimidating, given the size of the rig you are driving, along with learning new shifting patterns. The Instructers however, were extremely patient and relaxed while I fumbled around stalling and jerking around on some quiet back roads. Under their instruction, I quickly found myself driving through the busy roads of down town abby full truck and trailer. Everyone at Integrity is highly knowlegable and engaging and I would recomend their school to anyone looking to get their CDL.

I am so happy bcoz they really helped me a lot to pass my road test in a very short time. The whole team is very kind and supportive. Air brake class was extremely disorganized and needed revision as none of it made sense to anyone and it was clear very little care was put into making the presentation. during my class 3 training my instructor often took smoke brakes on my time that i paid for even when i suggested otherwise. I insisted on wanting to learn how to shift properly using the double clutch method but my instructor refused to teach me stating "ICBC will go easier on you if you don't use the clutch" (they don't and i had to relearn how to shift from a different driving school as it would have been nearly impossible to pass otherwise.) Instructor was extremely unprofessional and talked about getting DUI's and how to forge driving paperwork. When I first started driving I wasn't able to learn a pre-trip because my instructor "had done 5 pre-trips already with other students and didn't feel like doing any more today" the course was a complete waste of my time and money and i wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this driving school. I called the office twice trying to get a hold of a manager to voice my concern as the service i received was out of the ordinary all I was told was that a manager would call me back (which never happened) and they didn't seem to show any care or customer support. Save yourself time and money and go to a different school.

Integrity driving school was a great choice. I got my air brake endorsement through them. My instructor for my air brake class was Tom. Tom was great! He made everything simple and easy to understand. He's very relaxed and makes class fun. He taught me everything I needed to pass my ICBC test on the first try. I did my pre trip with Bob. Bob was fantastic! He took the time to go over each step until I understood everything. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. The staff was also great. Worst driving school ever. My instructor she was doing my lesson and was always on her phone texting. I did not feel safe. My parents do not even use their phones when they drive with me and she is a professional. She was hard to understand because of her accent and she spoke so fast that I didn't get what she was saying. I came here because my friend said it was the best driving school but it turned out to be the worst one. Cheap school comes with cheap service.

This driving school is awesome. I signed up for my class 1 program 3 weeks ago and today I got my class 1 license the first time. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Instructors and staff genuinely care for their students and it shows. The best part was they did a mock test which gave me so much insight as to what to expect. It was like a real ICBC road test with tons of feedback. Today there was three class 1 road-tests in my batch and we all passed. I went there today for my class 5 air brake pre-trip inspection test. They are on the same lot as ICBC. I booked 2 hours of training and they booked my test with ICBC after my course. The training and test was done on their truck which made thing much easier. The instructor was knowledgeable and a good teacher. I passed my ICBC test with flying colours.Be prepared to crawl around under the truck for your test.

Great company. My son had lessons with both Rena and Bob, and they were both really good. He said they were very clear with their instructions and the rules of the road. I personally really liked the 90 minute lessons, especially if you are getting picked up and dropped off. My other son had lesson somewhere else years ago and the one hour lessons were too short and the whole experience wasn't nearly as professional as Integrity. With Bob and Renas lessons, my son passed his drivers test the first time, and I do credit it to their " mock " tests and excellent instruction.

Im glad i chose to go with integrity for my class 1 lessons. Great people to work with and awesome instructors. For their accommodating scheduling, and providing me with adequate knowledge to pass the class 2 driver exam, I would have given Integrity a higher rating. However, I can only give Integrity Driving School a 3 star rating because the low level of 'integrity' with their business practice. First of all, Integrity is like a cash only business. In order to get the price listed for the course, I must pay cash. Otherwise, I will have to pay additional cost using credit card. Then, the matter of insurance and liability. According to Integrity staffs, there is insurance coverage during the time of the training and students will not be liable for damages since the instructor is present and responsible of the student. On the day of the road test, Integrity will act as a rental company renting the bus to the student. However, unlike a rental company, Integrity doesn't provide additonal insurance coverage option for the student. The student will have to pay for any damages to the bus occurred during exam day. In my case, on the second day of my driving lesson, there was an incident happened when I was backing up the bus. The instructor, Bob, and I checked the bus. According to Bob, all was well. However, on the next class, Bob told me that the tail light was damaged and I had to pay $15 because it's my fault. No more discussion of the matter until I passed my exam and went to the office to finish up the paperwork. There, I was given a bill of $25 by the staff. They told me that the damage was my fault and I had to pay them in cash. At the end of the day, Integrity Driving School doesn't want to pay credit card company the expense; and, they don't want to tarnish their insurance claim record and increase their premium. Therefore, Integrity Driving School passes all cost to the student. All in all, these cash payment, student's liability and cash payment, boils down to Greed and they reflect the Low level of "integrity" with their business practice.

My brother and I took our class 3A training with integrity. Our instructor Harsimran was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We both passed our pretrip and road tests on the first try with minimal demerits and difficulty thanks to him. Only good things to say about this company. 10/10

She had very little confidence and next to no experience when it came to driving and her instructor Robert transformed her into not only an amazing and safe driver but he was able to build the confidence in her that she so desperately needed. I would recommend this driving school because the instructors were very informative and thorough with there teaching, always willing to go that extra step if needed the owner Bob always had time for his students and always had time to talk to me when needed and was very helpful and willing to help me.The office staff were very good at making sure they would work around our schedules (as i have children). Because of the training i got from Integrity i have gained employment with a very reputable transport company.

I had a great experience with Integrity Diving School in Abbotsford. I wanted to get my class 1 licence as quickly as possible and they made it happen. After registering, I received a custom training schedule that fit around my full time work schedule. The instructors were easy going and knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable during the learning process. One instructor was consistently late for lessons but made up for by continuing the lessons longer. The other instructor I had always arrived before I did and was prepared to start even when I arrived 15 mins early one day which I appreciated. The trucks used were in good condition but did have a couple minor discrepancies that I was assured were acceptable (eg. trailer inspection report that was expired, fire extinguisher that wasn't fully charged, missing marker light on trailer, garbage/empty water bottles in the cab). During the course, my work schedule got shifted around but Reena (she's the best!) at the school office was flexible and was able to change my lesson times with very little notice. I was happy with how quickly they were able to get me ready for the road test and with the support that they provided afterward to help me find a job driving. I would recommend Integrity Driving School for anyone looking to get their class 1 licence.

Great driving school, have and will be recommending to friends. I just completed my class 1 training and successfully passed my ICBC tests. Really enjoyed working with the instructors, always felt safe and comfortable. During mistakes I made the instructors were always really good at being patient and talking me through how to correct the mistake or do it better. She provided me with all the information that I didn't know and explained the process step by step to me. I passed my road test today after a 6 hour driving lesson from Integrity. I talked to Reena for enquiring driving lesson and she did a great job at suggesting me best package that suits my need and a great customer service lady as well. Robert was a really great instructor and he prepared me for more than just a road test. He almost trained me on every little thing i have to watch for in road and that an examiner would look for. This is a good commercial driving school. They took me to road able me to do a good road practice for class 3 manual shift. I find it clutch in is lots easily. A Equipment runs well. My first lesson here. I did 2 previous lessons with Valley truck driving school in Surrey as well. Good 2 places to learn different road environment. After 30 mins i was able to shift quick. Well done. I don't have much bad driving habits Specially Ontario has very strict driving standard in order to pass basic Class 5/G I definitely will be back again for more lesson.

You won't find a more personable, supportive and knowledgeable staff anywhere! Their prices are very competitive, too, and they have a nice selection of packages to suit almost every type of need. I did my class 1 here, from the intial airbrakes course, which was what hooked me because of the teaching style, to my roadtest. The trucks are well maintained and clean, which makes working with them less stressful. I just love this company!

Very unorganized and ineffective learning experience. It was a waste of my time and money as they don't provide any expertise and help. As I took my lessons, my learning growth stalled and was not provided any tips to overcome my shortcomings. They only care about money and take no interest in making you a good driver.

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would. Hands down these guys are the best. I called around before making a commitment to a school. After all I wanted the best for my son. Integrity Driving School should have been my first and only call. It would have saved me a lot of time. They treated me with the outmost respect and answer all my questions. They have many different options to fit any budget. Office staff was super helpful and courteous . I really like the fact that they encourage the parents to get involved with the student’s progress. After each lesson the instructor, Reena, met with me to go over Ray’s progress and what he needed to work on. All I have to say is this place is amazing! Cora their receptionist got me in with the squeeze of time I had. I had gotten a cancelation 3 buisness days after I had received my L. Reena whom was my instructor gave me a hour and a half lesson prior to my test and she is a saint! I was so nervous and she boosted my confidence with no problems and went through everything I needed to know thoroughly. Reasonably priced and just all around a five star for me! I passed my N test ( had never taken it before in my 8 years of having my L ) with flying colours! I am so appreciative for these people and what they did for me!

When I made the decision to get my class 1, I immediately felt the pressure of finding the school that cared enough to meet my needs and my family's.The other schools I interviewed felt cold and impersonal, they didn't care about me, and I was just another number. My request of Integrity was not your average driver training request. I had spent months teaching my Son how to drive and He learned well. Knowing the high failure rate of first time novice drivers taking the ICBC "N" road test, I wanted Integrity to give my Son a one session to (1) determine He is ready for the n test and (2) provide Him with an improvement list. The staff at Integrity accepted by request and between examiner Reena and office staff Jesse and Harleen, the goal to pass the n road test on the first effort was achieved.
