This school was excellent. They walk you through every step of the way. The instructors were fantastic and push you to make sure you know you stuff. I worked with Robin and had a great time. He was very detailed, and meticulous but engaged, flexible and encouraging. I passed on my first attempt and was definitely well prepared. If you take your success seriously, look no further, this is the place to be for your trucking education. Or you can roll the dice and hope other companies are this excellent.

Had a great experience with Robin getting ready for my DZ Road test. I struggled to get my license with a Pensky moving van and the MTO hand book and could not pass the inspection portion of the test. With a few quick lessons with Robin and an expedited road test booking (not through the public system), I passed the inspection portion of my test with a perfect score and was on the road faster than I expected.

I completed my Z endorsement, including both the practical and written test, over the course of a weekend. Suneil the instructor was clear, concise, focused and knowledgeable. The material was delivered in an accessible and understandable way. Any questions were answered in full and in more than one way, Suneil ensured everyone understood the answer. He took time at the end of each chapter of the manual to make sure all questions were answered before moving on. Robin was great with respect to the registration process and was very flexible with timing. All in all a great school, great value, great people and a great experience. Having completed the driving instruction with Robin I am adding to this review. Robin allowed me to have a very flexible instruction schedule. He worked around me and was very accommodating. He focused the instruction so I was very prepared for the exterior inspection, the air brake tests and the interior inspection as well as all of the required components of the driving exam. He made sure I was prepared, confident and comfortable on the day of the driving test. He takes an interest in the success of his students and his school.

I recommend this school to everyone who is looking for to get a Comercial drive license. I contracted only 3 hours for DZ training class and it was enough to learn quickly and be approved on road test. The instructor (Robin) is a nice guy. He is a hard work instructor with strong knowledge about roads and trucks. He taught me all the details about the Incab inspection, outside and air brakes. Received my D license from the help of TTDS. I did a lot of research in all the surrounding companies and found that this one provided one on one training, flexible hours, and was most affordable. I definitely recommend doing 6 hours as a minimum. If you already have construction and/or larger vehicle experience you might get away with less. Make sure you put in the study time at home for the inspections and that you keep communication open with your experience and comfort level.

Everything was handled professionally from the time you book with them to the contact afterwards to congratulate you on your success. All the staff were quite pleasant to deal with and accommodating. My only downfall was booking in one location but having to move to another because of lack of students. I enjoyed this class it was quite interactive and the instructor was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He had many years on the road with his own experience and knew all about the trucks. I would recommend using these guys to anyone and would use them again in the future for other training. Good luck everyone.

My honest review on this school is this. I was treated the same as everyone else. I was treated as a person, and not by my gender. As much as I knew there were going to be some challenges in this industry being a female, I had a really good start at this school. Firstly I'd like to start off by saying Robin is the man! Since my first phone call with him, inquiring about tuition fees and training info, he has always answered my phone calls and the thousands of questions I had on the daily, even after school hours. In class training: Went in knowing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, and thinking what the hell did I get myself into. Finished my first week of class knowing everything, but obviously some hiccups here and there, but I always had Robin there to help me when I would forget the material. In yard training: I had the experience of driving box trucks before, so the driving and in yard portion was pretty easy, but they really sharpened my driving skills even more. I have witnessed other students struggle on this more than I did, but they got all the help they could get from the instructors and on the second week everyone was up to par. Instructors: Both Jag and Greg are AMAZING! I honestly have no words when it comes to how well they taught me with everything. They honestly put up with me every single day doing coupling and uncoupling and my air brakes as I tend to forget that the most. If you want to have people who teach you actually BELIEVE in you, give you confidence when you thought you were always garbage at everything, no matter your race, gender or whatever it is, this is the school to go to. I felt included for once in my life, and that right there along with Robin and the instructors helping me, made me pass on my FIRST TRY! Thank you everyone from TTDS for believing in me !
