Asin, the trainer is a great teacher. I engaged in his services to get a refresher for the class 5 test. In my first few minutes of driving, he assessed what I was doing wrong and what I needed to fix. Then he clearly explained to me how the points are calculated and gave me a detailed analysis of both my driving as well as what points I can recover and what will take me months, maybe years to hone. His 3 point parallel parking technique will live with me forever. His fees were quite the bargain and moreover his attitude and demeanor was what made me take the 40mins C-train ride just to learn from him. He tried to take me across all possible routes in the hope that I'd be well acquainted and breeze through my test. The examiner though took me around a totally new road. However, Asin had prepared me so well, I aced the test on my first try. I highly recommend him and his passion for teaching. If you are enrolling in his services, I highly recommend listening to his feedback and letting go of your own understanding of your driving skills. It will really help you ace the test in your first go, esp for immigrants coming from countries where they are used to driving on the other side of the road.

Simply amazing driving school. Shaukat is patient, kind and humble towards his students. The two 7 1/2 hour classes felt like nothing with him teaching. He teaches everything you need to know for the final exam and his in car classes prepare you excellently for your road test. I couldn't be happier with my results with this driving school and recommend everyone to go with United Driving School. Also who would want to pay the $800+ dollars for going with another school when you can with United for $500, I only saw benefits from going here. 10/10

The in-class instructor was great. Very kind and an overall enjoyable experience. Great guy, 5/5 for him. The driving instructor was quite the opposite. Kind, but very unprofessional. Pried into my life and then inserted his unwanted opinions. He told me once that I'm too skinny and need to eat and exercise more, which, as someone who has struggled with eating disorders, is not something I need or want to hear when at a healthy weight. He also covered my mouth when I yawned, which was unnecessary and unwanted contact. I'm sure he means well but I did not have a good experience and wanted lessons to be over as soon as they started. 1/5 (if that). (side comment: he was driving to get his next student with me in the passenger seat after my road test and took both hands off the wheel to use his phone while going ~60km/h, not a good example to set and very dangerous, I was genuinely scared.) If you want a great experience learning to drive, maybe look elsewhere. There are cheaper places to go as well.

Great driving instructor helped me and my older sister pass our road test first try. Asim Uncle is the best instructor in Calgary. I took a few classes from him and he taught me all the rules of the road, like all the signs, right of way, etc. He has a detailed way of teaching how to parallel park which made me perfect it. He takes you on a mock road test and tells u exactly what u did right and wrong. Overall 10/10 I would definitely recommend him as an instructor.

I have previously done a driving school before this and to be honest, this is the best driving school I have been to. Instructor Muhammad taught me to drive the correct way, which is by first making the rules of the road and driving clear, then taught me some of the rules of correct parking, turning into another lane, holding the steering wheel correctly, and actually doing a 360 scan at a stop sign instead of counting 3 seconds. I did only 2 classes and I feel 100% ready and safe on the road. Thank you so much Muhammad.

I went there and last week earned my driving certification in Edmonton! And you know what? My father told me he also earned his driving certificate from there.

I highly recommend Mr. Asim from United Driving School as he is great driving instructor and an excellent teacher. I took a few classes with him, and he basically taught me everything there is to know about driving in Calgary. He is very patient, respectable, comprehensive and makes sure you understand all the driving rules, parking styles and other useful driving tips. He also does a practice test which helps a lot to prepare for the actual test. Best place in town for lessons both in classroom and in car! I did my research and this place had the best and most reviews for good reason. The classroom had a convenient schedule and easy to reschedule to make it up if you need as its on Sunday only, week one and week two. Shaukat in class instructor was easy to listen to with a nice delivery. Syed was my in car instructor. He was so patient and very clear in his directions. Made me feel calm as someone who started driving later in life and had no past experience. Within one month and 12 hours of in car lessons I passed my road test! Great advice from Syed to book my road test at Northtown on Saturdays as chance are you'll get Norm for an examiner. He was great as well! Felt at ease and gave excellent feedback. I will recommend this place to everyone and it just so happens it was the least expensive just by luck!

After reading reviews from google I call Asim who is not only an excellent instructor but also ensure to provide you a quality time and value for money. The aim of his learning is completely focusing on learning and kept the fee aside. Even I admit that he took fee from me on my test day which usually never happen in Canada. After getting his knowledge and skillful classes I am able to get my GDL 5 license in Calgary on my first attempt. I have never experience of driving before and just took 3 driving classes which polished me for the test. I highly recommend those who have language issue of English and those who want to touch the base of test and also want to pass the test in first attempt. Thanks Asim.

We chose this school because there is nice rating.Everything looked good before my route test.On the day of the test,hi late,and i saw that,it was different car .I was used to the car,i driving every day.On the way,i asked for the differences between the cars,hi responded to me "no differences".There was differences,they were told me,at the moment the examiner came.They put me in extreme stressful situation .I past the test,thanks to my self -control.United driving school ,i don"t think care about students passing.Be careful when you choose school.
