Hussein was very helpful and friendly . I got my class 5 license in BC at my first attempt itself. He will tell how good we are and how many classes are required after doing an evaluation on first class. He taught me simple tricks for parking and he was very good at explaining it. He also rented his car to me on my exam date for a cheap price.I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

My experience with Hussein in Universal Driving Academy was great. Am a new comer to Canada and i had to take the road test so i took a lesson with him where he saw and assessed my driving skills which he said that i was overall good but need to tune in to the road rules here and the tip and tricks of the test. He provided me with all needed from information and skills in that single lesson in a very smooth and nice way, which i implicated immediately in the lesson itself. What i liked most that Hussein was very honest and said that i need only 1 lesson more before the exam immediately and then head to the exam, this showed me his honesty and that he does not want to extra charge you for extra lessons that you dont need. In the day of the road test he took me for an 1 hour lesson to take me around the road paths usually taken and reminded me of all the tips and he was very supporting to make you feel that you already passed the exam but your just going to have a casual drive with the examiner, which honestly helped me a-lot to decrease my anxiety at the exam. Took my road test for the 1st attempt and i passed it easily all thanks to Hussein and his effort which refined my driving skills. I really recommend him to everyone and i wish everyone good luck in their road tests.

I was scared to take a lesson because i did not know what to expect. i booked my lesson with Hussein and it was by far the best thing i could have done. He was VERY nice, funny and easy going. The car ride / lesson was not awkward at all. He was very encouraging the whole time and made me feel more comfortable while driving. He went over all the rules that i did not know about and gave me so many helpful tips. We went over the things that needed more work on and he was always on board when i needed help with something/ answering any questions i had. Thanks to Hussein i passed my N test first try! I am leaving this review for my son's experience with Universal Driving Academy. He took 3 lessons before his road test. I thank to UDA because he kindly scheduled lessons for us. I urgently booked my son's road test because my mom who lived overseas passed away, and I needed my son be able to drive to run my store during my absence. Because of Covid-19, instructors are usually fully booked nowadays. Even though there was only a week time before the test, UDA gladly helped me out and gave three pin-point lessons to my son. He was really knowledgeable about the route and regulations. Now I can go visiting my mom to say good bye because my son can look after my store for me. Thanks to Universal Driving Academy. I dont think without mr Hussein i would have passed. I didnt get to know him untill the last minute of my road test. He helped me at the last minute and guess what i passed on spot. I called Universal to use their car for my sons road test. He used it the first time and failed after a year of My instruction. This was my fault I should have got him lessons fron the beginning. The owner/instructor at universal went above and beyond he told us my son needed two lessons and that he would book my sons next apoinment for us for his road test being that currently with covid it takes as long as 4-5 months to reschedule . I don’t know how he did it possibly up late at night determined but he got my son his retest almost exactly 2 weeks later. He gave my boy two amazing lessons. My son said the instructor was so good at teaching him things he never learned from me. My son took his test and had nothing but compliments on his driving skills on the testers final report he passed with flying colours and we owe it all to universal driving school. Thank you so much

I called Hussein 1 day before my drivers test. I failed the first time with no help so I figured I’d call a professional. I drove for 90 mins with him the day before the road test, and another 60 mins before my road test the next day and passed. Just 2 lessons with him and I passed. I had a driver's test and the instructor (hussain) managed to book me 2 lessons the weekend before, he is very good at telling you where you make mistakes and how to improve them. Unlike other instructors, he doesn't just take control and not let you learn anything for yourself. Would definitely recommend him if you have had a bad or poor experience with other instructors. All in all he helped me pass my test and was well worth the money.

I had passed knowledge test with 100. And I took my first road test a month ago. I trusted myself too much and thought I would pass easily as I had 20 years of driving experience in my country, so I needed no driving courses: BUT I failed! I failed terribly at the first 5 min of the road test. This caused me to loose all my self confidence, which was the worst. I literally believed deep inside that I would never get my driving license. Then I contacted Mr Hussain. I found him from google as he had 5 stars already. He is absolutely professional and knows what he is doing 100%. He first made an assessment and then gave me the courage to drive again and belive in myself. Then he tought me all the points I was missing to pay attention or was not doing properly. I took my road test today and I passed! I recommend to call him right after knowledge test and follow whatever he says. Do not do what I did. He is very trustable person. Listening what he says will be your ticket to pass the road test at your first attempt.

Based on my driving history Hussein recommended two lesson for 1.5 hours. At first I thought maybe 3 hours would be a little extra but trust me old habits die hard. And once you are start driving 1.5 hour passes by very quick. Hussein was very flexible with time. If it weren’t for him I could not have passed in FIRST time! He is very professional and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him.
