She is super patient, and understanding as well as informative in helping tweak/teach not only the proper hazards, checks and rules of the road, but also in helping developing your confidence as you learn! i PASSED with full confidence because of Metrocity Driving School! I can say that through past experiences with a couple of other driving schools , that nothing compares to the way Metrocity Driving School teaches! 100% would recommend any new drivers/or drivers who need to have a touch-up lesson! Rani Was an angel sent for me! I called her very last minute as I had a road test coming up in just a few days , she was able to give me 2 lessons before my test, when it came to my test I passed with flying colors! she is very thorough and not afraid to tell you when you are not doing the right thing , I 100% recommend her for lessons I am so happy that I passed my test with such little practice thanks to her! she is also very affordable

I did buy a Hyundai Santafe from them I was really happy with the sales team at the beginning, later when it came to service we always had issues with them. They never fixed the vehicle property, I did install a remote starter from them which I still have issues and each time I go there I have to pay them not less than 200$.... Recently my wife took the vehicle there to fix the remote start and engine clean up when she came back home couple of parts were missing on the vehicle, the cover they took off to fix the remote start was not been installed and I did find it from the back seat.... and I did a complete walk around I found out the engine cover was missing and they made a small crack on my vehicle... I did call their service department and spoke to many people nothing happened, finally I spoke to their service Manager Robert he said he will see what happened and will get back to me nothing happened and then I had to call them back couple of times.... finally last week I did spoke with him asking what’s going on he said the engine cover was not there in the vehicle and they have pictures for that and he hasn’t sent me the picture yet.... I would never recommend this place they will steal the vehicle parts and damage your vehicle.... Especially their service department sucks!!!

They give great instructions and really make sure you understand the rules. They give great tips and techniques for different manoeuvres like parallel and reverse parking. I passed my drivers test after getting a few lessons from here. They use the allotted time well and really make sure you’re prepared for your test.
