Excellent customer service when I called the Cambridge location. Signed my daughter up and with COVID she is doing on line learning but the whole web page log in/out and modules take forever to load. In between sessions to verify your password takes and makes reading longer. It’s a server issue for sure on their end and at this rate she won’t be able to start her in car lessons by April.

This review is based solely on the online modules. I’ve watched as my daughter has waited patiently for as much as 20 minutes for a single module to load, this seems to be a re occurring theme for most of the online modules. We’ve used different laptops and desktop computers with results still the same. We have sent multiple emails to try and resolve this issue but to no response. I hope that this is not a reflection of what’s to come with the in person sessions.

My instructor Dawn was probably one of the best. She always made me feel comfortable while still giving me great pointers. She was extremely nice and sweet and hope to see her again for my next lessons. <3

My driving instructor was helpful, and taught me a lot during such a difficult time period of trying to do these lessons. He would kindly tell me what I did wrong and with practice I would get the hang of it. I don't think I would have got my G2 on my first try without his help. Thank you.

Scott Wilson is a fantastic instructor. He’s extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel! I just passed my G2 test on the first go thanks to the skills Scott taught me. The course was worth every penny with instructors like these!

The in-class instruction was fine and easily arrange, and accomodating with changing days. I tip my cap to your office people and your in class instructor. The in car lessons was a pretty bad experience. -The first lesson my instructor was over an hour late. -for all of my lessons the drivers side rear view mirror was gone. Apparently it came off during a hit and run and it never got replaced. -I booked (and paid for) double lessons, many of which ended only after 45 mins. I thought they were suppose to be 90. -in car instructor was on his phone texting etc while I was driving. -he suggested I pay him cash for my road test and arrange my appointment through him rather than book with your office. His knowledge and actual teaching was fine, but all the other things left me wondering what I was paying for. Looking back I should have let your office know, but I just wanted the entire process done ASAP. Perhaps book the road test when the student have completed some of the in class lessons. I had to wait nearly three months from when my in car was done to my road test date. Needless to say, I should have made arrangements with another company. For the price I paid, YD was far more than other companies, and not much of a difference with my insurance. The long and short of it..I wouldn’t recommend your company at all.

Made the mistake of going to another local driving school before going to Young Drivers. Don't waste your time...or money! My Young drivers experience was way more professional and organized - and my in car instructor was really knowledgeable. Got my licence in the first shot and feeling confident in my driving abilities!

The staff is absolutely amazing! Rachel is a wonderful instructor and makes you feel very comfortable and confident in your driving. Any questions or concerns are always addressed. I will absolutely be recommending Young Drivers to any new drivers. I am so happy I chose to go through YD.

The first instructor my daughter got was mean and made her nervous. Asked for a second instructor and he was texting and talking on the phone during her second time ever driving a car. The third instructor was alright but by this time the first few lessons were wasted. Not worth the money, my younger daughter will not be using this company.

The in-car instruction is well worth the price in comparison to other driving schools. Scott, my instruction, is obviously very knowledgeable and creates a great learning environment. During my lessons with him I felt very comfortable and always left feeling like I made the right decision when choosing YD. I just completed my G2 road test without a problem thanks to to the confidence and skills I learned from Scott. I definitely would refer Young Drivers Cambridge in the future!
