I went here for medical office administration program. As someone who needs that challenge in school and loves learning i really enjoyed being here. It gave me lots of knowledge and experience. My industry is hard to get into but this was just a stepping stone program. My father also attended this school. For someone who won't get accepted into university or colleges this is a great stepping stone in.

As a mature student, it was intimidating starting back at school. I had been out of school for 3 years and was looking to start a fresh career in the dental field. I decided to apply to westervelt college after lots of research and enrolled in the dental assisting program. Right from the start my academic coordinator, Verity, was very helpful. She provided me with all the direction I need and was patient with me and all the questions I had. I started the program in may 2021 and have not looked back. My teacher, Tammy, has been such a light throughout my experience. She has provided the class and I with all the guidance we’ve needed, has always made sure everyone understood the material at hand, and has been welcoming to all. I am so happy I choose Westervelt College for my education and would recommend the school, program, and my teacher to anyone who asked.

It’s a difficult course with continuous intake however our teacher Miss MERR makes life easier for the students with so much assistance I love the amount of information you learn. It was exciting to learn and get better opportunities for employment. Many benefits to attending this college. The people make the difference. My teacher made my learning experience awesome. Took my nerves and showed what I knew to build confidence. Loved it. Going to miss it when I’m done.

I went to school here. Mark Dickie was my teacher. His teaching style and support changed every aspect of my life. I walked out of school and 3 months later I was employed and fully prepared for my field thanks to him. I was able to earn enough to come off OW and successfully support my 3 young special needs children by myself. Life changing, hands on, caring and truly out to see his students be successful in their futures. Amazing life changing teacher!

So far I'm loving my course here! The teacher is amazing. The staff are usually willing to speak to you and help deal with different issues. The class times are really good as I am a parent of a young child it's very good to know I'm not in class all day. Though I can't speak for the other courses of the school. We are getting more students so I'm happy to see the course getting more attention. I'm hope this will continue to move the school in a forward direction and allow more professionals to come out of the school and move into the fields they have chosen and been successful.

ZERO STARS. Literally the worst school I have ever been to. On orientation day we didn't even get a tour of the building. I was in the INTRA ORAL DENTAL ASSISTANT program and our lab was consistently broken, missing things or just crowded. I had an accommodation for my mental illnesses that gave me 2 extra days to complete assignments and my instructor was NOT AT ALL willing to work with me on this. Giving me zeros when id turn things in 2 days after the due date OR just plain embarrassing me in front of my peers for not finishing a certain assignment. My instructor was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful, the head of the school, was also unfriendly, and unhelpful. I communicated my issues with her many times and was left with either no answer or gaslighting techniques.

When I was enrolling in Westervelt I had to sign a code of conduct with very ambiguous rules regarding attendance and appropriate behavior that could result in being terminated form the program so I asked to see the college policy for several weeks with no answers. When the day of the first day of clases arrived I did not receive the enrollment package nor the policy, so I called them and they told me that they will send them to me but I never received anything, not a phone call nor a message. I think that behavior was very unprofessional taking into consideration that I invested several weeks getting my funds and paperwork to start my education.

I left a job of 20 years to go back to school. At my age that is a scary thing. I with the help of my amazing teacher did it I passed everything. I am so proud of what I have accomplished. You are never to old to learn keep reaching for your goals they are only a step away

My grand daughter will be our fourth generation attending Westervelt this coming fall. I am so excited she will have the same opportunities as her great grandmother, grandmother and mother did. Westervelt opens doors to your future that you can’t imagine. The interview for the job I am now retiring from after 35 years, consisted of one question...where did u go to school. When I said Westervelt, I was hired on the spot. Stay strong, it’s not easy..you work for that diploma. But, it is so worth it.

A great school. The small class sizes ensure your education is the priority and the teachers really care. They have been taking all proper precautions for COVID-19 and I’ve always felt safe. I Would highly recommend.

Being at Brantford Westervelt college for CPI training was such a great experience. The 3 CPI training days that I spent in Brantford were engaging. The CPI instructor did a wonderful job expressing his lessons. Still to this day after everything is all done, I still picture his lessons because they were that in depth. Way to go CPI instructor, keep up the great work.
