I had a terrible experience with Ultimate Drivers. I only gave it two stars because, despite the experience, I did manage to prepare for my G license exam. I had two driving instructors. The first instructor Tom I had was late most if not all of the time, once by half an hour. He did not apologize for being late. One time, I had been waiting for him for 20 minutes, and when I texted him asking where he was, he said he was not coming at all! The second instructor Bob I only had for the day of the exam since the first instructor was on holidays. I failed that exam, and he booked another test for me. After that, he just totally forgot about me. I texted him multiple times and left him voicemails asking for a lesson before the test. He did not reply until a few days before the test. He said he would text me with times to meet for a lesson, and he did not text me until Wednesday evening. My exam was on Friday at 9am. By that time I had already gotten an instructor, Mary from Mary's Driving School who was kind enough to fit me in last minute for a lesson. Unless the instructors get their scheduling and responsiveness together, I would not recommend this driving school. Instead, look for Mary's Driving School. Mary was an excellent instructor and actually cared for me as a learner. I did manage to get my G license!

I would definitely suggest this driving school for any new driver, who wants to learn inside-out of the driving rules and regulations. Also, they offer courses to brush-up on your driving skills. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Awesome experience with Ultimate Drivers . The driving course is designed perfectly for the students so that they meet the standards of MTO. The instructors , both the classroom and in-car instructors are really good. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. I would like to write a few words in appreciation of my in-car instructor Irfan. He is really good and experienced , he carefully explains each and every point while driving and makes sure student practices all the lessons till perfection.He keeps his cool while teaching students and explains the different safety points during his coaching.The student feels, he is in safe hands while Irfan is in the car along with him and hence focus on his learning.He takes the classes in the city and in the residential areas so that the student gets accustomed to all kinds of driving environments.One can be a really skilled driver under Irfans coaching. With all the efforts of Ultimate Driving School and Irfan , i am able to get my G2 license in Canada. Thank you Irfan and Ultimate Driving School for enabling me to drive in Canada.

I had a great experience at Ultimate Drivers. The in class was extremely easy, I have talked to other friends who had to write essays and do a lot of assignments but at Ultimate drivers I only had to do 10 multiple choice questions per day then a 75 multiple choice test. I had Amin as my in car teacher and he was great, he was very accommodating and a great teacher. I would definitely recommend.

I've gone with ultimate drivers to gain both my g2 and g license and have/would highly recommend them to help touch up your skills or fully learn how to drive if you are a new driver. Today I had a lesson with Tom and with his help I managed to pass my g test. He helped make both parallel parking and parking backwords easy. Two things I really felt nervous with as I've never had to do them. Thanks for the lesson and making me feel less nervous about taking the test!

Choosing driving school could be like aiming in dark, but i am glad that what i chose appeared to be correct. My driving instructor was Ali, he is very patient and not only teach driving but even gives you tips from his own experiences. Over all satisfied from both school and the instructor and would recommend it to others.

I had my lessons with Ali, who was helpful and nice. My only complaint is that on the day of the test, the car in which I had practiced was unavailable because of an emergency. Bob came to my test, with a different car, and spent an hour with me getting used to the different vehicle. In the end, I passed the test, and all is well. Thanks Ali and Bob.

The schooling was great. You can book your classes throughout the week or on the weekend, which ever is best for you. It's very encouraging and supportive class, as are the in-car sessions. The lessons are very common sense type knowledge, and the car sessions are great for practicing your driving skills, all to prepare yourself for the G2 test. I highly recommend these classes and if you get Bob as your driving instructor, you're in good hands, he's great.

I had Tom as my instructor, and he was very informative and patient with me while I was trying to polish my driving skills for my G test. He is an excellent instructor and goes through every minor details possible to help me become better and more confident with driving. At the beginning of the lesson, he could see that I was not confident with my driving abilities and after many sessions, he was able to pinpoint areas that I needed improvement on and as a result, I'm confident to say that I'm a safe driver now and that I passed my G on my first try. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Drivers Driving School as they put a lot of dedication to helping their students.

So, I had a friend that was going to let me use her car for my G2 road test and a week before my test she had to cancel on me. I called Ultimate Drivers and for $90 I was able to book an instructor and car. Kami got in touch with me right away and got my details and I etransfered him the $90 directly. Kami confirmed last night and this morning he was on time to pick me up. He answered all my questions and gave me some great pointers for my test. I passed with flying colors. In class was okay, and driving instructor was okay but was inappropriate at times which was uncomfortable. Did not send the certificate and when I asked for them to send it to the right email address they continued to replay but without the certificate attached. Then when I finally told them over and over again in a single email to send it to an address, they sent it 5 times which is completely unnecessary. For the most part, it was a good school.

I took about 5 driving lessons with Ljaz and i was quite satisfied. Throughout these lessons, Ljaz ensured i was ready to take my G test, despite having very little experience driving on the highway. Lowkey i had never driven on the highway, but Ljaz was patient and instructive in getting my confidence up for the highway. in addition, Ljaz is a funny and welcoming individual, who is sure to get you ready for any driving test you’re going for. i would highly recommend ultimate drivers, and if you want some really good instruction, hit up my boy, Ljaz

We scheduled a two-hour driving practice with Tom for G2 from 9 to 11 on Sunday morning. We got ready way before 9 am in order not to make the instructor wait. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up at 9 and I called him twice, but he didn’t answer the phone. And we waited for the hope that he would come. After 9.30 he called us explaining that he forgot about the lesson as he had forgotten to write it down in his planner. He admitted that it was his mistake and he apologized. An experienced driving instructor forgetting his scheduled lesson is unacceptable. It was very unprofessional.

Great Experience The in class portion is very helpful, it teaches you all the ins and outs about proper driving and how to keep you and others safe on the road. The teachers are great too they go into detail and make sure all students questions and concerns are met and that you fully understand before they move on. Their schedules are also flexible which helps if you have a busy life style. I had Amin for my in car lessons, he is very nice and he makes sure he explains everything clearly for you to understand. He was a big help when it came to the stuff I had troubles with most. Overall im glad I picked Ultamite Drivers for my driving school!

BUT NOW months later getting my car insurance they want to charge me ANOTHER $500 for in class and in car when I've already taken in car training! I'm furious and will be having to spend more money at a DIFFERENT driving school so I can get a lowered rate of auto insurance. Would never recommend this place.

Ultimate Drivers was a great investment. Tom, the in class instructor, was very thorough when presenting the information and very patient with students that needed more time. Any learning environment is difficult when you have students with varying amounts of knowledge, but I think Tom handled the class very well. My in-car instructor, Bob, was equally capable. I, personally, had no experience outside the 10 hours of instruction with UD, and Bob was able to take me from a zero experience to passing my G2 in a very short amount of time. 10/10 would recommend.

Sure, the in car instructor wasn't bad. But he did leave me in his running car a few times while he went and did errands. Not only that, but this company has the most spelling mistakes I've ever seen. There are spelling mistakes even on their website! It's extremely frustrating, that they didn't even bother to double check if a sentence even made sense. On top of that, I've tried to go and get my certificate proving that I actually passed the course, and it says it can't even send me an email. What a total rip off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The classroom portion of the driver training was as expected - a bit long but the information was delivered effectively in a pretty laid back environment.

Tom is a wonderful teacher. I was a bit nervous on the test day and Tom helped me a lot to keep calm for the test. I believe without his motivation it would have been difficult for me to have that presence of mind during the test. Before test day I took some lessons from Samr also. Being new to driving on Ontario roads, I was quite unaware of the road conditions and driving practices here. Samr was able to help me grasp all the areas of driving within a very short number of attempts. Booking of the training sessions and other logistics also went really smooth at the driving school office as well. Overall very friendly and supportive experience. Thanks!

Ultimate Drivers was great. I appreciated the flexible in-class times to accommodate my schedule, and my driving instructor Nur was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in giving me the tools I needed to pass my G2 exit test on the first attempt! My only suggestion is that the course material recognize that not every driving student is in high school and/or living with Mommy and Daddy. As the oldest student (at the ripe old age of 30), I found some of the material or assumptions to be irrelevant, so having a broader appreciation for people's experiences and reasons for being there would be more welcoming.

He is very professional and friendly. He knows everything about this test. After having lessons with Kami I gained a lot of confidence with driving. He taught me very useful tips for the G2 road test that helped a lot. Kami took me to the real road test area and taught me everyhing I needed to know to prepare me for the actual road test. I had a bad experience with Ultimate Drivers, Kitchener. I took the MTO course and in-car driving lessons. The classroom sessions are fine but in-car lessons were not good. The trainer, Amin was not patient enough in teaching various maneuvers and showed behaviour of impatient teacher. He was not giving me confidence as well and was demotivating all the way till my drive test date.It showed up in my result. I failed my G test. Definitely don't recommend their services.

My son attended 2 weekends for in class lesson and his feedback on what did he learn and answer was nothing he does not know and i agree with today's generation and Google. I found it to be a good price, since there alwas a winter deal and it was cheaper than everywhere else. It was great to be taught by my instructor, Sid. I ended up taking an additional 3 hours and i passed my road test first time. I definately recommend since I was taught tips and tricks for my monuvers, and rules that I was not taught from my father :)

I had a great experience with ultimate driver’s! My instructor was Babak and I highly recommend him. He was very helpful with teaching me all the rules of the road, what to do, what to not do and how to park properly. He also made sure each lesson wasn’t boring through his use of humour which I enjoyed. He made sure to book my lessons ahead of time and notified me ahead of time if there was going to be any changes to the schedule. Keep in mind that they do have a tight schedule so you may not have as many options for lessons to choose from. We also did a “mock G2 exam” so that I was confident during my actual exam. Overall, my experience with ultimate drivers was awesome and I highly recommend my driving instructor Babak!

I don't know about in class lessons but from my brother experience the driving Lessons are not useful at all.they force you to do two hours ride to press the 10 hours into five sessions.and sitting for two hours in a Corolla for a 6 feet man is like a hell. the instructor had a very busy schedule which make it impossible to reschedule an appointment and the guy decided to go For vacation without notice and the school doesn't provide any substitution for the structure. The other schools that I know make the last lesson as a simulation test to prepare the students and follow up the test result to show that they care about their customers, Ultimate Drivers made nothing of that, they don't even book for the test, you have to do everything by yourself

I wanted to get my driver's ed over with quickly, so I did all the in class lessons over Christmas break. It was deadly boring and completely useless, but it was over in four days so that was fine. The office is nice, Tom who was teaching the class wasn't horrible, and I thought this would be about as painless as possible. HOW WRONG I WAS. Now, in May, more than 4 months later, I'm only 5 hours into my in car training. My first in car instructor was Ali. Whenever I texted him he took at least half a day, often multiple days, to respond (even if I texted him immediately after he replied) and scheduling lessons was about impossible. An example of this is once I texted him on Tuesday to ask him if he had a lesson available on the Saturday or Sunday and he responded "ok". I asked him to give me a specific time and he told me that he would tell me on FRIDAY. Do you expect me to keep my WHOLE WEEKEND open just for a driving lesson?? He also constantly rescheduled and once came an hour late. A few weeks ago I tried to schedule my sixth driving lesson. A couple days later Ali texted back to tell me that he was leaving Ultimate Drivers, something NO ONE had bothered to tell me. We called the driving school and they gave me a new driving instructor, Bob. I've been texting him and calling him for a WEEK AND A HALF and he HAS NOT RESPONDED. I'm leaving a review to tell you that the driving instructors are unprofessional and will not respond in a timely manner. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!

Overall a decent experience as I passed my G2 road test. I had 3 in-car practice lessons with Tom which helped tremendously. Tom provided me with helpful tips and good feedback during lessons and did not make me feel nervous or anxious at all. I appreciate that Tom responded in a timely manner whenever I texted him and kept a calendar where he would physically write down future appointments. Very organized! During my 10 hours in-car lessons that are included in the G1 package, I had two other instructors. Ali was absolutely horrible. He was extremely condescending and made racist remarks while giving limited instruction throughout lessons. He would yell at me, make a scene, and act like everything was my fault in the middle of the road instead of telling me how to fix it. I was an absolute beginner driver with anxiety to start and he made me significantly more anxious. Ali insisted that I book 2 hour lessons even though I preferred 1 hour lessons. After Ali forced me to waste 5 hours in the car with him, I requested a different instructor. Bob was a great in-car instructor, but very hard to get a hold of to book a lesson.

When I first signed up my classes had to be cancelled due to know one else signing up but they called me in immediately to sign me up to a class and gave me my instructor right away as an apology, classes went good although I took the fast track ones that finished in 1 week they flew by and I learned a lot. My instructor was Bob and he was great, although he was jam packed with students he made sure I got my time in as much as possible to get me in a certain time line and taught me techniques with references I never learned from anyone or any show before and it helped me alot, he's a very soft spoken guy and although I was nervous and panicked before I took me G2 he kept me calm and in the right mind state and I passed today thanks to him, I'll be recommending them to my friends and wife.

My experience at ultimate drivers was bitter sweet. The in class lessons were pretty good and I left them with a lot of useful information. Although when I begun my driving lessons with Shakr my experience begun to go downhill. He was a good instructor in the beginning, although slowly my lessons with him worsened. It all started with him cancelling my lessons on multiple occasions, then for a bit we lost communication due to me getting a new phone number and moving. He made a deal with me, where I as a 16 year old had to sign papers, which was the first fault. The deal was that I’d be able to book my road test quicker and in the time between my road test date and the day I booked it he said he would give me the rest of my hours which was about 7, I believe. He wasn’t answering my texts and I got fed up the week or 2 before my road test and he finally responded, but he said I only had 2 hours? Because I had already signed the papers in our deal there were no records to indicate how many hours I really had left. He also only ended up giving me 1 hour and left me doomed to fail my road test. After failing, my mum called in and complained about all the wrong doings. To come to a negotiation with the company was such a struggle because “oh we’ve never had any complaints about him” Okay.... so what? Now you do. And they really had the audacity to tell us we’re lying. It took my mum to threaten them by reporting this to the MTO for them to finally give in and at least give me only some of the rest of my hours. Then they still tried to charge us more by making us pay for their car for my next road test. They also tried to give me the same driving instructor that led me to failure. But instead I got Tuba and she gave me the 4/6 hours that the company gave back to me. Tuba is an excellent instructor and I suggest her to anybody that is attending ultimate drivers. With the few hours of lessons I had with her I felt more safe and confident on the road than ever before. She’s so kind and encouraging. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this driving school but if you do decide to go with ultimate drivers I’d certainly suggest Tuba as an instructor!!

I passed my road test just a few days ago. I had two driving instructors Nur and Kami. They are absolutely different but in the same way they are both good drivers and knowledgeable and patient instructors. I have got many tips and advises from them that helped me to pass my road test. I highly recommend the Ultimate Drivers School. Also I had lessons in a class and I remembered there was a very hot and no air conditioning. It was during a summer period and it was difficult to concentrate and study. But in general everything is ok, they provide a good quality of cars, which are comfortable and convenient. had a run in with one of there drivers tonight at the food basic plaza on highland road about 9pm I was letting my wife out of my car so she would not have a hard time getting out in the parking spot and the drive pulled up on my back bumper as I was backing up and laid on the horn and would not give me the room to move my car so I could clear the other parked truck and not hit my wife then I told my wife to deal with the shopping as I was going to have a friendly chat with the driver he was parked about half way across the parking lot by the freedom cell phone I waited until he was done with his buiness there and ask he if he was the one who hit the horn at me he reply that yes he was and I try to tell him to give other drivers room when they are backing up and he try to blame ne for sitting there for over 3 mins then I told him he needs to drive like he teaches more deff. less off. and he then started to raise his voice and told me to f*** you and I just walked away with the close of words small minded demy gods like you are why there is so much road rage on the roads by the way for the last 4 years I have been driving over 75,000km a year halling new cars for dealerships

He let me know things I need to work on, and where I was doing well which helped alot. The only thing I was upset about (not from my instructor at all but from the company) was that I didn't know before hand if you cancel a session the day of you lose those hours and don't get to do them unless you repay. Which I totally understand but this was never stated to me before hand. However I am glad my instructor worked it out for me so instead of losing 2 hours I only lost one, which I appreciated.

Not only were you quick to respond to my messages, clear and concise with your explanations and reasonings, but helped me get my G2 test booked as soon as possible. With wait times at almost a month I had my test 3 days after he first messaged me. We also did most of my practice driving in the same area as the actual G2 test which was a definite confidence boost. My in class instructor Marie was very professional. She was kind, helpful and answered any questions that were asked by the class. She would also tell the class experiences that she had while driving, and what she did in those experiences. She also got the class to tell stories about some of the driving experiences that they encountered with their g1 license. My in car driving instructor Ali, was an amazing instructor. When I was learning to drive, I had a dad that would always yell, and a mom that was too nervous to even get into a car with a new driver. Ali, always remained clam and never yelled, he would calmly talk through each lesson while driving. He also showed all the things that would be on the g2 test, and showed the mistakes that most g1 exit test people do that would end up failing them on their exam. Drivers are overbooked and have no time to schedule you, also are rude and unprofessional. Two drivers wasted my time. I was assigned to a driver named Mo, who I texted for days and he finally responded to tell me to say he was leaving the country and I needed to be assigned a new instructor. I waited and got assigned to a new instructor named Samir. Samir was unprofessional, texted me with sloppy spelling and at late hours (late as 3 or 4 am) and was quite rude. I had asked to reschedule a lesson 4 days in advance because my work schedule changed. We texted back and forth for a few days and Samir was too busy to give me a new appointment. The day came and he said he was still going to charge me $80 for the missed lesson because we couldn’t reschedule even though I made it clear to him that I was unavailable for the scheduled lesson. I guess I forgot common sense isn’t as common as you would think. I asked to be assigned to a new instructor which he said he would do but I still had to pay $80 cancellation fee. I waited to be assigned a new instructor so I could explain to them what had happened and I never was. My drivers training expired in the time I waited. ULTIMATE DRIVERS WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

Due to my time limit, i only had to take 2 lessons before my G test which made me anxious to pass, but Ijaz knew how to boost up my confidence as he was able to pick up my weak points and stressed on them the second lesson and finally, i did it! This place was a nightmare, The in class lessons were fine and the drivers online test wasn't too hard. But the in car lessons were absolutely terrible, my driver instructer was very rude and it was hard to understand what he was saying, and he was always cancelling sessions. And the next instructer was also pretty rude as well and It was very hard to book sessions, I started in January and wasn't able to finish until april. And I used everything I learned from the in car lessons and I still failed my G2 test. Do your self a favor and pick literally anywhere else other than here, these guys just want your money.

Tom is a very experienced instructor and gave me many useful tips to help me pass the G2 test I only gave 3 stars because I did not really enjoy the lesson experience......first, it took him a long time to reply my message (he said he tried not to be distracted while having a lesson but he kept play with his phone and having phone calls while we were having a lesson......) second, he was on his phone all the time during our lesson....... third, he sometimes gets impatient and rude when he talks to me. Fourth, his instruction is confusing for me sometimes......

I doubt I would've passed my G2 without this course. I got my G1 years ago and had the driving instructor Babak take me through the 10 hours of driving practice you get with the course. Unfortunately my G2 got delayed 3 times due to covid lockdowns, so I got refresher lessons shortly before my G2 test. This time I had the instructor Khan. Both instructors were very helpful, patient, and informative about my driving and helped correct any bad habits I had. They teach how to do all the methods of parking easily and even let you borrow their cars for the test so you can use the car you're comfortable with. Overall, great service, highly recommend.

Paid for a 2 hour lesson as with covid the only opening for a drivers test for G2 was Kitchener. Prepaid and set up a time with Khan. He was 15 mins late to his first lesson of the day. Spent 2 hours complaining about my daughters driving everything she did was wrong but her driving instructors in our area is very impressed with her driving skills. He even yanked the steering wheel to pull the vehicle over to do a downhill park because she wasn’t pulling over fast enough. Many things he told her were questionable and downright wrong. Not sure who’s giving all these positive reviews but I’m definitely not impressed nor is her driving instructor. This was a waste of my money. Maybe he wasn’t happy because he wasn’t training her from the start? Who knows. I do NOT recommend this driving school at all

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ultiamte Drivers, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I had the in class training with Tom and Marie, which I found to be engaging and to the point, without being boring and repetitive. I then had the in car lessons with Shukur, who really helped me improve my driving, I found that he is very thorough with techniques, and lets you do things by yourself in order to prepare yourself to be a better driver (better than other instructors who need to guide you through every step of the process). He also taught me some really helpful tricks to help with things like my parallel parking and reverse parking, I still use these and find and I don’t honk I would understand how to park without them. Another plus is that the price is reasonable compared to other driving schools, but is still a quality program ($500 compared to the upwards of a $1000 required by other schools). Overall, I really enjoyed Ultimate Drivers and I feel really prepared for my road test.

He also gave me a mock test before the real test, and let me know what were my mistakes and fixed them right before the test. Everything here is good except instructors are very busy, so I had 1 hour practice in car every 2 weeks which took me 4 months from the first day of class to the day of the test just for preparing.

I requested Tom specifically because he had been a great teacher to my husband. In spite of having a very full schedule (the week before Christmas), he still found some time to squeeze in some lessons for me. Because it was the week before my drivers test, Tom went above and beyond to give me lessons for consecutive days (only taking a break for Christmas, at my insistence, and for bad weather). With the exception of one lesson, he always arrived on time. Tom was very encouraging and also very thorough and explained everything that I needed to know, not letting anything slip. Because this was my first time driving in Canada (after 15 years of previous driving experience in another country) he was careful not to overload me with information, just letting me get used to driving around initially and then practising other things (like parking, emergency braking, etc.). I was worried because I thought that I would fail (due to my own anxiety) , but Tom was very insistent that he was going to help me attain my goal. In spite of having driving experience, I took a lot of value out of how Tom taught reverse parking and parallel parking, which had previously been quite tricky for me. With his advice, it was easy! On the day of the test, Tom helped me to queue up at the Drivetest centre and waited with me while the examiner came to the car. Because I had had his guidance, I found that I wasn't nervous for my test at all and knew what to expect (as we had ridden on the route many times in our lessons). Thanks to Tom, I managed to get my G licence on my first attempt, after just five lessons. It was the best Christmas present I could have asked for! Thank you, Tom!

I had paid to use the Ultimate Drivers car for my road test and I didn't get to use it, I had to use my family's SUV.

Nur was my in-car instructor and with his help I was able to pass by G2 test on the first try. He is a great teacher and is very patient. I decided to use his car on the day of the test and the test ended up being delayed around an hour, but Nur waited with me the whole time despite the delay and the fact that he probably had other things on his schedule.
