Unfortunately you cannot give a '0' star, so I am forced to give '1'. This institute doesn't deserve a single star. They are useless and in the business only for the money. They told me so, too. They don't cater to their customers. Instead they want their customers to work according to their demands. They ripped us off by giving us a run around for in-car classes. They did refund the money but then they did not register my daughter with the Ministry and now she can't qualify for the early Drive Test. The point is not about the money. It's about the service. And they fail on that completely. Don't use these people. There are many better institutes in Cambridge that will provide a much better service for lower prices.

Great experience! Took the beginners course and had a great time with Gord. I completed everything and their online components were easy to navigate. I had a slight issue getting the certificate, but a quick phone call got everything resolved. Thanks for the business and experience!

I am 29 years old and failed my first G2 test 10 years ago. It was a poor experience that made me lose all my confidence in driving. I finally decided to try again, and thanks to Ultimate Drivers, I passed my G2 this very morning! It would not have been possible without the course, but especially not without my instructor, Danny. Super relaxed and positive guy, who will make you feel good for the things you do right, and will turn the things you do wrong into a good lesson. He always asks how you're feeling about things and does a really great job using positive reinforcement - he took someone with zero confidence and severe driving anxiety to someone who could assess the road, make a decision, and execute it quickly and safely. Learning drivers both young and old, I cannot recommend Danny as an instructor enough. He keeps things light, and helps you learn to laugh off mistakes and correct them the next time, something that this once-anxious failed driver really appreciated. 11/10 is my review of Danny and the school that employs him!

I had Samir as a driving instructer. He was very impatient and I felt like he didn't really care nor wanted to be doing his job. Due to my frustration with this I did not complete my driving course........ After deciding to complete the course, I contacted Samir and he informed me he was no longer with the company. Now I can't get anyone to return my calls.

Gord at Ultimate Drivers - Cambridge did a good job teaching a class of 50+ people. He was able to keep me interested throughout the entire course and had us involved the entire time. I was able to learn alot during this course while having fun!

If I could select less than 1 star I would. They are disorganized and have bad attitudes. Paid the second half through PayPal and the driver refused to continue lessons because their office didn't process it. Tried repeatedly to call the office and left voicemails with no response. Clearly they only care about money and nothing else. Go some place else.

I got my license during Covid 19, and i WAS a very nervous driver- i was worried doing online would make things harder. But the staff here really helped me. Kim, was my in class instructor and was very through about engagement from everyone. A great learning experience. My in car instructor was great. They worked with me to find the person right for me, very patient and understanding of my fears. My in car driver also helped me book my driving test, letting me know that she believed I was ready to take it was VERY reassuring. They also went out of their way to schedule a driver to take me to my test last minute when my ride couldn't make it. The Pre G2 review is worth every penny! They take you all the routes that the examiner may take you. The prefect cheat sheet. I passed the first time. Would give 10 stars if i could.

I had massive anxiety about driving before I started my lessons but he was very patient, helpful, and he helped me gain confidence in my driving. I passed my G2 on my first try thanks to him! I completed my drivers ed training during 2020 (covid-19). The in-class portion was online and very informative. I learned beyond the information that I expected. Even experienced drivers could benefit from some of the information they present to you. Moving onto the in-car lessons, I had an amazing driving instructor, Neena. If you are able to pick your own instructor, I highly recommend asking for her! She is very informative, gives clear direction and constructive advice. She has a fun, easy going personality and a great sense of humour. I previously had a negative/nervous driving experience but Neena made me enjoy driving again. She ensures you are calm and comfortable driving way before the time you take your road test! I had five sessions with her but I was a comfortable driving without her by the third lesson. I used her car for the test and she was with me to provide guidance every step of the way. I passed my G2 on my first try with no issues. I would not be the driver that I am if it wasn't for her awesome coaching. You will likely miss her once the lessons are over. The course will teach you not only how to drive, the rules of the road and techniques for driving more smoothly, but it also teaches you how to be safe and defensive to avoid accidents. Good luck to any new drivers out there, I highly encourage you to take the course with Ultimate Drivers Cambridge, and if you are still on the fence, it is worth the money in my book. I do encourage G1 drivers to drive with their parents in between lessons with your driving instructor to apply what you have learned and improve so that your instructor can give you feedback.

They say clearing a Full G Road Test for someone who is claiming driving experience from outside of North America is near to impossible in the first attempt.. But you know what... My husband and I both passed our Full G License RoadTest on the VERY FIRST attempt! We immigrated to Canada in July 2020. After the usual harrowing research/discussions about which driving school to go with or have a personal instructor or just to practice driving with friends and family... We finally decided to approach Ultimate Drivers to help us with our road tests. Even during COVID-19 times, they took the time to understand our needs and suggested appropriate packages. These folks mean business when they teach you to be a SAFE DRIVER and are making a difference to having safer roads out there with EVERY STUDENT they train.. And if you're someone like me and my husband, this is where you want to be.. An Ultimate Driver!! Every interaction with Kim ma'am and her team was memorable! This is true story people. I'm from India with 10+ years of experience. I don't have a car here. No money really. But my job require me to have a Great license. I knew I have one shot at G after G1. I chose ultimate drivers and Kim picked up the call. I'm extremely humbled and thankful that she is the owner of driving school with many branches all over kitchener and yet chose to train me personally. Simple and amazing instructions in her class. She is very friendly and not once made me feel like I shouldn't be driving at all. Believe it when I say I got my G license today after just 5 classes from her. Unbelievable. After G1 directly to G. I was one of those people that left getting my G2 until the very last minute (my G1 license expires next year) and was pleasantly surprised to see that during in-class training, you actually learned something! (I've had numerous people I know go through drivers training elsewhere and heard awful stories.) Any questions you had, were answered. Gord was especially entertaining. I did have a little mishap with my initial driving instructor. Was not impressed at all with the lack of communication but was again surprised with an easy fix to another instructor with zero arguments. Well let me tell you, I am incredibly happy with the little mishap because if it weren't for that, I would have never had the pleasure of being taught by Danny. I can't say enough good things. I was comfortable, he educated me, made me laugh which lifted any anxiousness that crept up. He was honest and never told me I was ready when I wasn't. He had full faith in me despite the mistakes I made and I am SO happy and proud to say that I PASSED MY G2 FIRST TRY WITH JUST 10 LESSONS. No doubt in my mind that I will be looking to Ultimate Drivers again for guidance when it comes time for me to take my G. I'm extremely happy with the services this place provides.

Very poor indeed! Instructor Kim stated people have to generally go 5 or 6 times for G2 testing before they can pass!?! What teacher sets an attitude and atmosphere for failure at the get go? This is like entering an academic institution and being told by the professor "ok everyone you will be here for quite some time because failure IS a multiple option!" Unfortunately suckered my wife into 2 failures, she went to another school and passed on her first try with flying colours! Sorry Kim, find another cash cow!

If you are trying to find a driving school and read all the reviews about this place, it all says how the instructor Kim is amazing, nice and wonderful. A year ago, when I signed up, I wasn't sure if these reviews were reliable since Kim had "too many" nice reviews. I couldn't understand how this one instructor could have so many compliments. Though, my mind changed at the in class session(Kim taught my in class lessons) and I got Kim as my instructor. I have never driven the car for 8 months after I got my G1 and after just 10 in car session, I passed my G2 at my first shot. If you are tying to pass your G2 with an amazing instructor, I would recommend this driving school and Kim as the instructor.

I would highly recommend Ultimate Drivers! Specifically Kim as an instructor! I signed up for 5 one hour lessons! Before I had extreme anxiety and was super nervous driving! Kim took all of that away and I am now confident as a driver! I passed my G2 with flying colours due to her! My experience with Ultimate Driver's was phenomenal! The company is affordable for students and takes into consideration their client's schedules and works with it. In my personal experience, I never drove prior to driver's training. I received in-class and in-car lesson this past summer and was extremely happy with how things went. Then, with my G2 test approaching this fall, I requested lessons from a Driving School in Toronto while I was away for school. My expereince in Toronto was terrible - all my instructor did was point out the minor things I was doing wrong without telling me how to fix them. He never complimented or encouraged me when I was doing something right either. This can increase test anxiety significantly. So, I booked extra lessons with Ultimate Driver's on the days approaching my road test. Kim was flexible, encouraging and helped reduce the extra anxiety the Toronto instructor gave me. Kim is an amazing teacher and works hard to ensure that her students will be successful drivers. I passed my road test on my first try and I couldn't thank Kim more!

I had Kim as my driving instructor for a couple of lessons before taking my G2 test, and she was incredibly patient, experienced, and supportive throughout my journey. Just after the first in-car lesson with her, I gained so much confidence and I felt more and more prepared. She knew the routes for my test, she told me exactly what I would do wrong/what I need to improve on, and she never made me feel nervous. She was also very honest (ex. she'd let you know if you were ready to take the test) and that really helped me with being a better driver. I would highly recommend this school for your driving classes and especially Kim. She made me so at ease when I took a refresher course for G full exam. I did so well that the examiner said “you did real nice!”. I would not have done it without Kim’s detailed explanation of what I’m supposed to look out for when I’m driving.
