G-Class Drivers was a very professional and effective driving school, they successfully got me to achieve a passing grade on my G2 driving test. The in class experience was relaxed and informative with a very nice teacher and a PowerPoint that was as engaging as one would expect. Though there was some miscomunication in booking on road lessons, the staff were very helpful and the driving instructor, Awais, was very flexible with scheduling. Finally the lessons were helpful and taught well and as determined by my result, can be proven to provide enough information and training to obtain a G2. I would recommend G-Class driving, and I commend them on the level of professionalism and the standards they maintain.

In-class experience was adequate and material was good for driving knowledge. In-car lessons were facilitated by a great driving instructor (Awais) that gave me the confidence and tips that I needed to get my license. If you're a Mac student, I'd highly recommend since all the instructors are really helpful. If you have any questions, they will not hesitate to give you what you need. Great experience overall!

Very disgusted with the service. Doors open at 9am and was 9:45 before I left. A man who was also waiting had his wife call them as the number listed was no working, she said there was no one coming for today and it would be rescheduled for tomorrow, then Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Very disgusted with this service and will not be using them

I've been with G Class since I started taking classes for my G1. UK and Awais were so nice and helpful with teaching me how to drive and they were so patient. I just went for my G test and I passed, G Class has been with me every step of the way and I would highly recommend you choose G Class! They will not let you go to do your test if they think your not ready! If you have any questions don't hesitate to call the office they will answer them.

I had always heard stories from friends and family about driving instructors who barley taught and weren't much help. I had the complete opposite experience. My instructor, Hassan, was incredibly helpful. He gave advice in a way that dint feel critical and helped me develop methods to improve my skills in the skills I was struggling with. Driving after my lessons I still hear his advice in my head at every intersection and crosswalk. I can confidently say that if everyone was taught to drive like Hassan there would be far fewer accidents on the road.

I chose G-Class Drivers because of the Google reviews but was not satisfied after the in-class portion and my first road class (my original review was a 1-star). I emailed them with my review and I immediately got a response with resolutions. They offered for me to retake classes if I desired, the in-class teacher was replaced for some sessions, and my road class instructor was changed. Following this, I enjoyed my classes and can see why they are rated as they are. Thank you, UK, for all your help and encouragement thus far. I recommend G-Class and advise you to reach out to them if you have any concerns or issues...

We signed up for a course and were left locked out on the street with no communication whatsoever with about six other people in the same situation. After tracking down a number to call we found out the owner was out of the country and the person in charge did not seem organized at all. She indicated no instructors could be reached by phone and had no plan on assisting us, or for that matter communicating with us. Poor way to run a business.

My experience with G-Class drivers was overall great. The pandemic made road lesson planning and communication a bit tough at first, but the uncertain times we’re in make that understandable. But the road lessons were GREAT! My instructor Kishwar helped me to quickly gain confidence on the road, especially since my parents don’t really let me use their car. I feel more confident now, and her patience & solid advice helped me get to that point. The tips she gave me on reverse & parallel parking also saved me so much practice time!!! My experience with G-Class Drivers was more personally with my driving instructor, UK. We instantly clicked and became casual friends (where one friend would excitingly instruct beside the other) and I couldn't have been more comfortable with driving after that first encounter with him. I hadn't driven in a long time before my first lesson, and I was actually terrified to sit in the drivers seat. But after meeting UK; within the first 3 minutes, he had assured me that my driving skills would soon come back, and that there would be nothing to worry about, and then I was driving like as if fear had never crossed my mind. So here's my personal message to you, UK: UK, you are one of my favorite people I've ever met! It's been an adventure driving with you (honest), and I can't express better of how thankful I am of you for helping me pass my G-License road test. Keep on making everyone's day like you do!

Considering the instructors of this driving school are allowing their students to breeze through stop signs, and allowing them to cut-off on-coming traffic, I would seriously consider using a different driving school. The instructor responsible for a Honda Civic bearing the licence plate BVVY 445 should be re-tested or have his instructor's licence revoked! People can't expect to learn properly when they have poor instructors by their side. I realize we're all in a big hurry to get nowhere fast, but learning to drive takes time & patience.

Definitely would not recommend. Usman was my instructor and he barely paid attention while I was driving. He was taking phone calls pretty much the entire time and then asked me to drive him to get his lunch. It felt more like I was paying to be his unlicensed uber eats driver. A waste of time and money.

I got my G2 today. It is good both in class lesson and in car lesson. The lesson is fun, espescially using powerpoint instead of learning using hand book. In car lesson is very useful, instructor Awais is very nice, driving is not as easy as i thought at the first place, so it is important to have a helpful instructor. He will teach you not only the skills not let you familar with the situations. Highly recommended.

I called and inquired about doing driving school here a few weeks ago. The receptionist arranged to have someone call me at a suitable time when I am not at work and arrange to pick up my payment. No one called. I called again the following weekend and someone picked up and said he forgot to call me. We then arranged for him to pick it up the following “Monday at 5pm”. I went out over the weekend by bus while it was raining and took out the payment at the bank. On Monday, no one came for the payment and no one picked up when I called. They decided to call me 3 days later on Thursday after I’d gotten fed up and already signed up at another driving school. With that said, I didn’t feel safe putting my money into this driving school because I feel that they will “forget” to show up to lessons or not pick up their phone or call me back after I’ve already put money into them and would rather not be in that situation. This school needs to work on planning and organizing their time better so that they can communicate and schedule things with their customers better (and actually stick to plan).

I just needed a couple of lessons to refresh my mind and to rent a car for my G2 test today. G-Class Drivers was great! Usman was my instructor and he gave me some pointers and tips that really improved my skills with such little effort on my part. He was also very personable, the environment was comfortable, and he reassured me in my abilities which gave me more confidence. Especially during this pandemic, he was even prepared with surgical masks and sanitizer for his students. Passed my G2 test on my first try, thank you Usman!

Today I passed my G1 exit road test in the DriveTest on Kenora Ave thanks to my instructor Mr UK! He was very kind and helpful, and gave me a lot of tips and feedbacks for the road test. Scheduling a session before the road test was really helpful as it helped me ease up the tension and nervousness, as well as getting used to the car. (As I am an out of province student I rented the car for the road test, and it didn't take me long to adjust to this car) It was also nice that on regular sessions I was dropped on campus so less walking involved. Thanks again for the amazing experience! Hopefully I'll be back for my G2 exit road test after a couple years.

I had a good experience with Taz. She taught me very well. I was nervous before attending my driving lessons but she went through and taught me everything that was expected of me to pass my G2 test, which I did pass without a concern. She was very patient and would go through a step by step process and if I messed up she would help me learn how to correct my mistake and we would try again. If I could give zero stars , I would . I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews . The instructors are irresponsible and not honest based on experience. I started the course in May and finished it in October because my assigned driving instructor would never book me or wouldn’t reply. I had to spend even more money to take lessons with another instructor who I felt was not honest and would eat or watch shows during the lessons.These people are just after your money ....

I have to say that I disagree with Kenny D below. I was personally impressed with how flexible they were willing to be - since they discounted the price for making us wait outside for a while even though no one had even paid yet. I was one of the people who was locked out that day and I remember being really angry as well. but it ended up being a serious emergency on part of the teacher and they still called everyone afterwards with a personal apology and a huge discount. The person in charge did not pick up my calls either and when she called to apologize told me that she had 8 different people calling her at the same time. Ur right its not organized but its also unfair to judge a businesses long running reputation based on one person actions during half an hour. Theyre known in hamilton for excellent teaching and driving lessons and it is true.

I posted a negative review as I had a bad experience with my driving instructor. I probably should have called the school first to discuss my problem. Since posting the school has contacted me and corrected the issues I had with my instructor. They were very sincere with their apology I spoke with UK who I believe is the owner and I learned how serious he is about customer service. With this I would recommend this school they are very about the customer and he will deal with you personally if you happen to have any issues. Customer service to me is the absolute most important with any business and he was top notch

I used to be terrified of driving, but Awais brought me to a point where I now feel comfortable on the road by being clear and concise in his instructions, as well as being calm and encouraging. He treats you like a friend as well as a student! I highly recommend this driving school; they're rated highly for good reason.

My instructor seemed to be a nice man initially, but he was sometimes dedicated to teaching and sometimes not so much. When I made mistakes, he sometimes made derogatory jokes saying I go to graduate school for an advanced degree and I can't drive. Also, the hourly rate for this driving school is ridiculous at $45 when I took lessons. I found much cheaper lessons in Toronto with much nicer instructors - and yes, I did pass my G2 when I switched instructors. I know this is a negative comment but I think it's important for instructors to be professional and have good manners when students are paying a high price for their service. And no, not all students will come in as amazing drivers because many of them do not have access to a regular car for practice. Some kindness and understanding can go a long way.

My driving instructor was very rude and always mentioned how he had a brand new car and would always say "don't kill me." I paid a lot of money to learn how to drive and I left not knowing all the skills. I paid for many extra private lessons because my instructor failed to teach me. He would schedule my lessons 2 weeks apart (one hour lessons) and he insisted that he taught me a 3-point turn when he never did (until the last lesson when I mentioned it). One time he cut my lesson short so he could visit his girlfriend....

I signed up for this school on my 16th birthday as I did not want to wait a full year for my G2 road test. The first month I attended in class sessions learning the basics of driving that are based on the MTO drivers handbook. It was a classroom environment and notes were taken. The in class lessons were really great for getting you ready for the real deal. The topic of defensive driving was the most memorable as you learn what to do in dangerous situations. Any questions you had would be answered promptly. The back of the classroom had a driving simulator which we practiced parallel parking and lane changing on. By the time UK picked me up in his 2014 Honda Civic I was confident in my driving. I completed 10 hours with him and not long after I passed my road test with a perfect score the first time. He was very cooperative and understanding and doesn't waste your time trying to teach you the little things if you demonstrate that you already know what you're doing. Extremely disappointed in the service. While the instructor was 'nice' to my daughter they tried to charge close to $300 in excess charges making the cost of the course over $700. The only 'receipt' I have is my cancelled cheque for the first part of the course. No contract, no paperwork, and no details. I argued down the price, but it was still over $600 and there was nothing to support the charges, but you're backed into a corner with little choice. On top of this they didn't have enough students for the course we had signed up for, so they shuffled her from the mountain down to Westdale where the teacher complained the whole time and even made my daughter fill her tires with air. The entire experience was very unprofessional and very expensive. I would NOT recommend them and when my son goes for his lessons, I'll find another school.

That was one of the best decision I made so far… Within the same day..a representative reached out to me and connected me with their chief instructor Mr. Usman khan who accessed my situation quickly over the phone.....So it was quick and impressive professional service to start with.… Honestly, being an absolute novice, I was pretty scared to sit behind the wheel for the first time, but within first half an hour, I realized that Mr. Usman has a profound understanding of the students psychology and skill set. It was an excellent experience .......as he was kind, extremely patient and highly motivational…with thorough understanding of all that needs to be an excellent driver on the roads. I think I took overall 7-8 frequent classes with him..and within exactly 30 days of getting my G1…..Yesterday I cleared my G2 road test in the first attempt!! ...All because of the help and dedication from my awesome instructor. Ms. Nazali and all of the other representatives were extremely quick to respond and very supportive anytime I needed a schedule change or any other support. I extend my heartfelt thanks, especially to Mr. Usman and all of the G Class Team for their outstanding service and am looking forward to my next G Test Classes. I highly recommend any one to G Class Drivers over any other in Hamilton/ Burlington area.

Just got my G2, this school is very professional and supportive. Enjoyed both in class and in car lessons. Especially instructor Awais is really nice and helpful. Would recommend this driving school to my friends.

I'm really grateful that I found G class driving school by chance. My instructor, UK, was extremely friendly and provided thorough instruction. I began to prepare for my G road test with very little experience on the road since my G2. This made me quite nervous when I started off. However, UK made me feel at ease and provided me with insightful advice to learn quickly and effectively. I received my G licence on my first try and could not be more pleased. Definitely recommend this to anyone who would like an easygoing and knowledgeable instructor.

G-class Drivers is an AMAZING driving school. I'm on my 40's, very rare driving (only couple times after got my G2) and kind of speed' scare. But it's time to get G!!! I searched online and found this school. I've picked this school base on the review. UK is my instructor, he is very clam, helpful and knowledgeable. That make me relax and gain my confidence through all our lessons. And unbelievable I passed the G test on the first try. I definitely recommend them.

Firstly, I was very happy with the flexibility G-Class Drivers offers. I work full time and was able to take the in-class part on the weekend which was very convinient. The in-class part was informative and the instructor made sure to keep in interesting since weekend classes are long. My in-car instructor, Awais Arshad, was wonderful. He worked around my schedule. He was kind and taught in a way that didn't make me feel stressed. He prepared me for all the things test instructors would mark me on. I would definitely recommend him as an instructor and G-Class Drivers as a whole. I passed my G1 exit test and will be calling Awais again when I have to take my G2 exit test.

FRICKING AWESOME!!! My parents refused to take me out to drive or even teach me. So I paid for driving school myself. I met some of the coolest and most intelligent people there and I was the only teenager. We had tons of laughs and I looked forward to it. They taught me how to drive in 2 hours. Then for the driving test with only ten hours under my belt I passed. That's pretty impressive.
