Unfortunately the instructors were backlogged because they accepted more drivers than they could serve. It took forever for my son to get his driving lessons in and they didnt take him on any freeways or teach him how to park. Now I'll have to hire someone else to give him more lessons so he can pass his driving test. Very disappointing.

Really great and detailed guidance throughout the in-car lessons. I was worried that with COVID it'd be harder to schedule lessons, but that wasn't the case! My instructor Hossain was kind in his corrections and invested in the success of his students, thank you!

Son waited for 2 years to get test, entrusted unipold to organize test, on the day of test, instructor drove him to Brantford test centre and and unipold booked Hamilton. Now he has to wait 6 months. Contacted, Mark Unipold, offered no apologies and said mistakes happen. I would not trust this school with my teenager again, i hope you dont as well!

Really enjoyed the time I spent at this course. Because of the pandemic, I had to do online learning, but it was enjoyable and I was able to get it all done within a short amount of time. The In-Person Driving Lessons were great and fun. Would recommend this course for those who are new to driving.

I went to this class for 2 years ago .the man who gave us the class I did not remmber his name was awsome but when I should get driving class .They sent ana she was sooooo bad she expect I know how to drive and she just tech me some rules when I didnot know how to drive she been mad and frown so I got nervus and I felt shy I just want to cry if I know how to drive why I register to driving school .I call them and got me half of money back .

Just got my G2 today. Overall great experience with both in class and in car instructors. Both have prepared me enough to pass G2 and feel comfortable on the roads. Would recommend Mark as an in car instructor as he remains calm and attentive and taught me many helpful maneuvers.

It is my way of expressing gratitude to the person who made my life easier. This is the best school in Hamilton n I'm talking about Arif Khan, excellent driving instructor passed my G2 on the first attempt. I took his advise and took g2 in place of G and it was the correct thing to do. He will make things easier for you in ways u can never imagine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL THOSE LOOKING FOR A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR!!

Great overall experience and service, both in class and lessons on the road. My instructor was able to adjust to my schedule whenever I needed him to. I left the driving school with the confidence and knowledge I needed in order to pass my driving test. I went back to this school for some extra lessons for when I was doing my G. I would recommend this driving school for anyone who is looking into getting their G1 G2 Or G class license.

The instructor that’s always in the car near Mohawk College is a complete a-hole. His students mess up traffic all the time missing advance greens and sitting right in the middle of the intersection at a red light too scared to turn. If his students are that incapable he has no business taking them out on the road yet. Plus he’ll give you the finger if you blow your horn while they sit like idiots blocking traffic, he obviously hates his job and also stinks at it.

Not giving a full five star because it took a while to get a driver instructed. However once I got my instructor everything was great. I had a driver named Thomas and he booked all my lessons quickly. He was a great instructor, who taught me a lot of useful tips and tricks. Made me feel like a confident driver. I would definitely recommend you booking with him!!

Excellent Experience, it helped me pass my G1 to now have a G2, great instructors both in class and in car. Went from January till March, I would defiantly recommend this driving school to anyone. A bit more expensive than A1 and Universal, but totally worth it. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

In class portion is fine. In car, not so much. It took 8 weeks to book first in car lessons as they don’t have enough instructors. Instructor didn’t seem to care to the point of actually yelling at our kids. It took way too long (months) to finally get a new instructor. Next instructor only spent time driving not on parking or other skills. Have other kids that will need driving lessons, but will be looking elsewhere.

For the Theory apart, I wouldn't even give one star. It's pre recorded, text reader voice. Not even an instructor talking or explaining! It's extremely boring, I struggled to go through it. I don't recommend it at all . For the driving part I got Anna. Not bad abut not thorough either. Over all, not too happy with my experience. And I have to mention that I had to supplement with another diving instructor from another school to help me pass.

My driving instructor was Arif he was very helpful and and patient. I was a nervous driver and he took the time to go over my weaknesses to make sure I was ready for the test. I’ve had great experiences with unipol and my amazing driving instructor Arif ???? thank you unipol and I recommend unipol as a great driving school 5 STARS!!!!

Instructor Hossain was very polite and super helpful! I am a nervous driver who was not very confident going into these lessons and Hossain helped me become a more confident and skilled driver. We hit all the necessary skills required for a G2 test in our 10 hours, passed the test successfully as well. I attribute my success on the G2 test to Hossain and our lessons together. Thank you :)

Don't recommend . Boyfriend took this course. They have 3 instructors for over 200 students... What should take 2-3 months max to complete is taking over 6 months... Each lesson is booked. A month apart. I've done driving school and have tons of friends who have and never ever have any of us had to wait up to a month or over for another lesson and it did not take us anywhere close to 6 months to finish. Don't recommend unless you want to wait over a year to finish it

To put it briefly, don't go to this school. I took a class in July and was immediately subjected to a week of rushed PowerPoints and minimal amounts of time where I could process some of the things I was taught. The actual in-car driving is far worse. My instructor was constantly on the phone talking to people and listening to music, making me very nervous when driving for my first time on main roads (prior to this, I was only familiar with driving around my neighbourhood so this was a drastic shift). While he commented on how we would work on my turning for the next time, my next session was more of the same. He constantly takes phone calls and points out how stop signs are dangerous like a broken record and quite frankly distracts my concentration. Just recently, I was approaching a 4 way stop and and he asked me if I noticed it (of course I did) leading me to be confused and missing the stop. He then continued to insult me for the rest of the session for not stopping and when I tried to explain myself he told me (I'm paraphrasing) "THIS IS MY CAR. I'M NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU". This lack of communication and ignorance is something I cannot recommend to people looking for a driving school. Also after my second session, I did not receive any call backs for my next driving for FIVE MONTHS only after emailing the Academy, calling the office and then eventually having my instructor notify me of the next session. The office told me that he was out of the country but did not notify me for the FIVE MONTHS between the two sessions. And don't even bother trying to contact the Academy. If you try to email the company, it goes directly to Mark's (the founder) phone and his replies are rather uninformative albeit he likes to respond to emails in the same way he would receive a text (sending things like "thx") which says something about the companies professionalism. Just because they have multiple readers choice awards and various seasonal promotions should NOT persuade you in any means to consider attending this school. I have six more in class hours of driving lessons and I ultimately regret spending $500 for such an experience.

With Freddy it was my time behind the wheel, within 3 lessons I was comfortably passing through intersections comfortably. An honest instructor that will not cut material and spare an ego.

In the short time I had with my instructor, I learned a lot about the rules of the road. Hossain was easy to communicate with and I had no issues with his teaching style. Apart from techniques I already knew, he taught me some new ones to help make me a better driver. Overall, Unipol is a great driving school to sharpen your driving skills.
