Paul was my instructor and he was great. As I am new to Canada and I applied directly for G License, he calculated how good I am at driving and given me proper instructions and road maps, so that I got a good clarity about how to drive in the city as well as in the highway. I was so happy that I passed my G test drive in the first attempt. As I was slow in catching things, after taking a few sessions, my road fear went off and was confident enough to take the test. I'm sitting here at the ministry with my 16 year old son. We had an 830 apt he finished his driving portion 9 days ago. No one submitted the paper work. They don't open till 10. This school is not run properly. He had his driving instructor quit half way thru as well. They are not organized at all. I took a day off work as well. As you can see I'm not a happy mother right now.

ABC is a great place to learn your driving skills and pass your tests!! I just got my G2 yesterday on the first take! Paul took me for the test. He has a new car and he'll take you through a (very recommended) pre-test run to make you comfortable on test day. You need to get the tips these guys give! Follow these teachings and you'll pass. I took refresher classes at ABC and learnt a great deal new stuff despite being an 'old driver'. Ajay was my instructor on the road. He's an excellent teacher! Ajay will expose you to different situations on the road and has helped me work on my bad driving habits. Everyday I have been on the road working with Ajay has improved my defensive driving mentality. It's a great way to be safe on the roads. I recommend ABC driving school. Before Paul I failed my G2 test twice, I gave up and didn’t drive for a couple of years. Last year I drove two hours to take my G2 test again with him and he helped me pass (3rd try but first with him) - I went back with him for my G test and passed on my first try! My driving instructor was Gurmit. Overall the school was good, but there were 2 big things I believe they need to improve on. 1. Update the videos. The videos they showed us through the in class courses were from the 80's and on VHS tapes which some of the rules of the road brought up in the videos were incorrect as they were outdated. And 2. The instructors should not force the students to write reviews while they are in the car. It is intimidating and for this reason some of the reviews may not be as honest as the students may like them to be.

I called ABC College Driving School regarding a g2 Exit test and one lesson around the course prior. While I found the instructor knowledgeable of the area and the course I didn't find him to be the most professional at times. For instance: Taking personal calls while I was learning the test route I found incredibly distracting. Calling me "Jack" while my name is Josh. Finally I found the instructor to be aggressive when it came to receiving payment before the lesson was to take place (the day before) and was messaging me multiple times while I was at work and proceeded to message me when I got home from work. In order avoid the appearance of "aggressiveness" maybe it would be better to state "payment is required by x-time before exam".

In these pandemic times people are filling their pockets and not guiding students with proper education around rules that need to be followed while driving, not only during the Road test but in every day driving as well. Jatinder(Paul) is very dedicated professional and honest instructor who follows ethics to prepare you and give guidance required for driving on the road. I have seen and come across so many instructors who would charge you $$$ but would not give you good knowledge around rules and regulations including road signs and road markings which are very important in one’s life while you’re driving. He does not extend or increases your lessons to make $$$ rather he will tell you that you are ready and need no more lessons which is not common these days. He is very good in handling and dealing with drivers anxiety issues which are very common especially on the road test day. I could keep on going on with good things what I have seen and observed during my interaction with him. Finally I would just say he’s a gem of an instructor and would recommend him to anyone without second thought.

Excellent service. Paul is a great instructor, all i did was a simple 1hr drive course and i passed my G2 test easily. I already knew how to drive so he solely focused on the important points that I would be tested on and that made everything easy. I wanted to sign up for some winter driving lessons, but had a few questions and decided to email the school before signing up. Not only it took them a week to respond, but instead of answering any of my questions, they just said to call them and gave me the same number they've posted on their website. If I wanted to call, I would've found that number myself and called you instead of emailing. Moreover, if you're so inflexible with potential customers that you refuse to answer any questions over email, you're likely even less accommodating with people that already paid you. But I have to give credit where credit is due, your answer really helped me to narrow down the list of driving schools I was considering.

Paul was time conscious, a trait that is lacking from a couple of drivers I have had. Paul does not teach you only the basic skills you need to pass your road test, but also trains you to be a safe driver. You pay for an hour of in-car training and you get exactly an hr, not 45mins. He knows Guelph inside out and prepared you excellently. Even if your test isn't in Guelph , I would not hesitate to call him.
