The instructor refused to book a lesson with me even a month or more in advance. Every driving school is busy but can usually be booked within a couple of weeks for a lesson. Poor customer service.

A1 Academy of Driving provided me with an excellent drivers education. The in class segment of the school was very good but where A1 shines is in the individual one - on - one driving lessons. My instructor Irek, with decades of experience teaching in brantford, provided me with quality instruction and created a welcoming environment in the car. He was always calm and understanding when I made mistakes (I made quite a few). He pointed out my strengths and weaknesses and helped me improve in lessons catered to my skill set. I would strongly recommend A1 Academy of Driving to all drivers, whether new or experienced!

The instructor Irek is very unprofessional and impatient. I wouldn’t recommend spending $440 for him to yell and swear at you, on the website it says “special attention to nervous drivers” but there is only a lack of special attention. The instructor once again is impatient, unhelpful, and only makes you more nervous and stressed by yelling at you. Go anywhere else but here. During the in class he seemed fine but once we actually started driving his anger problems started to show, he yelled and swore at me about something as simple as the car seat, I wish I was joking. He should not be teaching how to drive
