Im a timid person who doesnt normal make complaint calls and when i placed a call wanting to change my instuctor i was told i should have called before paying to see if they could accommodate me and was told it was my own problem and that i should have thought about that before coming to the school. Jen was very rude to me kn the phone and i am very disappointed with this service. Other than that gord is a great teacher.

Such an amazing place to learn how to drive! Absolutely would recommend going there to learn. I had an amazing time in class with Noor. Who made it easy to understand and learn how to do things. especially when teaching us the rules of the road. Vic was amazing as my in car instructor. He had so much faith in me and it pushed me to be a better driver. I only completed 5/10 lessons before he was so confident in me taking the road test. Amazing considering i passed on the first try. So I have been a licensed driver for many years, even had my az license for a few years. Because of circumstances I had to restart to get my license back and thought that it would be worth it to take a driver's course. I feel like it's been well worth it, I've learned so many things that I didn't know before and am really glad I decided to go with ultimate drivers. From the in class sessions with Moor and the the incar lessons with Ruby, I feel like it was money well spent. I have to really give my driving instructor Ruby a big thanks, her friendly and professional demeanor really worked well for me, and she was able to get most of my old bad habits corrected before I took my G2 road test. I passed with her help and reassurance on the first try. Thanks Ruby and ultimate drivers.

My experience with this company and their instructors has been nothing short of excellent. I was a bit nervous about getting behind the wheel, but my instructor was so great and understanding that they took the time to answer all the questions I had. It was also great how flexible the instructor was as the times that I did had to reschedule, I was able to do so with ease. My experience in class was rude and disrespectful. The teacher Gord singled me out for no reason accusing me of sleeping because I had a hood on even though I wear hoodies every class and sit at the back. He even said he was pissed off pre existing to this so he is taking his anger out on me. Was really uncalled for and rude and when I got defensive because he attacked me he accused me of being smart with him. Thumbs down???? bad experience would not recommend. Teacher seems unstable and has yelled multiple times during the 4 day course. If you read any more reviews of Gord they are true. I was nothing but respectful to him the entire classes, yet he was very unprofessional and ruined a perfectly fine experience.

I decided to go to Ultimate Drivers after my brother had attended classes a couple years back. I was not disappointed! The classes were detailed and taught you everything you needed to know such as road signs and how to safely maneuver your vehicle. In addition, the on-the-road classes were amazing as I was able to get comfortable driving and was taught many useful tips and tricks! I attended the in-class theory lessons virtually And I am 8 lessons into my in-car training sessions. My Instructor is Max. He explains everything clearly and is very calm when I would make errors and would help correct me politely for the mistakes I made while driving. He is also very critical about certain driving techniques like Parallel Parking. About two weeks ago I went for my G2 road test in Guelph and I passed first time. Max is an excellent teacher and I would recommend him for all ages over the age of 16 (Boys and Girls). He tends to take a while to get back to me via text when it concerns lesson scheduling times but other than that he is a chill instructor.

He was able to explain in a way that was very simple and concise and had the trickiest things, such as reverse parking feel like a breeze. Highly recommend.

My driving instructor was imran. I had come in with not much knowledge at all on driving, and in a matter of 10 lessons imran made it easier for me and a safer environment. Imran has a pretty good sense of humour which I liked because it made the experience with ultimate drivers much better.

This was an amazing experience. Ultimate drivers is likely one of the best places in Brampton to take your driving school lessons. Both my in-class instructor at the Queen-Kennedy location Gord and my in-car instructor Keith were amazing. They are friendly, they know their stuff, and they are great teachers. Gord was able to make the 20 hours we were meant to spend in-class pass by quickly. He was funny, he empathized with us, and he was able to help us understand the importance of every lesson. He was the reason I walked out of driving school with a smile every day. Keith, my in-car instructor, was nothing short of amazing. He is patient, he is able to easily pick out your little mistakes and immediately helps you to fix them, and he is just fun to drive with. Driving with him was a memorable experience. I highly recommend ultimate drivers for those looking to get their g2 licence. It's honestly worth the price.

This man literally yelled at me several times because I looked at my phone once, accusing me of using a phone in class when I wasn't. Overall I came for the in car experience, therefore I am satisfied and recommend this course to anyone learning to drive

Harry is the best driving instructor I have ever met. He is talented in filling that gap between what driving experiences you have got outside of Canada and what you really need to drive safely in the Canadian streets. Being qualified to drive a G-Test without going to the G2, I thought I can easily make it, especially that I have been driving for 25 years. I choose to go to Ultimate Drivers to take a lesson or two. When I started with Harry I knew from the first lesson that he is an honest man who will never let you go for the test except when he is pretty sure you will make it. I made it from the first trial after around 7 lessons. If you read my post and choose to go to Ultimate Drivers, my only piece of advice I can tell is to let these guys do their job, take every piece of instruction seriuosly and fully trust them. You will also make it. Thanks Harry for your instructions and patience. God bless you Harry.

So I called in to ask about the course and fee structure. Seeing Good reviews on google for this organization, I was more than excited to join it and learn driving. But, wait, Customer service rep needs to be trained better. I mentioned two times having my G1 and needs training for G2 still getting info for the full package. and then she telling me that I never mentioned that I have G1. afterwards, telling me that I never mentioned since when I have this G1. Tell me how bad it is to demotivate someone who took a year to make her mind to get the driving license. Girl thank you but no thank you for ruining my day and mood both. OK I am responding to your response sir/madam since I can not add/ reply to your comment. The language that you have used in your comments show your customer service. Claps!!!!! You are talking about my accent? I am a language trainer with over 5 years of experience. And yes I waited 1 year for G2 license, definitely by my choice. But I didn’t blame you guys for that. I don’t know who was talking to me other day on phone because seriously that person had accent issue. By the way, my google review, if you have reviewed carefully, I am sure you were not surprised since you could see I have given a review to my workplace where I was teaching language. Anyways your respond to my post have given some giggles to my co-worker because we were together when I called you guys on a very unfortunate day. I am glad I am not part of your school by any mean. The in-class instructor, Gord, was very entertaining and informative. The driving instructor, Vic, was great. I have an anxiety disorder but his instruction kept me calm during the lessons; and his critiquing method was firm but kind. I'm not a natural driver, but I've noticed a distinct improvement and I feel much more comfortable behind the wheel now.

The program I took was very informational and my driving instructor was great, but I went through such a hassle in order to get an instructor who would even schedule lessons with me. I went through 5 instructors before i got one who was actively interested in helping me get my lessons done. I think ultimate drivers needs to hire more instructors so that they are not all so busy.

This is Geanna, I had a great experience during my four days in class sessions in June. The teacher showed he was knowledgeable of what he was teaching. My car trainer Max was always punctual for my practices, he was professional in his work and showed that he was quite knowledgeable as a trainer. Scheduling practices, he was very flexible in working around with my time to ensure all my practices were completed. The road test day he was on time and explain everything what the test entails and even assisted me at the test center to sign in. I would certainly recommend him.

I took the regular in class and in car lessons. The in class lessons were very insightful, they teach you a lot of things like insurance and how to maintain your car. In class also overviews information like signs and rules, kind of like a review of what is on the G1 test. In car is also an amazing experience, my instructor is Ronnie. I’m not really satisfied with this school. My husband just failed his third try for G2 test after spending so much and trying 3 instructors. Ronnie, Cash and Daniel. We are so desperate as we are new to Canada. No car yet. I don’t know if they are trying to help or what. I wish they can frankly tell him if he’s ready for G2 or what rather than spending smch for test fee And lessons for nothing!!!????

I completed the in-class portion online. The in-car sessions were with a wonderful and professional teacher with years of experience. I haven't had the best experience with instructors in the past but Ruby is a revelation. She is such a gentle, calm, and knowledgeable teacher. I feel much more confident on the roads and certain I have the skills necessary skills to pass my road test. I highly recommend Ultimate Drivers, and Ruby in particular, to anyone who is road shy or a little nervous about the test. They are great for beginners. It took several calls to get my son started with in car lessons after completing the in class. I would leave a message and no response. We would text the instructor -no response. Finally got a first lesson and he went to the wrong address and then was late for the next one as well. Once I spoke with the instructor, we set lessons up in advance and he was then much better at communicating. My son finished his lessons and was waiting on certification to be able to book his test. He texted the instructor, and I left a message at the office. After a few more texts, and a month later I called back and finally got someone. They were not sympathetic to the situation nor did they seem to really care. Not happy with the service.

Please read my full review to understand why my rating is what it is. In Class: Even though 60% of the course was a review from what we had studied for the G1 test I do still believe it was worth it. The class instructor was Noor who was an exceptional teacher. He always kept everyone involved and would be more than happy to answer any questions that someone may have. With that being said I'd personally give the in-class experience a 4 out of 5 stars. Instructor #1 (Ronnie): There was a lot of controversy with this instructor. It didn't help he started off lesson 1 saying the in class is a waste of time. Also being forced to drive 10-15 mph above the speed limit, especially in school zones, and not stopping at a school bus when flashing made it a bad way to develop bad habits. His excuse was that "it's okay you are with me" doesn't seem like a valid one due to the fact the law is the law. There was also a good portion of having to sit in a car and wait for someone to pick up which ate into the lesson time quite a bit. Overall, in terms of on-road lessons, there wasn't really any teaching in 6 lessons besides driving straight and turning left and right. Those were just minor in the grand scheme of things. Ronnie had used my personal information for election fraud to sign up a membership with the Conservative party. He started off by saying that I wasn't supposed to receive that email. He then followed up saying his finger slipped and that he was signing up with his family. After going through the membership process you manually have to enter all the information, so a simple finger slip is impossible. I had called the Conservative party and they had informed me that 4 other individuals were also signed up the same time. They had said the other 4 individuals had different names, and different addresses and weren't belonging to the same family. With all that said I'd give Ronnie a 0 out of 5 stars due to the fact of committing illegal electoral fraud, as well as lack of teaching. Driving Instructor #2 (Keith): I had switched over to Keith for the final 4 lessons as I felt super uncomfortable continuing with Ronnie after the incident. Keith was a very welcoming guy who would engage me and test my knowledge. If there was something new he would always ask me if I had any questions. He also had a great way of taking the student out of the car for a visual approach that provided a better understanding of the technical process. Keith had taught me parallel parking, stall parking, reverse parking as well as helped me improve in other areas. He was beyond shocked that I wasn't taught how to park in the first 6 lessons but was taken on the highway. Overall, Keith ensured that comfort and safety are important. He would never force me to do something I was uncomfortable with and would always allow me to continue to practice on areas I wasn't comfortable with. In the end, I wish I had Keith for all 10 lessons, but with my brief stint with Keith, I'd give him a 5 out of 5 stars. Ultimate Drivers Service: From the receptionist, to the other individual I talked to the customer service was helpful and kind. They understood my situation with Ronnie, and even though they advised I stick with them they did accommodate me with a new driver when I had requested it. I was worried it would take some time to find a new one, but within the next 48 hours, I was in contact with Keith. My only real complaint is the little slap on the wrist with Ronnie after the incident., After reading previous reviews there have been incidents with Ronnie in the past, so I am unsure of if he has faced any discipline actions prior. With all that being said I'd give the Ultimate Drivers service a 3 out of 5 stars. Conclusion: Overall, I would recommend Ultimate Drivers as most of the individuals interacted with were helpful. I can't let one bad apple dictate an entire company. My only recommendation would simply be not to have Ronnie as an instructor. My interactions with the receptionist, Noor and Keith were all positive ones.

When I first signed my son up, the purpose was to get his licence within 8 months of getting his G1 (rather than the 12 months you have to wait without driving school). It was important that he get his licence ASAP for his job, and we had not gotten him into driver’s ed soon enough. I called to ask about how quickly we could complete the 10 hour in-car portion. I was told they do two lessons per week, and two-hour lessons were available. The woman in the office said it was possible to get it done in about a month. So I signed up. Unfortunately, it took a full four months to complete. There would frequently be one lesson every 2-3 weeks. When I called to ask for a new instructor with more availability after two months of frustration, I was told they would speak to the man, but it took another two months beyond that call to finally get it all done. I eventually spoke to the owner, who sorted things out quickly. They seem to care about customer service, and say that this is not the norm. I guess the lesson is, if you want to get your licence within eight months of getting your G1, you’d better get the ball rolling as soon as you pass the test.

I was told to go to Ultimate Drivers located in Brampton by two of my friends. I completed my in class sessions in July with Noor and got my driving instructor assigned in August. However, due to circumstances of not being able to book my driving lessons on time, I switched my driving instructor and got Madi. Madi is so understanding, kind, and a great teacher. He has concepts he's come up with, within his years of being a driving instructor which really helps when learning how to do all types of parking. Me and my friend joined the school, staff is very professional and very helpful. It was worth the time and very reasonable, instructors were patient and very thorough in teaching and making everyone in class understand. The course is definitely a must for beginner drivers and new immigrants looking to get driving license. Road test was a breeze thanks to Ronnie. I had the 4 day weekend course I'm giving a 3 star rating because of the students in my class they were nice people and i loved Ashley the receptionist. on my first day of class i was extremely tired because my daughter had the stomach flu and was up all night so i barely got any rest and accidentally fell asleep in class, the in class instructor Gord yelled at me but when another student was sleeping and fell asleep numerous times he made jokes with him??? My driving instructor Imran hes a nice person but he made a comment on the last driving lesson I had which is making me consider finding another instructor but its like whats the point I'm almost done my 10 lessons getting to know someone else and getting used to another car is pointless at this point. UPDATE: I would like to say thank you to Imran for being my instructor I passed my G2 on my first try, Imran recommended that I do extra lessons which I think was a smart thing to do because it prepared me more for my G2. I booked my G2 the end of April and for some reason he kept questioning why I booked it so late, overall hes a nice person but at times can be very rude and that made me not enjoy my lessons at times. I was a new driver, as an instructor you should have patience.. I am going to make mistakes as I am not an experienced driver. Thank you once again ultimate drivers and thank you Ashley for being so polite and helpful.

Hi, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the driving instructors at Ultimate Drivers. I registered my daughter here for Beginner Driver Education Program. This all car learning experience was very intimidating for her as she had once accidentally crashed the car and got hurt a little. So, I wanted a driving school that can help her overcome the fears of driving and gain confidence on the roads. My friend suggested me Ultimate Drivers as his nephew had a great experience there. On the first day of driving lesson, my daughter was very scared, but the instructor was very friendly and polite. From the first time I called to book lessons I was met with a very kind and courteous office manager (Megan, I believe) who listened as I explained how I had been in an accident as a teen and was anxious about learning to drive. She said she had the perfect instructor for me -- Ruby. And she was so right. Ruby was the best instructor I could have asked for. Thorough, calm, patient, and yet to-the-point. My experience with the ultimate drivers program is very positive; in-class and on-road lessons. My instructor for my on-road lessons was Imran. My experience with Imran is a very positive one. He was a great driving instructor in many ways; he always remained patient with me while I was getting accustom to driving, gave me advice to improve my operation of the car, and answered any questions I had about driving without hesitation. Apart from teaching, Imran was very kind and welcoming; he would greet me whenever we started our lessons, converse with me and was very understanding with scheduling changes. From the class, to in car lessons my experience was phenomenal. The one thing I would recommend is to take the class with a friend to feel more comfortable (just not with a distracting one lol). Noor was my teacher and he made the content engaging and understandable. I had Kash as my in car instructor and he was great! He helped me learn techniques and was supportive/encouraging, I truly learned a lot. Even at the front desk, Megan was very helpful and patient answering my many questions via email. I wanted to finish my lessons before I go off to University. First instructor did not work out at all. 5 lessons of in-car lessons on back roads only learning turns and stopping. New instructor is much better but I am on my tenth lesson and still don't know all the ways of parking and ended up having to pay for extra lessons to take at another location once I leave for university just so I can learn everything I actually need for the test. Not to mention I've had 5 minutes experience on the main road only by dropping off another student to their home. I am not prepared for this test and wish I did not have to take on extra lessons. Wish I had Madi (my second instructor) for all 10 lessons. Shout out to him for doing his best to prepare me, but the first five lessons without him really messed me up. Pro tip: switch driving instructors earlier if you feel like you're not learning anything!

He was very flexible with the schedule and while being strict, he is also a nice and funny guy to talk to. Gord was a decent teacher, the youths seemed to love him which was good. The in class by my opinion is fun and different for those young just starting out.. if you're a bit older you may find it a bit underwhelming. The driving instructors a different story. My first one was okay, seemed to know what he was doing/saying, although close to the end when I knew I'd need more lessons I asked to be switched to their only female driver. Correspondence with her was shotty, and worse when at work she told me she had to move our lesson back a hour and I responded I could no longer do the lesson that day any longer they put that on me and took that alotted hour from me and passed me to yet a new instructor... Just called in, so we'll see if this is rectified. Regardless I'm a bit disappointed . Hopefully I at least get back my hour , so I can do my final 2 hours of the ten that I paid for.. I normally don't post reviews but seeing as that I was told such high rehards, just thought I'd be the one to remind everyone to make sure you inquire for yourself. If you're going to go with this driving school ask for the teachers others highly recommend. **"Update: originally I had posted 2 stars because of gord... It's been almost 2 weeks now since I brought up these isues, I've even gone so far to drop by the school on my way from work to clear up my situation. Apparently I'm waiting on the owner to reach out.. idk as a business I'd expect better customer service. Will update again hopefully soon to say my situation is rectified. _____________________________________________ Yes i finished all my owed hours. But to get my last two was not worth it. First off I had no reason to lie about what happened between Sandy and I. Recommendation or not what impact should that have on your ability to provide me a service. You offer people the ability to switch instructors at any point so why should it matter if I switch at the last alotted hour or the first? The experience should be smooth and the same either way.. mind you I was asking for a switch because I felt I'd be more comfortable with a woman and was looking to purchase more driving lessons. Anyways I don't appreciate being called a liar, which is exactly what your presuming I'm doing when you say that my situation was anything but what I said/wrote. The fact that I walked into your location numerous times should of made it clear how serious I was about my paid money for your customer service and what I was owed. I didn't feel like anyone genuinely cared and now your response has only disappointed me further. I'm not one to be impatient and condescending about people with poor English, but the instructor I was given wasn't very good at it. I held on with them hoping I'd pick up what they were saying little by little but it stayed the same. The worst part is they never for a second even thought some of my mistakes were due to poor communication. I would get blamed and yelled at when I did something wrong even though it was just me humbling myself and trying to understand them in the best way possible. Deciphering their broken English while driving hindered my performance because I would never understand what they want me to do and so I couldn't really do it properly, especially while trying to pay attention already driving. I didn't even try to get another instructor because who knows if I'd get someone worse. Also, there were multiple times where they wouldn't show up to the time we had planned. The class was also very unhelpful. Apart from the certificate you receive, the class is pretty much useless. The teacher, Gord, was condescending and wasted time talking about himself, forgetting not everyone there was a teenager. I'm not sure if its the owner, but the first time I went into the place to get some info on how they operate some guy there was very very rude. He kept cutting me off when I asked questions and was very impatient with me. I didn't think my experience there would be anything like other reviews I saw, I just thought those were just a handful of bad experiences and wouldn't happen to me. It also doesn't help the school that they keep responding to these reviews in a sketchy way. Most of the things people say here is very true. Even 2 classes into the classroom portion of the program, the reviews I saw about Gord were surprisingly true. There was even a time he had us pass along a picture of him and his friends during a story about how he got high and drunk, which someone also said in their review. The school keeps replying to these negative reviews by stating that they don't see these people in their records but being so specific it makes no sense that people could be making these up. They really need to investigate this school. Communication skills from instructors especially. Nothing against not being proficient in English but when you need to instruct someone behind a wheel on busy roads you need to let them know and understand what you need them to do.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE RUDE SERVICE -My sister, my girlfriend and I all took this course -All of us had Gord as our in-class instructor -Teacher speeds through lessons -Spends extra time in class watching irrelevant YouTube videos -Extremely poor customer service and respect -Often tangents in classes to make awful remarks about women. I can speak for my family and other female students, and say they did not enjoy the experience -Teacher shuts down students if they say they don't appreciate his remarks -Receptionists were very incompetent and rude as well -Misplaced my documents and forgot to give me forms -Had to go through 5 different in-car driving instructors before I found one that was competent. -One instructor had me wait outside his house for 20 minutes, then had me drive his wife to work, without compensating my time -Another instructor did not answer me for a week, and when I complained he phoned me and swore at me -My fifth instructor I decided to just settle with. She was polite enough to stick with, though she was on her phone either talking or texting someone else for all of my lessons, and she didn't let me record my hours and I'm certain she made me sign two days early -Wish I had gone someplace else -Ultimate Drivers was an awful experience After complaining to Gord he told us if we don't like it, we can get out. Very unprofessional. This institution did not earn my money and I'm unhappy my family and I invested time here. The only reason I'm writing this review two years after completing it is because a friend of mine took the course very recently and had the same awful experience as I did.

And a Manager or an owner of the business could have been so PATIENT to answer queries as the reason of my call yesterday was just to ask if the g2 package is the one i should click on the website but you are impatient and you didnt let me finish what im asking . Yes i will pay yesterday not on the phone but just wanna make sure the right package i would click on the website . Yes i found a better assistive driving sch not like yours and thank you for showing me what kind of a manager of ultimate driving sch you are . You just proved today how you handle customers probably a racist too . God hopefully changes how you treat people .

A few times i called to cancel my apoointment due to personal reasons and they we're very flexible and rescheduled immediately without issues. The day of my driving test, I passed first try. My classes prior to actually driving were very beneficial. My teacher Gord was very, simple, well spoken and understanding, he made the learning process very fun. As for my driver now, he was an alright teacher who goes by the name of Adam. He didn't seem very organized with me when it came to booking my classes. I was running on a limited amount of time to get my g2 and I still have yet to achieve it. I completed the course work class the first week of July and from I finished that class till now I have only completed about five classes which frustrates me because I needed ten. I feel I wasted my money because whether or not I finish the other five classes I can still take the g2 test, but I was really looking forward to learning the appropriate skills and safety precautions of driving as a young driver. A few other thing that bothered me about my instructor is that when I was driving he wasn't really watching my speed to help me learn to drive the appropriate speed, he allowed me to just go with the flow of traffic even when they were driving over the speed limit, it was not till I realized myself and pointed out to him that I needed to work on speed , then he started to watch that. Aside from that he did help me to make better turns and parallel park properly. I must say, I feel like this really was a waste of my money because I could have just stuck to my dad teaching me and just go for my test because I would not have waited so long, I probably would've had my g2 before I left for school.

I am nothing but happy with the services I got here at Ultimate Drivers. I did the BDE program and had a wonderful time with all the instructors. I was a more nervous and anxious driver and out of excitement I booked my road test ahead of time before starting my in car lessons.. let me say this my instructor Vic told me that I wasn't ready to go for my test after the 10 in car lessons and told me he wouldn't bring me to it because he didn't feel that I was going to pass and he told me the reasons why I wouldn't.. and so out of anger I brought myself to my road test and failed.. everything my instructor told me was the truth and those were the reasons why I failed. I ended up purchasing another 5 lessons and after those he told me I was ready to go, he bought me to the test, i used his car and I passed. I really just want to say thank you to not only Vic but also to Ultimate Drivers for hiring amazing instructors who are trust worthy, honest and who aren't trying to just get you to purchase more lessons for no reason.

the driver instructor was very discouraging and seemed to want me to book more sessions just to get more money out of me. it was like he was trying to psyche me out of actually passing my test so he could make me pay more money for lessons. rather then working with the skill set i had he kept saying i wouldn't pass and that is not what an instructor is suppose to do, they our suppose to be supportive and encouraging to help you do better. very rude and yelled at me when i mad a wrong step. very unsatisfied and upset with the amount i paid to just end up failing due to feeling overwhelmed and discouraged.

I took the summer in class program with ultimate drivers my class teacher was Gord. he really made the class interesting. After the classes I was assigned to an instructor right away however, he was not accommodating at all, luckily ultimate drivers gave me a new instructor right away!! my new instructor was Ronnie and he was very understanding, patient and accommodating. Because of him I now have my G2 so I would recommend ultimate drivers to others!

I decided to go to Ultimate Drivers, because when comparing the nearest driving schools, Ultimate Drivers was the best reviewed and choice for me. their in class portion is very intuitive and helpful. Although I thought I knew everything there is to know, I still learned a few new things. The in-car lessons were my favorite part of the course. Two reasons why I liked it, is because I learnt new tricks and my instructor Ronnie was very helpful on teaching me how-to correct my mistakes and prefect it very quickly. Overall, Ultimate Drivers is an affordable and amazing driving school to go to.

He makes those early mornings a treat instead of a hassle very funny and entertaining, but most of all I am learning a lot of useful things from him and this course. A week ago I called asking about getting some lessons for my son so he can be more prepared for his G2 road test. Every place I called just told me the price for them and that was it, this place was great the lady who answered the phone either Donna or Dawn, I can’t remember the name.. was very nice and told me about several different packages that are offered as well she went out of her way to see if my son had his road test booked yet, which he didn’t.. before she got to the prices she recommended that I should look into booking his road test first because the dates in Brampton are starting to push into Aug and then when I get the date that I could call back if I wanted too and book the lessons so they can happen around the date of the test. I really thought that this was a nice gesture, it wasn’t like she was pushing me to pay and buy the lessons from this place which was a nice feeling, long story short thank you!

I highly recommend ultimate drivers to anyone who has had very little to no experience. I enrolled in the G2 in class and driving lessons. My driving instructor was Rajah and he taught me everything from scratch because I had no experience whatsoever behind the wheel. He was very detailed in teaching me the rules of the road and how to drive in a safe manner for both myself and others on the road. The in car lessons were very structured and efficient, in which i learned a new requirement every session while also reviewing everything I was taught previously. He was very understanding and willing to work around my schedule, while ensuring he was always on time to our driving lessons and made sure each lesson was effective in teaching me how to drive. I highly recommend Ultimate drivers and Rajah as the in-car instructor because I just my G2 in very first attempt. Thanks Rajah!

Mohammed let me practice entering/exiting the 400 series highway, parallel parking, and three-point turns until I felt confident. I went to Ultimate drivers for my driving lessons. Although my in class work was fine, the driving lesson and result thereafter was very unsatisfactory. I was assigned to an instructor named Ronnie. After trying to schedule lessons with him, he had exclaimed that he was busy for the next month. After calling the office, they were more then accomodating to reassign me a new driving instructor. After lessons were finished with my new instructor, who had done well at providing lessons. I had booked my g1 exit test. I had gone for my test at the date and time i booked the test. After registering at the kiosk, it said that I had no scheduled appointment for that day. When i had talked to the customer service at the drive test, they said i had cancelled my test and had it rescheduled. When i talked to the actual drive test office. Ronnie(who was no longer my instructor and i had done 0 lessons with him) had cancelled my test and had re-booked it for his own student. He should have never used my personal information without my knowledge. And also Ultimate drivers should have never provided my information with him unless I had an actual lesson with him!

Terrible experience with this driving school. They left me with zero confidence and not even close to ready for my test. Their communication and attention to detail is appalling to say the least. And they still owe me because I paid for use of the car and never even got that far. When i requested a refund i was told i had to wait at least 6 months.. now nobody seems to want to return my messages. I just want my $40 or whatever it was back. The in car instructor needs to get off the damn phone. And the in class instructor needs to stop belittling everyone.

If I could give the Brampton location less than one star, I would. I signed up online a month prior to my G test in Brampton. I received a confirmation e-mail right away however I was never contacted by anyone to actually set up in-car lessons. I had to call several times. One day, no one answered at all (midday, during business hours). The next day, I was told I was being assigned to a driver and that they would contact me within 24 hours. Three days later, I had to call the office again because I had not heard from anyone. Finally, within an hour, a driver contacted me and claimed he had texted me and left me a voicemail a week prior which was simply not true. I had no missed calls, voicemails or text msgs from anyone from Ultimate Drivers. Aside from this blatant lie, he was polite overall but he also seemed to be giving someone else their driving lesson while on the phone with me to make arrangements for my lesson. I made so many attempts because of the good reviews I read about Ultimate Drivers but after all of the runaround I received, I decided to go with another school. Maybe they do have really good instructors however all the hassle to actually get a lesson with one was not worth the trouble.

I highly recommend ultimate drivers. Both me and my mom used it and got our licenses. We did the Easter weekend classes with Gord which were really fun and then our in car classes with Ronnie who is great. It took all the stress and anxoety out of learning and the scheduling was really flexible.
