Mike is very unprofessional. He cancels lessons without telling anyone, ends lessons early where he tries to write 30 minutes off as 1 hour. There is no consistency with booking lessons, as there was a 3 week span where I did not hear from him. He also booked my G2 test when I specifically told him not to. Don’t trust these fake reviews and don’t go to this cheap school. Edit (reply to the response of the owner): I have the messages where I told Mike not to book my test, and he still went ahead to book it. And the times he showed up late to the sessions were not due to a mistake in booking, it was due to him being unprofessional and not respecting them time of his clients. Your response to my review is very misleading.

It was a really good experience to learn Car Driving with Mike at Drive Smart 1 Driving School. Mike makes the driving classes very informational and gives a lot of useful tips to improve driving. The thing I liked most was his emphasis on safe driving habits and his patience. To add to this he also has a good sense of humour which helps a lot in taking one's mind off the stress of driving. After 5 classes I was confident driving on the road and mindful of being safe. Also, I passed my G2 road test. Much recommended.

I got my G2 license yesterday in my 1 attempt just because of my instructor Sam. He is very professional and calm person. He is extremely patient too, though i used to ask him same things again and again, but he always used to respond me very politely. He explain everything in such a way that it become easy for you to understand. So i strongly recommend everyone to give a try because, for sure you are in responsible and safe hands.

I passed my G2 test today. It was my first try. The test was in Oakville and there was bad weather with snow. Other tests was canceled after mine which was at 8.30 am. Worst driving school ever and very unprofessional. Mike was not punctual, did not show up for booked appointments, and made me drive him around to run errands, including dropping take-out food at his own house, during the lesson. He also took his shoes off and burped in the car. He did not notify service Ontario that I completed the course, causing a delay in being able to book my road test. This guy is a joke and you should definitely not come to this school whatsoever.
