Driving teacher was outstanding but make sure if you ONLY use the driving and testing and NOT the full class- read every fine print sentence. They are not always helpful and supportive in understanding DMV items. Staff can be abrupt.

I attended the class, along with four other people. I enjoyed the manual and the video. It was highly educative. There were so much I learnt, that I didn't know about before. When it comes to driving, no one is perfect. Even if you had not got a ticket before, I highly recommend this class for anybody that want to be current with the new laws. The instructor was really great. The class was not as boring as I feared. Time went by quickly. I know a whole lot more now than I thought I knew. Thanks, TopCops Driving School. I saved lot of money on my tickets. Keep up the good work!

I went through the academy myself, the instructors went in depth with their teaching, yet still made it interactive so students didn't lose interest. I always got my drives on time, customer service was always helpful! Customer service representative Amy was INSANELY kind and never hesitated to help me with an issue!! Definitely recommend this driving school!

Made us pre pay for our sons final driving test before letting us schedule it and then told us they couldn't get us in for over a week which was understandable during this crazy time. But then we found another company that could get my son in a week earlier so he could get his license sooner. We tried to cancel our appointment with top cops and now they will not refund our pre-payment. Poor and shady business practice. Literally tried to get refund and cancel within a couple hours.

I went to driver's ed with Top Cops. Most of it was basic stuff, but there was a lot of time spent watching irrelevant videos such as people being hit by trains. Specifically, we watched one where some parents let go of their baby's stroller and the child tumbles into the train tracks. Disturbing. Not sure why we have to do this considering this is not a train safety class. I just want to learn how to drive a car.

Top Cops did a great job from Driver's Ed course, permit test, behind the wheel drive time to license test. It's super convenient to have it all go through the same company that works directly with DMV. I found all the people teaching and testing to be extremely professional and very good at what they do - teach kids to drive.

I was appalled to see one of the instructors, in a top cop vehicle, doing something on their cellphone while driving, at stop lights, and continuing once the light changed. This also included being on their phone while driving through a school zone.

First and foremost don't use them i was on the list to put my nephew in this driving school and this morning actions have changed my mind completely. While driving to an appointment i watched 2 different instructors for this driving school drive illegally number 7 was the car number that cut across double yellow lines and cut all the way over without regard for anyone else on the road what happened to stay in each lane 3 seconds before merging what happened to obeying the laws. Then number 4 same morning less then a minute apart decided instead of waiting to get to the turn lane he decided to go off roading to get there. Now this is unacceptable especially since this is a driving school. Now i called to complain about this in a calm manner and you know when your calm and people tell you to calm down and not be aggressive well i really hope they record their calls and listen to how this went down i explained to the receptionist what happened with her driver's she didn't like that and decided to hang up and refused to answer so i left a message that time i wasn't nice nor was i going to be. Now im reporting this driving behavior to both the police and BBB. I hope the business owner greets to read this because this will lose him business if he doesn't fix the problem.
