Omg what a frustrating experience. I give grace because navigating through the pandemic was not easy but you can never REACH anyone here. The receptionist is hardly there or barely answers the phone when she is. I have sent emails with my frustration without response!! Simple questions is like pulling teeth to find answers. The best part is the instructors,my daughter truly enjoyed them but they need to hire someone who is responsive or hire someone to assist the lady at the front. Customer service is everything, and because of this I would highly recommend taking your business to a different driving school! Update: The owner called very apologetic and advised that he addressed the situation!! Thank you so much!!

Red Oak Driving School is great! I took my daughter to take her driving test here because the wait for her appointment with the DPS was one month and my daughter needed her Divers license ASAP. The receptionist was very sweet and the gentleman that took my daughter for the driver test was very nice!!! This was an amazing experience with Res Oak Driving School!!!

My 2 grandson's enrolled there.

All of my kids went through ROD! Everyone is professional & caring. I love the fact that the owners are very accommodating & really make sure their students are in good hands. I even moved from the area, but still was willing to drive an hour- just for my baby girl to have such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
