Nashoba Valley Auto School is great. All my kids learned to drive there, no accidents (knock on wood) and our insurance rates are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Listen, I am a very understanding person but this has happen twice and we in all the United States have to wear mask because covid. I understood that we to do an online class due to safety of ourselves and others. The Drivers Ed Class are so suppose to be online so how come we get the reminders early but, not the zoom link to get on time. Hmm…. seems like sabotage to me. Now we have to reschedule.Since, I the customer have to ask for my link the, day of the class apt. You”ll get a bad rating, I hope you guys are better with the Drivers Ed driving hours.

Good school to get your High schooler take lessons and learn to drive. Driving instructors are great. However, after the lessons are done, the driving test is pretty tricky ????. While the school distances itself as it's a RMV inspector who handles that, I have few genuine concerns around the testing methodology. That's not something I would share publicly.

One instructor (Ma*k Tuck*r) was very rude, impatient and impolite. He will make you take more classes by saying you are not ready for road test or a confident driver. His comments devastate nervous students. However, most of their remaining instructors are professional and encouraging with couple of them impatient as well, a skill that is not easy to possess. Communication from school is good with Janice. You will pass with flying colors if you practice enough. Good luck!

After a horrible experience with another local auto school, Mass Auto saved the day. The compassionate and professional staff were there to help with any questions that needed to be answered and made my son feel welcomed and worth their time. Highly recommend!

I feel compelled to share my child's experience with this purported school. A school is where you teach. When it comes time to take the road test one would like to think that the teacher would assist in every way possible to be prepared to pass the test. Although there is no way of knowing for certain, it came to my attention there was a pattern of failures that was more than coincidental. When I heard repeatedly of this systemic pattern of road test failures I came to believe that it was intentional, solely to boost the revenue of Nashoba on the backs of families who have to pay to retake the test-where they always pass. Most of the failures are result of alleged minor turn signal lapses that are in fact noted by the road test instructor to trick the student and used as grounds for failing the test. Mass drivers are impatient and aggressive. A school can teach young people to avoid this behavior. Nashoba did none of this according to what I have come to understand. In the parenting class they warn repeatedly about the turn signal as if to say it's a given your child will fail if they screw up-so they can say to the student you failed-I told you so... So if you want to avoid an additional fee go somewhere else.

I booked a ROAD class, meaning someone would teach me and help me be a better driver. When I got to the place, ten minutes before the class. I waited for 15 minutes because the instructor was late. Once he got to the office he did not greet me, he only asked me to follow him so since the beginning he was not being “polite” we got in the car and he (instructor Ma*k Tuck*r) talked to me disrespectfully, he made me feel uncomfortable and stressed. Once I started driving he started yelling at me and asking me if I was driving and I was but he was being mean and when I responded “yes, I am” he said “speed up” ,“drive” ,don’t you know how to drive?.” If I am paying for a 45 minutes driving lesson and each minutes costs me $1 dollar it’s because I want to learn how to drive. It was the worst experienced I have ever had. Nobody had treated me like the instructor did. I got to the point where after 10 minutes I kindly asked him to showed me the way to go back to the office because I couldn’t keep taking the road lesson. Yes, I even told him I didn’t care about the money, I needed to go back, I wasn’t willing to endure more of his disrespect behavior towards me not to mention the anxiety and stressful situation he put me in. He did not tell me how to go back even when I asked him to show me way, instead he started asking me what was wrong? and why?. I bet he realized he could not go back with a student ten minutes after the class started because it would look bad or something. He convinced me by saying “you want to drive, right” so you need to finish it. I felt like I did not have any other option so I did finish the 35 if not less minutes we did because we got back before the 45 plus I obviously did not have another option because when I asked him to showed me the way to go back he did not tell me.

Don't support this man and his auto school! My wife and I are currently homeless and he fired her! Just because she's been having panic attacks over our situation so I started riding with her to help her remain calm. It's such a scary time in the world and after we loss everything, we tried to rebuild but this man is heartless. Didn't even have the guts to do it correctly just locked her our the system. My wife was their best instructor. Her first day back and most all her students called in to schedule all their appointments with her. She's his superstar and this is how he treats her. Any and all of Maria's students who see this, boycott that driving school. They don't deserve your money, your parents money, or your patronage

Very unreliable and rude instructors. Im not letting anybody I know go here.

Inconsistent advice from driving instructors. Flat out misrepresentation of the skills worked on with student driver. The staff takes no ownership of facilitating the driver test that you pay them a hundred plus dollars for 10 minutes. Communication was poor. The scheduling website was difficult to use. When I called to ask for support they changed the parameters on the account to space it out drive sessions making it more difficult. They do not even maintain the cars, instructor scraping the education car with a credit car so my student could see to drive. There must be a local better school that appreciates their customers. Will not return with my other child.
